Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Professional to handle incoming and outgoing calls. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent service by assisting customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with every interaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Make outbound calls as required
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently
  • Provide basic technical support and guidance to customers
  • Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records
  • Document customer interactions and update systems accordingly
  • Perform additional tasks and assignments as needed


Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role
  • Bilingual (as required by facility)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent active listening skills with attention to customer needs
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to identify issues and deliver solutions
  • Comfortable handling high call volumes
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and systems
