Job Responsibilities Provide comprehensive Med/Surg/Tele RN care to a diverse patient population, including managing complex cardiac drips, chest tubes, and trach care.
Assess patient condition regularly, monitor vital signs, and respond promptly to changes using EPIC electronic medical records and Phillips monitors.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including CNA, unit secretary, and resource nurses, to ensure quality patient care and safety.
