POSITION SUMMARY
The Preconstruction Manager/Estimator is responsible for performing and/or overseeing the preconstruction phase of projects. This includes performing and/or reviewing quantity surveys, project cost estimation, budget management, scheduling, trade partner selection, constructability reviews, value engineering, and overall project planning. They will support all preconstruction phase efforts, from concept to construction, collaborating closely with other Preconstruction Managers and Project Managers, as well as the client and design team. The candidate must be exceptionally detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development
- Participate in the RFP (Request for Proposal) pursuit and interview process

Estimating
- Prepare conceptual, schematic, design development, and CD phase estimates as required

- Provide oversight to the development of project budgets, pricing, value-engineering, and presentations overseeing the preparation of estimates into a client presentation format
- Prepare, issue, receive and review supplier and trade partner proposals and pricing
- Coordinate with clients on changes in scope, questions, or clarifications regarding the work during the bidding process
- Review budgets and project profitability status and goals with supervision and project team as required. Seek input on corrective measures to continuously improve the accuracy of cost figures

Bidding Process
- Participate with bid setup, track subcontractor bid coverage with preconstruction coordinators, and oversee bid day organization

- Build comprehensive trade-specific requirements within the estimate
- Manage RFI responses
- If an estimate is performed, assist Job Captain leading up to bid day, and on bid day with putting numbers together

QUALIFICATIONS

- If certified, operate a forklift safely, making sure all mobile equipment logs are filled out daily for each piece of machinery.
- Complete quality testing as required.
- Log all analysis properly on the respective pick slips.
- Notify the plant operator when the proper materials for bagging production are needed.
- If blends are performed, make sure the blend is logged for the duration of the blend and proper QC standards are followed.
- Notify management and office administrators if any of the following occur:
- Material shortages for daily shipments
- Gradation problems or loading time changes
- Unusual noises or potential mechanical problems
- Assist maintenance in repairing any mechanical equipment, when necessary

The Sample Coordinator oversees the full lifecycle of samples—from first proto through TOP—ensuring that all garments are accurately tracked, organized, and available for internal and external needs. This role partners closely with Product Development, Technical Design, Design, Sales, E-Commerce, Marketing, and global vendors. The ideal candidate is detail-obsessed, highly organized, and passionate about fashion.

Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end RTW sample management across all development stages and seasons.
- Monitor and coordinate all inbound and outbound sample shipments; maintain clear shipping records and timelines.
- Maintain and update sample tracking in the PLM system (WFX) and assist with SKU updates in WFX and NetSuite.
- Manage sample inventory, including organizing, labeling, and categorizing all RTW samples.
- Oversee end-of-season processes: allocate samples to archives, sample sales, and other designated channels.
- Prepare, organize, and pull samples for sales appointments, wholesale meetings, and e-commerce needs.
- Coordinate samples for photoshoots, including packing, check-in/check-out, and assisting with style outs as needed.
- Create and maintain tags and barcodes for all samples using Launchmetrics (or similar) to ensure real-time visibility of inventory and send-outs.
- Facilitate all outgoing packages to vendors and partners: create packing lists, labels, and provide tracking details; liaise with couriers to resolve shipping issues.
- Assist with organizing and maintaining archived garments, fabric headers, trim libraries, and reference materials.
- Support Fabric R&D by tracking sample yardage, lab dips, strike-offs, trims, and related approvals.
- Communicate daily with cross-functional teams regarding sample status, priorities, and any delays or issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or fashion-focused education (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in a fashion/apparel environment, ideally in production, product development, or sample coordination.
- Proficiency in Excel; prior PLM system experience (WFX or similar) strongly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

As a Supervisor, Pharmacy Operations (Prior Authorization), you will play a critical role in ensuring the day-to-day execution of prior authorization workflows within a fast-growing hub pharmacy environment.

You will directly supervise hourly specialists, manage daily production performance, and ensure SLAs, quality standards, and productivity goals are consistently met.

Responsibilities
Executing Daily Production Operations
- Own the success of the end-to-end prior authorization journey in order to provide an exceptional provider experience and meet program SLAs
- Monitor queue volumes throughout the day and reallocate work as needed to maintain productivity, across all prior authorization functions
- Perform quality checks and ensure team adherence to established processes and compliance standards
- Address workflow errors or issues as they arise and partner with leadership when escalation is needed
- Step into production during high-volume periods or coverage gaps
- Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment and culture

Direct Team Supervision
- Supervise a team of hourly prior authorization specialists, on-site and virtually in other location(s)
- Set clear daily performance expectations aligned to established productivity and quality targets
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings focused on performance, development, and engagement
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback based on observed performance and metrics
- Support corrective action processes when expectations are not met
- Assist with hiring, onboarding and training new team members
- Maintain accurate timecard, attendance, and documentation records
- Operate with a tech-forward mindset, leveraging systems, dashboards, and data to drive performance, identify trends, and inform decision-making
- Ensure all tasks are performed in a safe and compliant manner that is consistent with corporate policies as well as applicable state and federal laws
Managing Performance Through Data
- Review daily and weekly performance reports to track productivity, SLA attainment, and quality.
- Use data to guide coaching conversations and prioritization decisions.
- Flag trends, risks, or recurring issues to Pharmacy Operations leadership.
- Ensure team metrics are updated and communicated clearly.
Supporting Process & System Changes
- Champion adoption of new technologies, operational changes, tools or policy updates, ensuring prior authorization specialists are trained, supported, and aligned during rollouts.
- Provide feedback from the frontline to leadership regarding system challenges or training needs.
- Participate in testing or rollout support for operational changes.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of management and/or supervisory experience in a fast paced metrics driven environment with accountability to performance KPIs and service-level goals
- Demonstrate quality experience coaching employee performance and partnering with HR to manage employee relations issues
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn new software
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to coach agents

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- 5 years experience as an individual contributor in a retail, specialty pharmacy, healthcare, PBM, insurance, or pharmacy/medical claims (experience in revenue cycle, claims adjustment and benefits coordination may qualify)
- Proficient understanding of prior authorization operational standards
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations and compliance
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing performance metrics and reporting
