Role summary
• Support LNG operations by producing, updating, and maintaining compliant Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) and related mechanical and minor civil drawings using company standards in AutoCAD.

• Maintain organized drawing files and follow company document control practices to keep drawings current.
Responsibilities

The Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) at Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital is located on our 5th floor and accommodates 34 residents. Our facility serves a diverse range of patients, spanning from middle-aged adults to geriatric residents. We maintain a balance between long-term care and subacute care, striving for a ratio of 14 short-stay patients to 20 long-term residents. Our short-stay patients typically stay with us for 1 to 6 weeks on average, receiving specialized care for conditions such as sepsis, post-orthopedic surgery recovery, and wound care. For our subacute population, we provide a spectrum of skilled nursing and therapy services, including wound care with advanced techniques like wound vacuums, antibiotic therapy, and comprehensive physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Glassman Media is seeking a senior-level producer to oversee a premium short-form cooking + wellness project rooted in mindful, plant-based cuisine and a calm, intentional approach to eating and daily ritual. The series is designed as a channel ecosystem (not a single show) made up of multiple recurring episode formats (4–6 minutes each), blending food, lifestyle, and wellness storytelling.
This role is ideal for a producer with strong creative instincts, an elevated doc sensibility, and the ability to oversee dynamic, cinematic food storytelling — beautiful, tactile cooking sequences, visually rich ingredient moments, and a premium look and feel — while still executing efficiently with lean crews and fast turnarounds.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the project from development through production and delivery
- Help shape the creative direction and break the series into multiple short-form episode types, including:
- Guided “reset” episodes with real people looking to improve everyday habits
- Recipe-driven cooking episodes featuring simple, accessible techniques
- Mindfulness segments centered on breath, stillness, and conscious eating
- Ingredient + sourcing features (seasonal, local, nature-forward storytelling)
- Oversee the cinematographer on set to ensure the cooking, gardening/ingredient, and meditation segments are shot with a rich, elevated, premium look and feel
- Lead story development with the talent and families already cast and vetted, shaping emotional + practical arcs across episodes
- Bring exceptional skill guiding real people through a meaningful on-camera journey — capturing authenticity while keeping scenes focused, elevated, and story-driven
- Run production logistics, including schedules, crew planning, field coordination, and on-set leadership
- Manage post workflow with strong editorial notes to ensure pacing, tone, and consistency across formats
- Work in-office 5 days a week when not filming to support development, planning, and post-production collaboration
- Bring strong taste level and editorial instincts (premium doc/food sensibility a major plus)
Guest Haus Property Management is a fast-growing short-term rental management company based in Austin, TX. We manage a growing portfolio of high-quality homes across the city and are looking for our first on-the-ground team member to help support daily operations.
This is a part-time, on-site role (20–28 hours/week) for someone local to Austin who enjoys being hands-on, detail-oriented, and reliable — and who’s interested in growing with a company that’s scaling quickly.
Role Description
You’ll play a key role in making sure our properties are guest-ready and operating smoothly. Your work directly impacts guest experience, reviews, and owner satisfaction.
This role is field-based and includes:
- Property inspections (often prior to guest check-in)
- Restocking supplies
- Occasional one-off visits to properties as needed
You’ll work closely with the owners of Guest Haus and gain exposure to all aspects of short-term rental operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-arrival property inspections to ensure homes meet Guest Haus standards
- Restock consumables and supplies (toiletries, paper goods, small household items, etc.)
- Identify and report issues (maintenance, cleanliness, missing items, damages)
- Coordinate with our internal team and contractors when issues arise
- Make occasional one-off trips to properties for urgent or time-sensitive needs
- Document inspections clearly (photos, notes, checklists)
Requirements
- Must have a reliable car and be comfortable driving between properties
- Strong attention to detail and accountability
- Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in short-term rentals, property management, or hospitality
- Background in cleaning, inspections, or turnovers
- Familiarity with Airbnb / vacation rental standards and expectations
