Responsible for distributing components and supplies to CADI Manufacturing. Responsible for the Inventory of all components on the CADI Manufacturing Floor. Knowledge of all related procedures.
Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties
- Distribute components and supplies to CADI Manufacturing.
- Receive components and supplies from Warehouse
- Perform all SAP transactions according to procedures.
- Inventory control and cycle counting.
- Handle chemicals and hazardous waste per procedure.

Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- 1 - 2 years of experience working in a cleanroom environment preferred
- Hazmat experience preferred
- Experience using SAP system preferred

- May be required to stand for extended periods to perform job functions.

TheSenior Process Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, optimizing and troubleshooting manufacturing processes in a manner that meets safety, quality and operational performance expectations. - Analyze organic or inorganic pharmaceutical excipients to determine chemical or physical compatibilities with active drug molecules for the development of stable pharmaceutical product
- Evaluate changes in the composition/stability of pharmaceutical products due to changes in variables such as heat, light, or chemical catalysts for quantitative or qualitative analysis
- Propose and prepare formulations with different excipients or solvents to conduct experiments and analytical testing at laboratory scale
- Propose and develop lyophilization product and process or other complex formulation process such as liposome, TFF and viscous product
- Take an active part in scale-up and technology transfer of newly developed products from R&D to manufacturing
- Identify and order materials required to perform development and manufacturing
- Identify tooling and equipment required to perform development and manufacturing
- Create documents for laboratory/manufacturing operations and quality such as master batch records, study protocols, engineering batch record, process characterization reports, standard operating procedures (SOP), etc. Review these documents for their compliance with cGMP and FDA standards
- Due diligence on manufacturing process design and risk analysis to ensure operation safety, efficiency and quality
- Propose testing procedures for analyzing CQA and coordinate with quality control testing to ensure the quality of finished drug product
- Compile and analyze test information to determine process or equipment operating efficiency or to diagnose malfunctions
- Analyze in-process and release testing results to design, analyze, and control pharmaceutical manufacturing processes through the measurement of critical process parameters (CPP) which affect the critical quality attributes (CQA) of the pharmaceutical product
- Maintain ownership of assigned laboratory instruments to ensure proper working order and troubleshoot malfunctions when needed
- Study effects of various manufacturing techniques or packaging configuration on the composition or stability of pharmaceutical product
- Develop, improve or customize equipment, formulas, processes or analytical methods to maintain quality of pharmaceutical product
- Write technical papers or reports or prepare standards and specifications for processes, facilities, products, or tests
- Provide leadership in daily operations, and have employees incorporate these compliance practices into their daily routines

The Manufacturing & Controls Engineer participates as a team member in small and large projects in the Manufacturing Facility. The Engineer provides mechanical, electrical, and system design deliverables for assigned projects. The Engineer develops process specification changes, creates and update Operator and Maintenance Work instructions for the assembly processes and assembly equipment as assigned. Updates to Assembly Process Flow Charts and PFEMA documentation are also assignments for the Engineer. The Engineer will be development to the level of a competent SME (Subject Matter Expert) for assigned Assembly Equipment and Processes.
How you will do it
- Participate in cross-functional teams assignments to develop changes to existing equipment.
- Function as a Project Lead in smaller development projects that have impact on the business objectives.
- Provides technical support for plant operations including maintenance support, capital project implementation, and Six Sigma project rollout support.
- Prepare project review information to share with team members, supervisor, manager and director and other appropriate leadership levels on a specified frequency for specified projects.
- Implement process changes on existing equipment, and assist with the development and installation of production expansion equipment in the assembly.
- Assist corporate and plant level Safety, Environmental, and Quality Assurance Dept. personnel to ensure that manufacturing assembly processes and assembly equipment meet all Safety, Environmental, and Quality and Engineering requirements.
- Communicate with plant manufacturing employees to align project focus and to define barriers to production performance that require attention.
- Develop equipment functional statements of work, equipment acceptance test plans.
- Travel to equipment supplier sites to perform equipment qualification and acceptance testing evaluation.
- Performs other tasks as assigned.
What we look for
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or Manufacturing preferred.)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics
- Ability to design pneumatic and hydraulic systems, create pneumatic and hydraulic schematics, and ability to interpret pneumatic and hydraulic schematics.
- Ability to access and edit machine PLC code; RSlogix/Studio5000 PLC programming software- Allen Bradley
- 3D modeling and 2D drafting experience; SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office applications.
- Will be responsible for SCADA Programing and interconnecting various data management systems(Kepware, Ignition)
- Other beneficial skills: Minitab, Six Sigma
- Ability to work from 7:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m.
