LaClare Creamery is seeking a dependable and adaptable Weekend Packaging Operator to support our weekend operations across multiple production areas. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment and is comfortable flexing between production and packaging functions as needed.
As a Weekend Packaging Operator, you will assist with operating production lines, packaging finished product, completing documentation, and supporting sanitation and maintenance efforts. This role plays a key part in ensuring safe, high-quality products and efficient weekend operations.
Location: Malone, WI – 100% on site
Reports to: WKND Chevre Packaging Supervisor
Typical Schedule: Weekend Shift (3-12 Hour Shifts Friday, Saturday and Sunday); 5:00am to 5:00pm
Base Pay Range: $21.72 - $23.74
Pay Incentive Added to Base Pay Rate: Employees on Weekend Shift are scheduled for a 36‑hour workweek but will receive pay equivalent to 40 hours, providing additional compensation on top of the base hourly rate.
Shift Differential: $5/hour added to hourly Base Pay plus Pay Incentive rate
What You'll Do
- Support daily production operations across production and packaging areas

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Responsible for assisting the various machine operators in ensuring efficient and safe machine operation, producing high quality product and finish product packaging, inspecting equipment, and performing preventative maintenance. May also act as an Operator when needed.
- Works with packaging schedule and operators to determine proper cheese usage during production runs.
- Assists in packaging area and cross-training on other machine operation duties.
- Completes paperwork and data entry.

- Assists with all production runs and documenting all steps to ensure accurate, consistent, safe, and quality products every time.
- Keeps a clean work environment. Wash, rinse, sanitize and return all equipment back to its designated area immediately after done using. Complete time of use, daily, weekly, biweekly, and monthly sanitation scheduled responsibilities along with documentation once work is complete.
- Assists in the facilities maintenance program by informing the maintenance team of issues as they arise so the equipment is performing optimally.
- Works with supervisor and acts as the first line of defense in maintaining and problem-solving maintenance issues.
- Coordinates with supervisor to flex between different areas and cover as required. Will be required to make sure all documentation is filled out completely and accurately per the Food Safety Programs.

Job Purpose
The Events Manager reports to the Director of Events and Operations. This role’s primary responsibility is to work closely with the Director of Events for planning, executing, and supporting signature fundraising events in established markets including Atlanta, Tennessee, and the Gulf Coast of Florida. The Events Manager also supports the Development Team in community relations initiatives that strengthen fundraising efforts by identifying and cultivating local community and business partners.

Responsibilities
o Work closely with the Director of Events to oversee the execution of signature events including the Rally On the Runway Fashion Show in Atlanta, Nashville and Pensacola; Rally In the Round in Nashville, and the Benefit Bash in Atlanta
o Primary responsibities include Successful planning and execution of events includes but is not limited to venue selection, contract negotiation, vendor relations, and logistical planning.
o Manage and support event committees in tandum with the Development Team and cultivate new relationships by providing leadership, acknowledgement, material support, and assistance in implementing committee plans
o Manage all event guest and invitation lists through Salesforce from creation to updating, and mailing.
o Responsible for submitting and managing all necessary design job requests through fulfillment and delivery via Rally’s project management system
