What will your typical day look like?

As an Electronic Repair Technician, you will report to the Lab Manager. You will work with a cross-functional team, including other repair technicians, production assemblers, account managers, technical support, and operations to support customers to ensure success and satisfaction.


Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair circuit boards and electronic assemblies (HMI’s, AC/DC drives, power supplies, displays, controllers, amplifiers, etc.) with limited or no schematics and technical documentation.
  • Component level testing an asset.
  • Above average skill in debugging and repairing digital electronics to the component level would be an asset
  • Ability to understand assembly instructions and technical documentation
  • Test electrical and mechanical components and systems
  • Assemble and dis-assemble electrical and mechanical components and systems as required.
  • Set up and operate specialized and standard test equipment to diagnose, test and analyze the performance of electrical and electronic components, assemblies and systems.
  • Provide feedback to engineering and operations groups regarding first time assemblies.
  • Complete repair on assemblies that have failed during one of the post-assembly tests.
  • Assist in product validation and testing when required.
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement
  • Maintain 5S of your work area.
  • Assist in inventory, packaging, shipping, receiving.
  • Other duties as assigned.

For a candidate to be successful in this role, the key qualifications include:

  • Minimum College Diploma, Electronics Engineering Technician or Technologist
  • Minimum 2 years experience with electronics required
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair circuit boards and electronic assemblies with limited or no schematics and technical documentation.
  • Component level testing an asset.
  • Ability to understand assembly instructions and technical documentation.
  • Experience in general electronics assembly with knowledge of Continuous Improvement/Lean Manufacturing concepts is an asset.
  • Familiarity with hand assembly tools.
  • Experience with PCBA – IPC inspection is an asset.
  • Soldering experience is required.
  • Any mechanical and/or electro-mechanical skills are an asset
  • Windows, Office and Linux/Ubuntu skills are an asset.

Responsibilities:

  • Plans, designs and implements manufacturing processes and improvements.
  • Analyze layout of equipment, workflow assembly methods, work force utilization and establishing a manufacturing schedule
  • Identifies parts and tooling needed to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specifications
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma techniques including value stream mapping, set-up time reduction, process improvements and overall waste reduction

Be the Pharmacy Director You've Always Strived to Be

  • Convey the mission of the hospital and organization to pharmacy staff, holding them accountable for performance, while motivating them to enhance and develop their capabilities.
  • Oversee the pharmacy department's operations, including scheduling, continuous assessment, and the implementation of process improvements to optimize department performance.
  • Provide direct patient and pharmaceutical care.
  • Demonstrate and maintain competence in clinical health system pharmacy practices, including antimicrobial stewardship, non-sterile and sterile drug preparation, controlled substances, hospital pharmacy accreditation, anticoagulation drug therapy management, and medication safety.
  • Educate staff on pharmaceutical care and medication management, ensuring the pharmacy consistently complies with local, state, and national regulations.
  • Stay current with new medications, indications, and evidence-based medicine. Collaborate with the Controller to prepare and manage departmental budgets for staffing, drugs, and supplies.

Qualifications

  • Licensed in good standing by the State Pharmacy Board for the state where the hospital is located.
  • Successful completion of a degree from an accredited pharmacy program or one recognized as substantially equivalent to a U.S. accredited program by an appropriate certifying agency.
  • A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • May be required to work weekdays and/or weekends, evenings and or night shifts.
  • May be required to work on religious and/or legal holidays on scheduled days/shifts.

The Role

We are looking for a skilled Highway Truck Equipment Installer to join our production team. This is a hands-on role where you will transform bare truck chassis into high-performance workhorses. You aren't just "fixing" trucks; you are building them from the frame up using a mix of mechanical assembly, welding, hydraulics, and electrical work.


Key Responsibilities

Installation: Mount and install truck bodies (dump bodies, platforms, service bodies) and equipment (snowplows, salt spreaders, hoists, and liftgates).

Fabrication: Perform welding and torch cutting to modify frames or create custom brackets and mounts.

Hydraulics: Install and plumb hydraulic pumps, valves, reservoirs, and hoses to power heavy equipment.

Electrical: Wire electrical systems, including lighting packages, strobe lights, controllers, and camera systems.

Quality Control: Test all installed equipment to ensure it operates safely and meets Zwack Inc.’s high standards and manufacturer specifications.

What You Bring to the Table

Mechanical Aptitude: You have a solid understanding of hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment.

Experience: Previous experience in truck upfitting, heavy equipment repair, or automotive mechanics is highly preferred.

Technical Skills:

o Proficiency in welding and metal fabrication.

o Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams.

o Basic knowledge of DC electrical systems.

Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, work on your feet, and navigate in and around large truck frames.


Nice to Have (Certifications & Licenses)

While not required for entry, the following are highly valued:

Welding Certifications: AWS (American Welding Society) D1.1 or equivalent.

ASE Certifications: Specifically T-Series (Medium-Heavy Truck) certifications.

CDL License: Class B or C (to assist with moving and testing heavy-duty chassis).

Fluid Power Certification: IFPS Hydraulic Specialist or Technician.

Safety Training: OSHA 10-Hour Construction or General Industry card.
