As an Expo, you will be responsible for assisting kitchen staff with prepping and plating all food while upholding and maintaining food service standards.
Responsibilities:What You Will Be Doing
- Comply with all Six Flags policies and procedures
- Check food to make sure of its quality and correct temperature as stated by NYS Department of Health
- Finish/Garnish food to be served to Guests
- Actively move food from the Kitchen to the Guest Table
- Ensure food meets NYS Health Department as well as Six Flags requirements
- Prep food for use during shift
- Clean food preparation areas, utensils and equipment
- Store food in temperature-controlled equipment
- Cook and package batches of food, such as hamburgers and fried chicken, which are prepared to order or kept hot/cold until sold
- Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in all work areas
- Make sure kitchen is hygienic and functional
- Prepare food to meet state Health Department as well as Six Flag requirements
- Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils

Qualifications:What You Will Need
