Job Description

Position Summary:
The Product Line Manager – Airframes role is to provide in-depth market competitive analysis, technical support, and market pricing strategies to meet revenue and profitability goals for the organization. As well as assisting the sales organization in the sales of all airframe material owned by the company. The role also requires the full engagement of the activity in the review, valuation and procurement of aircraft, surplus packages plus strategic purchasing of demand material using the experience available within the company. This will include ownership of valuation & technical assessments with respect to purchasing of such assets & material offered. Will require close liaison with the Director of Airframe Product Lines, VPs of Sales across different regions, Account Managers Globally and departments who have the liaison where the supplier is concerned. Will require a good understanding of the overall commercial aircraft parts aftermarket, availability, demand, and values.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Evaluate whole assets for acquisition and determine strategy to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements.
- Manage disassemble process, coordinate drop shipments, and select appropriate component repair stations to streamline cost and TAT (Turn-Around-Time).
- Have material properly certified and readily available for the sales team to quickly support our customer base.
- Maintain a current pricing structure for the managed material.
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with both internal & external stakeholders.
- Manage the targeted revenues specifically focusing on aged Inventory to enable faster redeployment of investment to acquire newer assets.
- Assist the Director of Product Lines in the valuation of all opportunities presented with relevant forecast data to provide as required to the Commercial Review Board and CFO/CEO for approval.
- Ability to negotiate pricing and terms in line with the Company’s ROI/IRR.
- Develop with the Director of Product Lines, a team of Strategic buyer(s) to review demand based on internal data and market knowledge in the investment strategy/spend as set by the executive team.

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of working in material & sales roles within the aviation industry.

Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $115k
Summary:
Is trained to perform processing blood and other body fluids, send outs, and other tests as required. Obtains blood samples from the correct patient, ensuring that the blood is properly drawn and labeled following established procedures to assure the proper specimen for the requested testing. Is trained to become competent at venipunctures and skin punctures. May register and interview patients, obtaining accurate demographic and financial information. May be required to verify medical necessity for all Medicare patients.
Responsibilities:
* Performs daily phlebotomy procedures and tests on a fluctuating work schedule. Obtains an adequate specimen on all patients, including correct timed specimens when indicated.
* Observes established personnel policies, OSHA requirements, and lab procedures to ensure safe practice.
* Assures proper identification of patient and specimens in accordance with established laboratory identification procedures, and cares for patients promptly and courteously.
* Maintains integrity of specimens while processing specimens. Assures correct identification of specimens and distributes specimens to the proper department or correct reference laboratory.
* Plates and smears to appropriate media all specimens received for culturing. Processes microbiology specimens when assigned.
* Processes sendout testing when necessary.
* Answer Pneumatic tube system at all times.
* Assists in orienting of new personnel as directed by the lead tech or lab director.
* Continuously practices universal precautions. Follows all hospital, section, and safety policies and procedures.
* Is trained in the following skills: Age specific criteria for all age groups, fingersticks, heel sticks, venipuncture, blood cultures, syringe collections and the use of butterflies.
* Registers and interviews patients, obtaining accurate demographic financial information.
* Performs therapeutic phlebotomies.
* Stock drawing stations and outpatient rest rooms. Maintain phlebotomy area, trays area in orderly and useable condition. Maintains a system of inventory control of assigned areas. Assumes responsibility for neatness and cleanliness of patient area.
* Follows hospital safety policy including wearing gloves while performing phlebotomy and utilizes only safeguard needles and syringes. Follows needlestick policy in the event of needlestick or mucous membrane exposure.
* Contacts patients or nursing stations for additional specimens, if necessary.
* Performs daily clerical duties which may include entering results into computer, receiving specimens, answering the telephone, printing logs, looking up results, monitoring label printing, problem solving and assisting office personnel as needed.
* Reports to CLS, CLT, or Supervisor any irregularities encountered in performing daily workload.
* Maintains a clean work area.
* Helps to unpack and distribute laboratory supplies.

Responsibilities
The Boatswain's Mate (BM) has a rich history of honored traditions. As a BM, you will supervise the maintenance of your ship inside and out, in addition to a diverse roster of other responsibilities:
* Standing watch as lookout or Boatswain Mate of the Watch
* Repairing, maintaining and stowing equipment
* Training, directing and supervising ship's maintenance personnel
* Assisting as a search and rescue swimmer
* Operating sound-powered communication equipment
* Serving as a member of damage control, emergency and security alert teams
* Participating in Navy ceremonies
* Transferring supplies between ships while at sea
* Operating small boats, tugs, barges and other small craft
* Assisting with flight deck and amphibious operations
* Serving as flight deck crew during helicopter operations
* Supervising deck crew in cleaning, painting and maintaining the ship
* Directing boat crews in landing and rescue operations
* Teaching seamanship
Work Environment
Boatswain's Mates serve primarily on ships and can expect to travel the world over. Your responsibilities are performed mostly outdoors and you can expect work of a physical nature. You will not spend your entire career at sea, you may work in a variety of different environments when you're stationed on shore.
Training & Advancement
Upon completion of initial training at Recruit Training Command Great Lakes (known as Boot Camp), you'll report for specialized training, including:
Boatswain Mate "A" School (5 weeks) in Great Lakes, IL, for training in basic general safety, watch standing, deck seamanship, underway replenishment and preventive maintenance.
Following "A" School, there may be additional opportunities for training before receiving your first assignment, such as amphibious training. After all training is completed, you may be assigned to a fleet unit or a shore station.
Promotion opportunities are regularly available but competitive and based on performance.
Advanced Training
Advanced training as a Boatswain's Mate may also be available during later stages of your career. For those with further leadership aspirations and a college degree, Officer roles may be available, providing opportunities to lead and train others.
Post-Service Opportunities
Specialized training received and work experience gained in the course of service can lead to valuable credentialing and occupational opportunities in related fields in the civilian world, such as occupational health and safety, motorboat operation and more.
Education Opportunities
Beyond offering access to professional credentials and certifications, Navy technical and operational training as a Boatswain's Mate can translate to credit hours toward a bachelor's or associate degree through the American Council on Education.
You may also continue your education through undergraduate degree opportunities like the Navy College Program and Tuition Assistance and the Post-9/11 GI Bill.
Qualifications & Requirements
A high-school diploma or equivalent is required to become an Enlisted Sailor and a Boatswain's Mate. You must also be a U.S. citizen eligible for security clearance.
Applicants for the BM rate possess good communication skills, including the ability to speak clearly. You should also be able to get along with others and work well as a team member.

Part-Time Opportunities
Serving part-time as a Navy Reserve Sailor, your duties will be carried out during your scheduled drilling and training periods. During monthly drilling, Boatswain's Mates in the Navy Reserve typically work at a location close to their homes.
For annual training, you may serve anywhere in the world, including locations in the U.S., at bases overseas, or in areas where humanitarian needs are great.

Most of what you do in the Navy Reserve is considered training. The basic Navy Reserve commitment involves training a minimum of one weekend a month (referred to as drilling) and two weeks a year (referred to as Annual Training) - or the equivalent of that.
Boatswain's Mates in the Navy Reserve serve in an Enlisted role. Before receiving the ongoing professional training that comes with the job, initial training requirements must be met.
For current or former military Enlisted servicemembers, prior experience satisfies the initial Recruit Training requirement, so you will not need to go through Boot Camp again.
For those without prior military experience, you will need to meet the initial Recruit Training requirement by attending Boot Camp in Great Lakes, IL. This training course will prepare you for service in the Navy Reserve and count as your first Annual Training.
