Primary Purpose

Responsibilities
- Establish and execute departmental goals and objectives aligned to enterprise strategy, contract priorities, and client mission outcomes; define and monitor KPIs to drive accountability and data-informed decision-making.
- Design, implement, and continuously mature program management, governance, and delivery enablement frameworks that scale across portfolios while ensuring compliance with federal, regulatory, and organizational standards.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in a scientific, health, or program management discipline preferred. PMP or equivalent certification desired.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in senior program strategy and delivery leadership roles across federal, academic, and private-sector environments.
- Program Leadership: Extensive experience program management, PMO leadership, governance, financial management, and large-scale delivery enablement.

The Social Media Program Manager will provide detailed project coordination among technical, content and creative sources to develop engaging and meaningful content while maintaining the highest degree of customer service. The Manager will also track performance by collaboratively setting goals and analyzing the results of social media activities.

The Role:
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for all project administration including all contractual requirements, agreements with trade partners, purchase orders, and risk management. This individual also manages general work performance and quality, and overall team progress against the project plan.
Responsibilities:
Budget Updates:
- Produce thorough forecast of Cost-to-Complete which drills down to identify potential exposures
- Coordinate the use of Oracle with Expedition to readily identify exposures
- Require the project team to track costs of field directives and back charges for forecasting purposes
- Create detailed analysis of line-item exposures, particularly unit price contracts
- Follow the Forecasting Calendar for on-time completion of forecasts
- Teach the Standard Operating Procedures for budget updating to others
Change Order Management:
- Require the project team to fully utilize Expedition to track all Proposed Change Order (PCO) items including in-scope and out-of-scope
- Provide the Owner with up-to-date status reports relating to Changes
- Require the project team to produce a monthly Owner Change Order (OCO) to prevent aging of PCO issues which further allows for timely closure of Changes with Subcontractors
- Work to recover all legitimate GC costs relating to Owner Changes
- Track the status of all Contract Allowances in Expedition and submits Change Order Requests (COR) when an over-run is likely
- Require the project team to track all field directives and back charges in Expedition for timely processing on a monthly basis, i.e. composite clean-up, hoisting time, etc.
Project Close Out:
- Establish an effective Close-out Plan early in the project which includes the early collection, review, and packaging of Contract close-out documents
- Implement the use of the Noncompliance Reporting System

- Utilize the Completion-Compliance-Quality Form (CCQ) process for close-out

Cash Management:
- Consistently manage the cash flow of the Project to maintain a fiscally responsible position for SCCI
- Produce an effective Schedule of Values which supports a strong cash flow position
- Review each Subcontractors initial Schedule of Values to prevent overpayment
- Review Sub/Vendor requisitions to prevent payment of unsigned or unfunded Change Orders
- Produce and update the cash model for the Owner to prevent surprises
- Produce an accurate percent complete projection to support the SCCI financial management process
Meeting Management:
- Establishes a meeting regiment for the Project Team which provides for effective communication and problem solving
- Follow the SOP for focused meetings such as PM/PE, OAC's, subcontractor meetings, coordination meetings, Precon Sessions, etc.
- Manage all meetings by agenda and work to time limits
Contract Logs:
- Require the Project Team to assemble and maintain the Project Logs (Cash Management, Change Management, Noncompliance, Buy-Schedule, Contracts, Procurement, Submittals, RFI's, Safety, Hold Reports, Construction Schedule, Work lists) and periodically review for accuracy
- Conduct focus meetings once per month to review the maintenance of those logs and drills down to identify potential exposures and issues
Subcontractor Relationships:
- Establish a "Firm but Fair" approach to building relationships with Subcontractors
- Promote an environment of organization and professionalism with Subcontractors
- Address issues immediately with a non-performing Subcontractor to protect SCCI from resulting delay and potential impact

