Qualifications
- Two plus years of litigation experience required; employment litigation, class/representative action experience is a plus.
- Organized, flexible, and has effective time management skills
- Excellent research, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences at all levels
- Requires initiative, a strong willingness to learn, and sound judgment.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Current Member of California State Bar
Salary and Benefits
- Annual salary range for this position will be $135,000 - $180,000 DOE with annual performance bonus potential. Final base compensation will be determined by several conditions, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal pay equity and other job-related factors permitted by law.

- Preparing and analyzing (scoping) electrical construction costs and estimating
- Assisting in negotiating and managing all direct construction costs with trade contractors
- Undertaking responsibility for driving the estimating and cost management function for assigned projects, including benchmarking, cost control and cost reporting
- Providing leadership regarding cost and direction to the client’s project management team on assigned projects

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience supporting attorneys in civil litigation matters from intake through trial. This role requires strong attention to detail and organizational skills, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a busy, varied environment.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Draft, edit, and proofread legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, motions, subpoenas, and correspondence
- File documents with state and federal courts
