Job Summary and QualificationsThe Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care in accordance with the nature and specific requirements of the department, and consistent with the scope and standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. In collaboration with medical providers and other members of the care team, the RN provides individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care using established nursing models such as Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage. The RN serves as an advocate for patients/families/caregivers and models a commitment to the organization's vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.
- Assesses patient pain regularly to promote effective pain management, including reassessments after appropriate intervention.
- Performs procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s). Documents the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
- Performs exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests. Strives to anticipate patient needs and resolve them proactively.
- Teaches patients/families/caregivers about patient medical condition, patient status, treatment plan, medications and possible side effects, and follow-up measures. Translates complex medical terminology to ensure complete understanding.
- Teaches patients/families/caregivers about any non-medicinal follow-up measures, such as healthy diet and exercise, disease prevention, and/or other lifestyle changes. Prepares patients and families/caregivers for future self-management.
What qualifications you will need:
- Must be licensed as a Florida Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations or appropriate compact licensure. If compact license held, active FL RN license required within 60 days of hire.
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
- Previous experience in an acute care setting strongly preferred.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification required within 6 months of hire/transfer.
- Current PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) and/or ENPC (Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course) certifications required within 6 months of hire/transfer.
- Current NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale), TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course), and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certifications required within 6 months of hire/transfer.
- CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) training required - New hire must obtain within 6 month grace period of hire date. Transferring employees must obtain within 6 month grace period.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Seeking an experienced Epic Willow Inpatient Analyst to support and maintain the Epic Willow Inpatient module and related pharmacy systems. This role serves as a key liaison between IT, Pharmacy, Prescribers, Nursing, and Epic. Flexibility for night/weekend work and on-call rotation is required during major implementations.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Epic Willow Inpatient, FDB, and medication dispensing systems (e.g., Pyxis, Omnicell)
- Analyze workflows, data, and technical issues; design and maintain solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor systems to business needs
- Document procedures, build/test solutions, and support training efforts
- Provide on-call support and troubleshoot user issues
- Review and test system changes and new releases
- Support change management, QA, and disaster recovery processes
- Communicate effectively across teams and contribute to meetings
Required:
- 2+ years of IT implementation/support experience
- 1+ year Epic Willow Inpatient experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with SharePoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Visio, PowerPoint
- Experience with full Epic implementation lifecycle
- Bachelor’s degree
$120k to $145k per year annual salary.

EPIC WILLOW ANALYST
JOB SUMMARY: The candidate will hold a dual role within Medisys. They will equally split their support/build assignments between the Willow application, and another EPIC application (preferably ASAP or EpicCare Ambulatory). The candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and support of both applications to ensure compliance with Medisys guiding principles.
- Should have EPIC experience within two different EPIC Build applications (Workflows, Integration/Interfacing), Testing, & Implementation.
- Proactively engages present and future stakeholders in design, priority setting, implementation, and support and maintenance activities.
- Works in collaboration with teams, individuals and peers with positive attitude of accomplishment.
- Must be able to ensure that issues are identified, tracked, reported on, resolved and/or escalated in a timely manner.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have at least 3 years of Analyst Experience with Epic.
- Analyst needs to be proficient at self-learning.
- Outstanding communication, collaboration and facilitation skills are required.
- Willow Inpatient Certification including current NVTs for 2020.

A well established practice is seeking a BC/BE Urologist with or without robotics training to join a hospital employed practice.
The facility is the only Level III trauma center in the region with over 45,000 ED visits annually.
The ideal candidate will perform the full spectrum of urologic procedures.
There is an opportunity to do advanced procedures as well as bread and butter cases, and a candidate will grow a practice very quickly.
- Flexible block scheduling for surgery cases
- Recent upgrade to the Xi da Vinci Surgical System
- 7 ORs in hospital and 2 ORs/4 special procedure rooms in the MOB
- Unassigned call requirement is 10 days per month
- Strong referral base with service area of 250,000
