About the Role:
The Stockroom Controller ensures the effective completion of deliveries, recalls, stock counts and stock takes. You are responsible for ensuring the stockroom environment is well organised, safe and easy to navigate. You are confident in working independently and support all back office admin duties.
Your Responsibilities:
- Be a brand representative at all times.
- Be responsible for off floor operational tasks.
- Be an expert in stock and till processes.
- Take pride in the upkeep of the stockroom, making sure that it is clear and easy for
- the team to navigate and communicating any changes within the stockroom
- organisation to the team.
- Ensure deliveries are unpacked, checked, labelled and placed correctly in the areas.

- Manage the stock inventory and stock movement process.

- Prioritise merch actions when necessary.
- Have a good understanding of the product range and style names.
- Prepare and steam the daily replenishment.
- Support on the shop floor if required.
- Ensure the stockroom meets Health & Safety compliance.
- Ensure stock is safely stored and broken ladders, stools, etc. are disposed of.
- Work alongside the Compliance and Training Coordinator.
- Embrace change and support the roll out of new systems.
- Strong communication skills.
- Communicate efficiently, to the store manager and the team, stock levels such as sell outs and low stock.
- Display high level of telephone etiquette when using the store phone.
- Ensure a professional tone is used when sending emails from the store email.

Wire Harness Design Engineer
Location: Long Beach California and Centennial, Colorado

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creates 3D harness routes considering bend radius, separation, and maintainability and manage technical trade studies.
- Generate electrical interconnect diagrams and schematics by defining point-to-point connections for power, signals, and data links; understands grounding and shielding principles.
- Interface and coordinate between various team members including engineering, program management, production and quality Create 3D models of harness designs using SolidWorks software.

- Design and administer the IP address scheme and associated IP address assignment mechanisms.

Financial Reporting & Close
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for all affordable housing entities, partnerships, and developments.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.

- Prepares and maintains accurate account documentation to support administrative decisions of Bank in its fiduciary capacity.
- Communicate with clients, businesses, professionals, and internal personnel through the use of letters, email, memorandums
- Answers incoming calls and takes appropriate action.
- Reviews incoming internal and external mail and directs accordingly, responds to correspondence as required.
- Establishes and maintains required departmental documentation, files, and records.
- Prepares reports as needed from trust accounting system.
- Prepares reports in required format, such as, court accountings, state charitable reports, guardianship reports, etc.
- Maintains, manages, and completes tickler file, calendar, and other records as reminders to execute upcoming events.
- Responds and interprets requests for checks, transaction activity, statement mailings, address changes, tax information, trust account reports, wires, etc. in accordance with account agreements and established procedures.
- Processes and analyzes incoming funds in accordance with account agreements and established procedures.
- Prepares daily work entries and general ledger tickets for trust/banking related transactions.
- Prepares documents and handles all aspects of account openings and closings.
- Prepares discretionary payment requests, administrative reviews, checklists, trust accountings, court reports, and other required documentation.
- Reviews and analyzes account overdrafts and takes appropriate action.
- Reviews account transactions for reasonableness and accuracy.
- Performs research to respond to internal and external inquiries.
- Assists with the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other related educational materials.
- Other department duties include research, organizing meetings, making reservations and special projects.
- Maintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position, ensure ongoing adherence to policies, procedures, and internal controls, and meet all training requirements in a timely manner
Ancillary Duties:
As an integral member of the Trust Department, this position is responsible to assist the department as well as the bank in achieving their goals.

- Associates degree in business or related field of study; paralegal; or high school diploma with equivalent business work experience
Skills:
- Highly organized; attentive to detail; strong oral and written communication skills; computer proficient; ability to use office equipment; strong interpersonal skills; ability to prioritize, multi-task and work independently; valid driver's license.
Experience:
- At least two years of customer service in banking/financial related field

The CNA or HHA serves as a member of the PACE Interdisciplinary Team. Under the direction of a licensed nurse, incumbent participates in all aspects of the planning, implementation and evaluation of personal care and safety for the participants at the ADH and in the community. This is a full-time position, Monday- Friday 8-4 position; no nights, weekends or holidays!
Responsibilities:
- Assists participants with all aspects of personal care at the site, and in the community, as directed.
- Assists with meals at the site, including 1:1 feedings. Follows all diet and fluid restrictions, and encourages diet compliance.
- Assists Nursing with specimen collections, oxygen and vital sign monitoring.
- Reports all medical complaints/changes (participant’s physical, cognitive and/or functional status) to the primary nurse.
- Serves as an escort for medical, and other pertinent appointments as needed.
- Performs all tasks as indicated on daily assignment.
- Restocks supplies and monitors the cleanliness of exam rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and supply closets.
- Sanitizes tables, chairs, water cooler, exam tables, etc.
- Assist with activities, special projects, and therapeutic 1:1.
- Performs vital signs and transfers participants safely.
- Completes required trainings timely and attends monthly meetings and trainings as required.
- Adheres to all policies and procedures.
- Maintains and attend CPR training as required.
- Ability to pass a fit test. Position requires mask where seal is critical. Incumbent is required to not have facial hair that interferes with a tight seal of the respirator.
- Performs other duties, as required.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- HHA certification or equivalent.
- Minimum one (1) year of experience with the geriatric population.
- Ability to relate well to elders and anticipate their needs.
- Ability to perform vital signs, lifting of participants for transfer, and communication of participant changes.
- Effective communication, verbal and written.
- Consistently works in a positive and cooperative manner with team.
- Intermediate Microsoft computer skills preferred.
- Frequent local travel
Mandarin/Vietnamese/Khmer or Spanish speaking Preferred.
