Job Summary
- Perform high skill level work with effective use and understanding of complex schematics, drawings, final assembly blueprints, wiring diagrams or specifications, which may require excellent manual dexterity and use of wide variety of hand tools, soldering, wiring, crimping cable routing, special care in handling and soldering where access is somewhat difficult.
- Work typically involves a wide variety of operations with very long work cycles.
May be responsible for final assembly or production build-up of complete units composed of complex sub-assemblies.

What You’ll Do

Forward Air is looking for a capable and dedicated individual to work as an Operations Supervisor. The qualified candidate will coordinate all activities of dockworkers, drivers and other support personnel. The Operations Supervisor will provide planning for, direction to, and will control available resources associated with the timely, damage-free, and safe loading/unloading of freight on assigned shifts. Position OverviewThe Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Clinical Program Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations and providing both clinical and administrative supervision within the Vista RISE Youth Outpatient SUD Treatment Program. This role ensures that all services are delivered efficiently, effectively, and in full compliance with city, county, state, and federal regulations.
The Clinical Program Manager works closely with staff, participants, and families while promoting evidence-based practices. This position provides supervision and clinical consultation to SUD clinicians, and is accountable for monitoring staff productivity, data gathering and reporting, appropriate utilization of funding, and the clinical integrity of all services.
Serving as a key leader within the program, the Clinical Program Manager supports ongoing program performance, implementation of high-quality standards, and coordination of services to optimize outcomes for youth and their families.
Essential Job DutiesProgram Management and Supervision:
- Manage all aspects of program delivery, including telehealth, case assignments, scheduling, service delivery, and data gathering/reporting. Ensure appropriate utilization review and timely access to services.
- Works in collaboration with the Program Director to recruit, train, supervise, and support program staff, including counselors, care coordinators, and administrative personnel, and ensuring adherence to clinical and administrative policies.

- Addresses the unique needs of diverse populations, including individuals experiencing homelessness, those with co-occurring disorders (CODs), pregnant and parenting individuals, youth, LGBTQ+ individuals, and justice-involved individuals.
- Develops tailored strategies to improve service accessibility and engagement for special populations.

Supervision:
- Supervises clinicians and counselors providing substance use disorder treatment to ensure client services meet or exceed required documentation and performance goals; ensures that delivery of services that uses a Trauma Informed Care approach and is in accordance with SAPC requirements, program guidelines and Vista Del Mar philosophies.
- Reviews chart documentation and status reports prepared by staff to ensure all legal, contractual, and revenue-generating reports meet or exceed required agency and applicable regulatory agencies' standards.
What You Bring to VDM?
- Active California licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist (PsyD/PhD).
- Minimum of two (2) years post-licensure, and good standing with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) or Board of Psychology (BOP).
- Meet all supervision requirements outlined by the applicable licensing board, including the ability to provide clinical supervision to registered associates and SUD counseling staff, as permitted by scope of practice.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in care coordination, case management, or a related field in behavioral health administration or social services.
- Knowledge of SUD treatment, telehealth practices, mental health care, and social service systems.
- Direct experience and knowledge of life-span development through young adulthood and working with vulnerable populations, including LGBTQAI+ youth, the unhoused and justice-involved individuals.

Job Summary
The Customs Brokerage Department Manager is the senior leader responsible for the overall strategic direction, compliance, profitability, and operational excellence of the customs brokerage division. This role oversees all import/export customs clearance activities, ensuring adherence to national and international regulations (e.g., CBP, PGA). The VP will drive growth, optimize operational efficiency through technology, mentor a high-performing team, and build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
- Create and implement a strategic business plan to expand the customs brokerage department, focusing on revenue growth and profitability (P&L management).
- Develop new business opportunities by offering expert advisory services and leveraging industry trends.
- Set, monitor, and achieve KPIs related to compliance, turnaround time, profitability, and client retention.
- Analyze market trends and regulatory changes to guide company strategy and adapt to new trade policies.
Compliance & Regulatory Management
- Act as the senior subject matter expert on all customs regulations, ensuring 100% compliance with Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and Participating Government Agencies (PGAs).
- Maintain and manage corporate customs licenses, permits, and power of attorney documents.
- Implement internal audit programs to ensure quality and accuracy of classification, valuation, and entry processes.
- Mitigate risks related to compliance violations, cargo delays, or penalties.
Operational Excellence & Technology
- Oversee daily brokerage operations and optimize workflows to improve efficiency.
- Leverage technology and automation tools (e.g., TMS, ACE/ABI, AI solutions) to enhance speed and accuracy of entry processing.
- Ensure accurate classification of commodities and proper tariff application.
Client & Vendor Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor on complex trade matters.
- Manage relationships with third-party brokers, customs agents, and other service providers to ensure seamless service.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and build a team of customs managers, brokers, and entry writers, fostering a culture of excellence and compliance.
- Develop training programs, establish roles, and create compensation structures that drive performance.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in customs brokerage with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Director or VP level).
- Licensure: Active Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) is required.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, International Trade, Business, or related field preferred. Master's degree (MBA) is a plus.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of U.S. Customs Regulations, HTS classification, Customs Valuation, and ISA/C-TPAT programs.
- Skills: Proven track record in P&L management, strategic planning, and building scalable processes.
- Technology: Proficient with Automated Broker Interface (ABI), ACE, and major Brokerage/TMS software (e.g., CargoWise).
