CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Craft Wholesalers Inc., a family-owned business serving customers for over 40 years, is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer emails and faxes
• Processing orders accurately and efficiently
• Providing product availability, pricing, and order status updates

Schedule: Full-time | Monday to Friday | 8:30am-5pm some weekends

Requirements:

Qualifications include:

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• Excellent phone and communication skills
• Basic computer and typing skills (typing test may be required)
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and proactive
• Must be 18 or older
