Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Professional to handle incoming and outgoing calls. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent service by assisting customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Make outbound calls as required
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently
- Provide basic technical support and guidance to customers
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records
- Document customer interactions and update systems accordingly
- Perform additional tasks and assignments as needed
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role
- Bilingual (as required by facility)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent active listening skills with attention to customer needs
- Strong problem-solving abilities to identify issues and deliver solutions
- Comfortable handling high call volumes
- Proficient in basic computer applications and systems
