Board Eligible/Board Certified Child Psychiatrist
to treat patients in our Behavioral Health Dept both virtually and in-person. They will work collaboratively with our Primary Care and specialty providers utilizing a hybrid work schedule from both home and office. The chosen candidate will work closely with our highly trained staff of Cognitive Behavioral Therapists, Clinical Social Workers, Nurse Care Managers and Psychiatry Staff to manage patient psychiatric conditions, provider psychiatric consultations, and help grow Summit Health's Westmed Medical Group psychiatry programs.
Responsibilities will include:
Providing direct patient care, including psychiatric assessment and medication management to pediatric patients in the Behavioral Health Dept
Psychiatric consultations to primary care providers.
Educating physicians and nursing staff on psychiatric disorders and medication management within the primary care setting
Developing psychiatry services and programs to meet the needs of Summit Health's Westmed Medical Group patients and providers

The Operations Coordinator oversees daily office operations and leads the company’s accreditation and compliance initiatives. This role is responsible for managing insurance order processing, heading up regulatory compliance efforts, maintaining updated policies and procedures, and ensuring the organization remains audit-ready and aligned with industry standards.
Accreditation & Compliance Leadership
- Lead and manage all accreditation processes, including preparation, documentation, and ongoing compliance requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for accrediting organizations and regulatory agencies
- Maintain and update company policies and procedures to meet DME regulatory standards
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance guidelines
- Conduct routine internal audits of patient and employee files
- Monitor and track required staff trainings and certifications to maintain compliance
- Ensure the organization remains survey-ready at all times
- Process and track DME orders
- Maintain accurate patient and insurance records
- Oversee daily office workflow and administrative functions
- Manage new hire onboarding paperwork, ensuring completion of required employment documents and compliance training
- Coordinate communication between office, sales and billing
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency
- Handle general administrative duties including document management and reporting
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance and operations is a plus

Job Description
Summit Health is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our established Plastic Surgery department at our Purchase, NY location. This Physician Assistant (PA) will function as a patient care provider within the outpatient office, hospital, and operating room and will have responsibilities including: Helping the provider to see patients in the office, seeing patients independently in the office, assisting in the operating room and assisting in hospital rounding, when applicable.
