Job Description

Insight Global Health is looking for a Forescout Engineer for an enterprise healthcare organization in New York City. He/She will be responsible for the implementation and management of Forescout solutions. This candidate will ensure the seamless integration and optimal performance within the network infrastructure. This person will architect, build, and optimize global load‑balancing solutions that support mission‑critical applications used across distributed engineering environments. The role focuses on ensuring high availability, global traffic distribution, multi‑site resiliency, and peak performance across a large‑scale enterprise environment.

What You’ll Do

• Architect, configure, and operate global load‑balancing platforms (F5 BIG‑IP LTM/GTM, GSLB, HAProxy, NGINX, and other ADC technologies).
• Design and implement high‑availability and failover strategies across multiple global sites.
