As an Industrial Control Systems and Automation Program Manager, you will work with the maintenance teams to deep dive issues and opportunities within the control systems for conveyance, sortation systems, automated baggers, robotic systems, and more. You will develop instructor led technical training materials on these systems and deliver training to controls and automation technicians across the network. You will also provide technical support and serve as the Installation and Operational Qualification controls lead for new launch sites. This role is the resident expert in automation and controls, and will lead the technical training program.

- Drive compliance on relevant OSHA, NFPA70E, and NEC regulations.
- Document all work in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and ticketing systems as appropriate.
- Mentor all maintenance personnel in developing appropriate skill sets and knowledge of equipment, specializing in controls and automation systems.
- Act as a network resource for controls related technical issues and lead network-wide root cause analysis.
- Partner with Engineering on the commissioning of new systems.
- Audit vendor work to provide feedback to leadership on quality of work and SLA performance.

Mandatory Requirements
You have..
- 5 - 7 years of experience maintaining and repairing large control systems, including PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, fieldbus, reader/vision systems.
- Advanced understanding of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.

- Ability to read and understand drawings, schematics, and diagrams.

We are seeking a Program Manager Pathways to join our team. Your role is responsible for fostering an environment that promotes the well-being, personal growth, and healing of youth. You will provide leadership and strategic direction to a team supporting youth in transitional living, with the goal of equipping them with the skills, confidence, and resources necessary for a successful transition into adulthood and independent living. As a member of the Pathways - MO team, you will work with other team members and report to our Senior Director of Transitional Living.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Implement and maintain a Trauma Informed culture within the Pathways program that aligns with The Sanctuary Model
- Conduct regular supervision of and consultation with Case Managers and Transitional Youth Behavioral Health Specialists regarding daily job duties and work performance
- Conduct timely and accurate annual written performance evaluation of each team member supervised
- Monitor and track staff attendance and approve time off requests
- Organize and implement the independent living skills classes and activities in a variety of formats to meet the needs of youth
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience working with vulnerable populations,
- Bachelor's degree in social work or related field. Master's degree is preferred.
- 2 years of supervisory experience working with staff in a youth care, transitional living program, congregate housing or educational setting, preferred.
- At least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical, and drug screening.
- A valid driver's license in the state you reside in, proof of current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Case Consultation and Support: Provide consultation and support to Certified Recovery Peer Specialists in managing complex cases, including crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.

- Community Engagement: Represent Recovery Connections of Central Florida at community forums, meetings, and events to promote peer support services and advocate for the needs of individuals in recovery.
Qualifications:
- Lived experience with substance use challenges is required.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the recovery field.
- Current certification as a Certified Recovery Peer Specialist (CRPS).
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse populations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of recovery-oriented principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