IRONDELTA is a steel erection company specializing in pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB) with some structural steel. We’re looking for a leader who can estimate, build relationships, secure new work, read contracts without crying, and help run the business.
This is not a typical PM job. This is for someone who can think like a builder, strategist, and partner while still staying connected to the field. If you’re the type who can think strategically AND still handle the day-to-day stuff without acting like you’re too important to pick up the phone, we want you.
You will NOT be doing this alone. We already have a Field Project Manager handling daily jobsite activity, field needs, questions, coordination, and the small but important details.
That means your job is to focus on estimating, operations, company growth, and high-level project management.
You guide, coordinate, and keep the company moving in the right direction.
What You’ll Actually Do
1. Estimating & Growing the Company (Top Priority)
• Bid PEMB + steel projects
• Build accurate proposals and scopes
• Review contracts, schedules, exclusions, and terms
• Network with GCs, owners, and industry partners
• Follow up on bids and pursue new opportunities
• Help fill and maintain a strong project pipeline
• Identify future work and support long-term growth
• Strengthen IRONDELTA’s reputation and relationships in the industry
2. Project Management
• Build schedules and keep everyone aligned
• Watch job health: man hours, budget trends, materials, equipment
• Communicate with GCs, owners, and the office
• Solve issues in the field with the Field PM
• Conduct site visits (not every day — you have support)
• Provide oversight to ensure safe, clean, high-quality job sites
3. Company Operations
• Work closely with our Business Operations Manager (you say what and when; she makes the magic happen)
• Communicate milestones, progress, and approved changes for billing
• Improve systems to make field + office flow better — or create new ones if the old ones suck
• Forecast manpower and workload
• Support process development as IRONDELTA scales
4. Leadership
• Support crews without micromanaging
• Mentor and motivate field and office staff
• Promote accountability and teamwork
• Keep documentation accurate and updated
What You Need
• Strong PEMB knowledge — roof & wall sheeting, framing, welding, decking, insulation, trim, etc.
• Ability to read drawings and solve field challenges
• Good communication and follow-through
• Leadership without being a jerk
• Solid problem-solving ability
• OSHA 30 preferred (or willing to get it)
• Must be drug-free and eligible to work in the U.S.
• A reliable truck (you’ll receive $700/Month)

What You’ll Do:
As a Construction Project Manager in our General Contracting – Design Build, you’ll take ownership of complex commercial buildouts from pre-construction through closeout. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, guide financial performance, manage stakeholder relationships, and deliver projects that meet or exceed expectations—on schedule, on budget, and with precision. Your key responsibilities include:
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead diverse project teams with accountability, delegate effectively, mentor junior staff, and serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders.
- Project Planning, Scheduling, and Execution: Oversee projects from initiation to closeout, develop schedules, allocate resources, and ensure all project milestones and deliverables align with PSI standards.
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Own the project budget from pre-construction to completion—managing estimates, cost controls, change orders, billing, and gross margin performance using PSI’s financial systems.
- Labor Management, Timekeeping, and Performance: Align workforce levels with project needs, oversee daily reporting, and coach field leadership to ensure accurate documentation and team productivity.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensure contract compliance, and support safe, informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain clear, professional communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams; lead meetings and ensure alignment on expectations, progress, and outcomes.
- Construction Knowledge and Materials: Apply technical construction knowledge to sequencing, supplier coordination, and material sourcing while ensuring compliance with specs and regulations.
- Safety and Quality Control: Promote a proactive safety culture and lead quality assurance efforts through audits, field talks, and adherence to OSHA and PSI standards.

What You Bring:
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years of experience managing full lifecycle commercial construction projects, OR,
- A bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field AND 3+ years of experience managing full lifecycle commercial construction projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated success managing or supporting commercial construction projects of $1M+ in value
- Strong knowledge of full-scope commercial construction workflows, scheduling, and coordination
- Ability to lead a team, communicate clearly, and take full ownership of project delivery
- Working knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Fieldwire, Procore, or similar), Microsoft Office Suite, Primavera, and ERP systems
- Financial acumen to manage budgets, interpret reports, and drive cost-effective decisions
- Familiarity with PSI’s financial systems (Acumatica JobView, Velixo)
- Experience in estimating, quantity take-offs, or subcontractor negotiations
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills

- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift, carry, and position objects up to 15 pounds without assistance.
