About the Role

We are hiring both Junior and Senior Account Executives to support the expansion of a fast-growing company in the laboratory supplies, kitting, and equipment services space.

This is a field-based sales role focused on building relationships and driving revenue across pharmaceutical, biopharma, clinical, and research lab clients.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and grow new business within assigned territory
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → closing → account growth
• Sell lab products, equipment services, and custom kitting solutions
• Build strong relationships with pharma, biotech, CRO, and clinical lab clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets

Who We’re Looking For

Senior Account Executive

• 8–10+ years of B2B sales experience
• Proven success in territory growth and new business development
• Experience selling lab services, equipment, or kitting solutions
• Strong network in Northeast (NY–Boston preferred)
• Highly independent, strategic, and driven

Junior Account Executive

• 5–10 years of B2B sales experience
• Exposure to lab/healthcare/scientific industries preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to learn and grow under senior mentorship

Preferred Background

• Experience with:
• Laboratory products or consumables
• Equipment service contracts (HPLC, GC, etc.)
• Clinical trial or diagnostic kitting solutions
• Background in pharma, biotech, CRO, or healthcare sales

What you will do in this role:

• You will assess, plan, intervene and evaluate the care of Cardiac Cath patients pre, intra and post procedure.
• You will assist physicians in operative procedures.
• You will maintain and review patients’ records including posting tests and examination results
• You will administer medications in accordance with physician orders

Requirements:

• Must be licensed as a Florida Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations or appropriate compact licensure. If compact license held, active FL RN license required within 60 days of hire.
• Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 6 months of hire/transfer.
• One to three years’ experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Technician.
• Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills, ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills
