We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Sales Associate to join our fast-paced and customer-focused team. Notary Public certification is required, as notary services are a key part of our offerings. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of retail experience, excellent customer service skills, and strong multitasking abilities. You should be computer-savvy, organized, a strong communicator, and a team player with a go-getter attitude.
This is a multi-functional role that includes in-store customer service, light packing, assisting with printing orders, and participating in outbound sales initiatives for printing solutions.
Work Schedule
- Thursday: 1 PM 7 PM
- Friday: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities In-Store Sales & Customer Service
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Perform accurate retail transactions and promote additional products or services.
- Help customers with printing needs and explain available services clearly.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming store environment.
- Handle packaging tasks and organize incoming/outgoing packages (occasionally lift 50+ lbs).
Printing Sales & Prospecting
- Proactively engage local businesses to promote our print services.
- Use your sales and communication skills to pitch customized solutions and secure new printing clients.
- Drive locally to meet with potential clients and build strong relationships.
Operational & Team Support
- Use POS and inventory software to manage transactions and stock levels.
- Participate in inventory counts and store organization.
- Collaborate with the team to meet store goals and provide a smooth customer experience.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of retail experience is required.
- Notary Public is highly preferred within first 2 weeks.
- Strong computer skills and comfort with software tools.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Willingness to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.

About the Role
Looking for an experienced UPS Field Service Engineer to join a high-performing team covering the Dallas, Texas area. In this role, you'll take ownership of preventative maintenance, emergency response, and hands-on servicing of critical power equipment across a range of commercial and industrial sites. You'll work independently, managing your own schedule while delivering consistently excellent service to clients in environments where uptime is everything.
Responsibilities
- Plan and carry out scheduled preventative maintenance on UPS systems, PDUs, bypass cabinets, and battery systems
- Respond to emergency callouts on a 24/7 basis when required
- Diagnose faults and troubleshoot critical power systems to identify root causes and resolve issues efficiently
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and to a high standard, with a focus on zero defects
- Communicate clearly with customers, explaining equipment operation and advising on best practice
- Identify and flag sales opportunities for additional products or services
- Assist with equipment commissioning and attend manufacturer training as required
- Handle battery installation, removal, and safe disposal
- Maintain company tools, equipment, and your personal vehicle to the required standard
- Complete all job documentation accurately and on time
- Provide mentoring and on-the-job guidance to junior team members
Skills & Experience
Required:
- Minimum Associate's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering Technology or a related discipline
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience servicing, installing, and troubleshooting critical power or similar electrical equipment
- Solid understanding of Ohm's Law and electronic theory
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and line diagrams
- Proficient with electrical and electronic test equipment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, with the ability to manage your own workload independently
- Competent in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Valid driver's licence with current auto insurance
- Able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs
Preferred:
- Factory-certified training on one or more major UPS brands
- Previous experience in a critical power field service role

Basic Job Functions: SUMMARY: The Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for assembling kits as needed and preparing parts for shipment utilizing UPS and FedEx systems.
Duties include preparing and crating orders by processing requests according to the bill of materials; pulling parts; preparing parts for shipment or assembly kits; verify accuracy of order; and complete associated electronic transactions in warehouse management system prior to parts leaving the area.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Read and follow computerized instructions for pick and packing work order items.
Gather parts for shipment ensuring the type and quantity of parts match the order, inspect product and remove defective parts, record and document parts for shipment, package parts according to the order, utilize small package shipment systems as provided by carriers to create tracking labels, create supporting shipping documentation, move order to delivery area.
Continually checking for completeness of work order requirements and components.
Organize and restock all products as needed on shelves in the UPS area.
Maintain an adequate inventory of stock items and communicate shortages to Shop Supervisor.
Assist with physical inventory on a regular basis.
