Position Description: The One Capital Management Wealth Management Group is in search of an analyst to support the firmโs Wealth Management Group.
The Director will serve as a senior leader within the Wealth Management Group, playing an integral part in driving the firmโs growth strategy and delivering its full scope of wealth and advanced planning capabilities.
This position is designed for an experienced professional capable of operating with significant autonomy to solve complex wealth and investment policy challenges for the firmโs most sophisticated clients.
The Director will be a thought leader, responsible for shaping strategy, mentoring junior analysts, and ensuring the highest quality of analytical output.
The Wealth Management team focuses on delivering the full scope of the firmโs wealth and advanced planning capabilities to private clients, foundations, endowments, and investment advisors.
Specific responsibilities may include but not limited to: Leading the development of sophisticated, customized financial analyses and strategic solutions for the firmโs clients, including brainstorming on business exceeding $10 million.
Taking an active and primary role in presenting complex analyses, findings, and strategic recommendations directly to clients, prospects, and intermediaries.
Overseeing the firmโs planning software updates to reflect the current capital asset projections, tax, legal, and regulatory environment.
Producing firm-wide planning and strategy research to inform investment policy and enhance client service models.
Leading the quality control process for Wealth Forecasting Analyses (WFAs) to ensure the highest standards of accuracy and consistency.
Training and mentoring new Advisors and Associates on the firmโs analytical tools, processes, and wealth management philosophies.
Identifying key client planning issues, strategizing innovative solutions, and helping to build custom analytics to meet evolving client needs.
Job Requirements: A bachelorโs degree is required; an advanced degree is a plus.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of significant experience in wealth planning, with a proven track record of managing complex client relationships and analyses.
Superior analytical and strategic problem-solving skills are essential, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions for sophisticated clients.
Mastery of eMoney software, PowerPoint, Excel, and Morningstar Direct is required.
Experience with Holistiplan is a plus.

Job Summary
The Production Supervisor assists in the management of the molding department to meet production requirements by supervising operations and maintaining strong employee relations for a cohesive team environment.
Essential Functions
- Champion and foster safety culture within department, leading communications, initiatives and upholding standards for a safe work environment.
- Understand and follow Safety Escalation process for the plant, performing as the primary contact when plant leadership is off site.
- Ensure department and equipment are ready and available to meet production schedules based upon production scheduling demands.
- Review production schedules and plan labor resources necessary to complete schedule.
- Act as primary contact for all employee conflicts, administering and mediating where necessary.
- Monitor and address production exceptions related to machine down time and scrap anomalies.
- Establish and maintain standards for training and progression of employees within the operations of the department. Ensure that all production personnel are trained by supervising appropriate training programs.
- Engage the broader Operations team with initiatives and align standards across departments when appropriate.
- Responsible for implementing and coordinating in conjunction with Continuous Improvement all 5S and CI standards.
- Communicate effectively with employees to align production priorities with employee requests.
- Conduct scheduled shift meetings to communicate Operations priorities and immediate needs of the shift.
- Provide guidance on quality issues, escalating according to procedure when required.
- Perform all supervisor tasks related to payroll and employee engagement through designated applications (ie. Training Exchange, Workday)
- Assist in conducting the formal and informal performance appraisals and hiring new employees

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $102,500 to $187,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $122,900 to $213,400.
