About the Role
Experienced Microsoft Developer designs, develops, maintains and supports web-based and Windows applications. Strong expertise in C#, VB6, and Microsoft SQL Server, and a solid understanding of both modern and legacy systems. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to enhance existing applications and build new solutions that meet evolving organizational needs.
Essential Functions
- Design, develop, and maintain Windows and web applications using Microsoft technologies
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in C# and VB6
- Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, views and queries
- Maintain and modernize legacy VB6 Applications, including integration with newer systems
- Crystal Reports 10 experience and MS Access
- Collaborate with analysts, QA, and end users to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and database issues
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices
- Support deployments, upgrades, and ongoing production maintenance
- Create technical documentation for applications and processes

Education & Experience
- Four year degree or equivalent experience in computer science or related field
- Strong experience with C# (.NET Framework / .NET Core)
- Proven experience supporting and enhancing VB6 Applications
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including:

- Performance turning and indexing

Work Environment
This job is performed in a professional office environment. This is a full-time position with business hours Monday through Friday. Hours of work are typically 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Additional hours may be worked as appropriate. As a Catering Supervisor, Lounges, you oversee day-to-day operations across all lounges in venue, for both commercial and invited guests. The Catering Service Attendant will organize, set up and deliver requested catering services to Georgia Tech specific related events both on and off campus. The Catering Assistant will provide prompt and courteous service to all customers whether drop off or attended. - Manage and update menu data across Tripleseat, Toast, 7Shifts, and the PHG website
- Ensure menu changes, pricing updates, and event-specific content are reflected accurately and promptly across all systems
- Coordinate with culinary and events leadership to capture updates in real time
- Serve as the internal point of contact for platform issues and resolutions
Operations & Communications
- Coordinate internal communications between leadership and team members across all PHG operations
- Manage external communications with vendors, partners, and operational contacts
- Support executive leadership with scheduling, correspondence, and day-to-day operational needs

Vendor Coordination

Position Summary:We are seeking a seasoned door-to-door sales representative to market our custom blinds, shades, shutters, and more to homes and businesses. This is a high-earning opportunity with excellent commission potential for those who can generate and close leads in the field.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct door-to-door sales in both residential neighborhoods and commercial areas
- Present and promote I9 Blinds’ products and services confidently and professionally
- Identify decision-makers, educate clients, and generate qualified leads
- Schedule design consultations with our in-house experts
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and lead quotas
- Accurately document interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools
- Represent I9 Blinds with integrity and a consultative sales approach
- Minimum 1–2 years of door-to-door sales experience is required
- Strong background in home improvement, window treatments, solar, pest control, or similar industries is a plus
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Self-motivated, energetic, and persistent
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to walk and work outdoors for extended periods
- Very high commission structure with no cap + base pay

What You'll Be Doing:
• Turn sold events into real-world magic with timelines, rentals, layouts, and communication across departments
• Lead venue walkthroughs and help map the perfect flow for food and service
• Create BEOs, pack sheets, rental orders, and station diagrams like a total pro
• Collaborate with our Design Manager and Creative Director to ensure every detail reflects the event vision
• Partner closely with culinary, operations, and service teams to execute flawless experiences
• Coordinate logistics for out-of-town events (travel, accommodations, budgets, and all the tiny but mighty details)
• Be present at our vibrant Los Angeles office daily
Who You Are:
• You have 2–5 years of hands-on experience in event hospitality, catering, or production
• You’re organized, personable, and passionate about events
• You communicate clearly and confidently—on paper and in person
• You love creative problem-solving and can juggle tasks without dropping a single hors d’oeuvre
• You know the local catering/event scene (weddings, corporate, social = your jam)
• You’re a team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment
Location: Must be able to commute daily to our Los Angeles office
Salary Range 78,000 – 85,000 per year

Our client, a prestigious luxury hotel, is seeking a Catering Sales & Services Manager to oversee weddings, social events, corporate gatherings, and boutique meetings. This is a hands-on, client-facing role with full ownership of events from initial inquiry through post-event follow-up. The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, and excels at delivering personalized guest experiences while driving business results. This is a full-time role with a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays and offers opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business and manage client relationships, collaborating with Sales and Culinary teams to design customized event experiences.
- Respond promptly to inquiries, manage leads, and guide clients through the booking process.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, schedules, and budgets, ensuring accurate post-event billing.
- Coordinate all event logistics with internal teams including Culinary, Banquets, Stewarding, A/V, Engineering, Housekeeping, and Front Office.
- Serve as the main on-site contact during events, resolving client requests and any issues with discretion.
- Plan layouts, staffing, and timelines to maximize both guest experience and operational efficiency.
- Conduct pre-event briefings and coordinate resources for seamless execution.
- Monitor service quality and provide coaching to maintain high standards.
Candidate Profile:
- 2+ years of experience in catering sales, conference services, or event management, preferably in luxury hospitality.
- Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Detail-oriented, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office for tracking and reporting.
