Overview
Currently seeking multiple Full Stack Developers in support of the of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Engineering Support for Identity Services (ESIS), this individual will support Agile Application Development technologies and capabilities in the areas of software development, systems engineering, integration, and test of software applications and infrastructure. Will be skilled with front-end, back-end, and database development. Design and implement full stack cloud solutions to include IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS. Design and deploy computing infrastructure, physical or virtual machines and other resources like virtual-machine disk image library, block and file-based storage, firewalls, load balancers, IP addresses, virtual local area networks. Implement cloud-based platform services for AWS. Implement cloud-based software as service for AWS. Perform DevOps functions.
Key Skills:

Responsibilities

Basic Duties
Develop exact electrical documentation
- Produce comprehensive wiring schematics, conduit schedules, and panel layouts in AutoCAD and Inventor for diesel and natural gas gensets, ensuring every reference, layer, and legend is unambiguous.
- Size and specify breakers, relays, PLC/HMI hardware, and interface circuits that integrate seamlessly with low to medium-voltage paralleling switchgear and DC control systems.
- Audit project drawings, vendor prints, and specifications against UL, NFPA 70/110, ISO, and customer standards; log variances and close them before release.
- Diagnose elusive startup, commissioning, and controls problems for technicians through root-cause-based recommendations that feed back into design libraries to improve the product.
- Translate application questions into concise recommendations and solutions and document in formal engineering notes.
- Maintain production continuity
- Follow standard protocols and proven design protocols to ensure consistent high-quality products that meet or exceed customer requirements.
- Manage the submittal dossier
- Assemble, index, and track all drawings, studies, and data sheets through the approval cycle; document every revision for full traceability.
- Leverage Caterpillar engineering resources
- Retrieve and interpret factory application guides, PID data, and software updates; ensure the latest revisions are embedded in each project.
- Enable precise estimating
- Deliver dimensioned one-lines, BOMs, and labor take-offs to the Sales team so quotes reflect real scope, margin, and risk.
- Design for the exceptional case
- Apply first-principles analysis to bespoke components or control sequences required by unique site conditions or regulatory environments.
- Control the critical path
- Use tools and milestone checklists to keep engineering actions on time, document slippage causes, and propose corrective actions proactively.
- Adapt as requirements evolve
- When priorities shift, re-baseline drawings, calculations, designs, and priorities so the entire team works from a single source of truth.

Technical Expertise

The Records Specialist is responsible for answering non-emergency phone calls and assisting in-person customers at the Law Enforcement Building. Serve as the first point of contact with individuals, including victims of crime, sex offenders, angry/agitated individuals, job applicants and law enforcement professionals. Essential Duties
Provides public reception at the Police Department and Sheriff's Office front desk. Duties are taking reports, answering questions, taking, and accounting for payments, sex offender registrations, and receiving and releasing found items.

PURPOSE
This position is responsible for supporting the design, order entry and manufacturability of products through the system by creation and maintenance of manufacturing configurators, bill of materials and pricing rules. This position is also responsible for system/process procedure documentation and user training.

Participate in the design, preparation, and release of interactive CAP documents. These will include electronic documents that merge configuration data with documents. This will normally be a cross-functional team drawn from Marketing, Applications, and outside suppliers.
Develop andmaintainPit Detail drawings in the CAP tool. These will define the required leveler pit dimensions and materialsrequiredfor the proper installation of levelers. This position works withDesignEngineering, Order Engineering, and Applications Department to define rules and bills of material.
CAP Wizards and Dependencies. Creates andmaintainssimplified Entry Wizards and Dependencies that communicateimportant informationto the salesperson. These dependencies will vary from requirements to informational notificationsrequiredto get a "clean" quote and conversion to an order.
Works with Applications, Marketing and Engineering to define Help text for individual segments for use in JD Edwards and the CAP tool. These explain individual product options in detail with a focus on making it clearest to the salesperson.
Works with Applications and Marketing to define English Definitions for Cross-Segment Edits.
Generate a comprehensive test plan for each configuration implementation. Oversee a cross-functional team to ensure that adequate testing is performed as a prerequisite to each implementation.
Perform post implementation audits to ensure theaccuratetransfer of information from the test to the live sales and manufacturing branch plants.
Review Engineering Change Notices toidentifytheir effect on JDE coding. Implementchangethrough the JD Edwards Manufacturing System. This will includeupdating ofitem masters, bills of materials, routings,tablesand costs.

Description
The Sr Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for the technical development, oversight and improvement of manufacturing processes within the area of responsibility. This individual will lead process optimization, technical problem-solving, and cross-functional manufacturing initiatives. This role is accountable for achieving senior-level competence Plans and presents engineering program and product design reviews for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Develops and requests design and specification change releases. Assesses and communicates impact of engineering initiatives to functional groups. Essential Responsibilities
- Develop, release, and maintain detailed technical work instructions for the manufacture and repair of aerospace metallic structures and assemblies, ensuring full compliance with customer(s) engineering definition and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with CNC Programming group to develop and implement manufacturing plan for complex metallic machined components/assemblies.
- Provide advanced technical support to Quality and Operations teams to achieve site-level Safety, Cost, Quality, and Delivery (SCQD) objectives; act as a primary escalation point for complex manufacturing issues.
- Partner with Purchasing and Sales during the quoting process to define manufacturing approach, assess technical risk, establish labor standards, and ensure cost competitiveness.
