As a Marketing Data & Analytics Analyst, you will help maintain the flow of data through the department, provide timely analysis and reporting to all levels of Marketing stakeholders, and assist in ad hoc requests and long-term developments. About the Role
The Additive Manufacturing Engineer at American Turbines will own our EOS M 290 DMLS printer and every part that comes off of it. Print parameters, powder management, build planning, post-processing workflow. You are the person who turns CAD into metal.
You will develop and qualify print parameters primarily for IN718 & HastX. You will print the compressor wheels, turbine wheels, combustor, and structural casings that make up our turbines. You will own the entire LPBF workflow from powder receipt through HIP, heat treatment, and NDI.
This is not a research role. We have a printer, we have powder, and we need parts on the test stand. You will be printing hardware within your first month. You will also interface directly with external service bureaus for parts that exceed our in-house build volume or require alternative alloys.
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience operating an EOS M 290 or equivalent LPBF system (SLM 280, Renishaw AM400, Trumpf TruPrint) in a production or prototype environment.
- Demonstrated experience with IN718 print parameter development: scan strategies, support removal, density optimization.
- Knowledge of post-processing workflow: stress relief, wire EDM removal, HIP, heat treatment, CNC finishing.
- Experience with NDI methods for AM parts: X-ray CT, fluorescent penetrant inspection, CMM dimensional verification.
- Understanding of powder metallurgy: particle size distribution, recycling limits, cross-contamination
prevention, safe handling of reactive alloys.
- Ability to design support structures and orient parts for optimal build quality and minimal post-processing.
Bonus Points
- Experience printing Hastelloy X or other high-temperature nickel superalloys.
- Familiarity with EOS systems or similar large-format metal AM systems.

Responsibilities
- Assist with property and market research.
- Handle complex project modeling and underwriting throughout the course of the predevelopment process.
- Conduct "highest and best use" analysis to identify potential development opportunities within the RMR portfolio.
- Participate in all aspects of the development life cycle, project feasibility, financial analysis, architecture/design/urban planning, government permitting/approvals, leasing and construction.
- Prepare and distribute project reporting materials to lenders and equity partners.
- Gather and evaluate diligence materials for development projects.
- Provide support to senior leadership with respect to development-related project updates and presentation materials.
- Complete special projects and analysis as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, real estate, urban planning, architecture or related fields preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the commercial real estate industry, with a strong preference for experience working on development projects.
- Ability to learn quickly and solve problems within a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional organization, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
- Working knowledge of ARGUS preferred.

Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, generating leads, and building and maintaining relationships with customers. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales presentations, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to provide effective solutions and support, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and keeping up-to-date with industry trends.
Key Responsibilities
The ultimate responsibility of the sales representative is to ensure that the Multipress brand is represented in a professional, meaningful manner to maintain and develop relationships and ultimately sell Pacific’s machinery and services. This is accomplished by:
- Conducting research on markets, industries, and competitors to expand our customer base.
- Aggregating market data from customer discussions and other sources to inform product development and overall company strategy.
- Developing product and service knowledge to offer viable solutions to customers to solve their production problems.
- Developing and delivering sales presentations and proposals to customers to meet their demands.
- Maintaining relationships with the current customer base to ensure that Multipress exceeds all current needs.
