This OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST ASST. (COTA) opportunity is per diem and offers a convenient schedule. This dynamic individual will be responsible for administering occupational therapy modalities of treatment as supervised by the staff occupational therapist. Administers treatments and physical agents as directed by the staff occupational therapist after the occupational therapist has evaluated the patient. The occupational therapy assistant assists with restoration of patient functioning to prevent disability following injury, disease or physical disability. Assists patients to reach their maximum performance and level of functioning, while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities. The occupational therapy assistant participates in operational aspects of the department, maintains performance improvement activities within the department and participates in CQI activities. Responsibilities
- Maintain Customer relations with all existing and future clients.
- Attempt to resolve any customer concerns or seek the appropriate management contact to assist.
- Plan and coordinate known appointments that will be arriving the next day.

- Answering service calls and following up in a timely manner.

- Obtain customers signature on all repair orders, document agreements, and credit card payment slips.
- Check on progress of each repair order throughout the day and keep customer informed of any status changes. Record any agreed upon changes on the repair order.
- Review all repair orders and verify that parts are billed out on appropriate lines and that all customer and warranty items have been billed and coded.
- Verify that all quality control standards have been met and vehicle has been washed before contacting customer.
- Follow up with all aging repair orders and provide daily explanation to Service Manager for any repair order open longer than 4 days.
- Maintain a customer satisfaction inquiry score above national average.
- Capture valid customer emails and maintain a CSI email capture rate higher than the national standard.
- Maintain a follow up system for special ordered parts or vehicles that will need additional future repairs.
- Maintain a clean orderly office that is acceptable in accordance with dealership’s standards.
- Maintain all common customer areas and assure that all amenities are stocked and in proper working order. Report any major janitorial issues that cannot be quickly cleaned up or require special service.
- Establish method of payment and collect Visa, Master card, or American Express.
- Maintain all applicable certifications and keep continuing education up to date with TOE and dealer standards.
- Maintain Compli and complete assigned modules in a timely manner.
- Maintain a well-groomed appearance and uniform while performing job duties or away at training.

As VP of Ecommerce, you’ll report to the CEO/Founder to scale Pistola’s Ecommerce business. We’re looking for a strategic leader with 10+ years of experience to own our growth roadmap and consumer experience. From high-level strategy to hands-on execution of acquisition and retention, you will collaborate across the leadership team to deliver a best-in-class ecommerce ecosystem.
Core Responsibilities:
- Create, implement and drive strategy, execution and analysis of Pistola’s online marketing efforts based upon strict investment allowable and lifetime value metrics
- Build a scalable marketing budget and plan for smart growth while expanding channel mix, and improving key customer KPI’s and overall profitability
- Execute and scale an acquisition strategy through both online and offline marketing channels including search engine marketing (SEM), Direct Mail, Paid Social, search engine optimization (SEO), external partnerships and other direct marketing programs.
- Continuously identify, test and implement new marketing channels while measuring existing channels for a portfolio effect which drives proper KPI’s.
- Build and manage a best-in-class email and mobile marketing program. Drive both customer acquisition and retention through transaction and triggered email and mobile flows. Develop and manage the company’s email and SMS marketing program to maximize results through segmentation, cadence, offer and design.
- Balance profitability and customers LTV through continuous improvement on the site experience and a laser like focus on customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and evolve a robust testing framework to expand the volume & pace of learning across the business. You should love a good a/b test and almost no decisions can’t be tested.
- Report and analyze channel and campaign performance real-time, daily, weekly and monthly basis; develop insights and make recommendations for action and opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

About the Role
The Customer Support Analyst will provide excellent customer service to Ariat retailers, sales representatives, internal and external customers. You will support and communicate with sales representatives, retailers and internal customers by completing various tasks such as supporting retail accounts, order entry and order book management, maintenance, tracking and having a depth knowledge of product and order statuses.
