We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trust & Estates Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of dedicated experience in trust, estate, and conservatorship litigation in California. This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload, work closely with partners, and take a lead role in all phases of litigation, from initial case assessment through trial and appeal.
We believe in rewarding hard work. Our attorneys have a minimum billable hour requirement of 1,610 hours per year. For those who meet or exceed this goal, our tiered bonus program provides a clear path to increase your earnings significantly.
The annual base salary for this position is $165,000 to $195,000. Depending on billable hours, total compensation can range from $207,000 at the lower end of the salary range to $245,000 at the higher end.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and litigate complex trust, estate, and conservatorship disputes, including but not limited to:
- Will and trust contests (e.g., undue influence, lack of capacity, fraud)
- Breach of fiduciary duty claims against trustees, executors, and conservators
- Petitions for instructions and accountings
- Spousal property petitions
- Elder abuse actions (financial and physical)
- Conservatorship contested matters
- Probate and trust administration disputes
- Conduct legal research and analysis, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Handle all aspects of discovery, including propounding and responding to written discovery, and taking/defending depositions.
- Prepare for and attend court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Develop and implement effective case strategies.
- Collaborate with partners and other attorneys on complex matters.
- Mentor junior attorneys and support staff as needed.
- Maintain accurate time records and ensure compliance with billing requirements.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
- 5+ years of demonstrable experience specializing in California Trust & Estates Litigation.
- Strong understanding of the California Probate Code, related statutes, and case law.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a proven ability to draft persuasive legal documents and advocate effectively in court.
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

As a Manufacturing Engineer II within Wabtec Bus Solutions, you will perform a variety of manufacturing engineering assignments including developing, evaluating and improving manufacturing methods within the industrial plant. Estimate production times, staffing requirements, and related costs to provide information for management decisions. Confers with management, engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, and other considerations to facilitate production processes. Train technical as well as non-technical associations, assist others through moderate to complex tasks and apply statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential issues while driving solutions.

QUALITY –

- Collaborate with Healthcare Recruiter, Clinical Service Directors, Business Operations Area Director, and Business Operations Director to ensure adequate and timely recruiting in all markets thereby ensuring client coverage and minimizing overtime. Introduce new and creative recruiting strategies as needed to increase hires and maximize ROI.
- Maintain high level of communication with Senior and Regional leadership and Clinical Services Directors regarding pending clients, potential issues, new processes, etc. including leading weekly clinical department meetings.
- Work in conjunction with Senior and Regional Leadership, Director of Contract Development, Business Operations Directors and Clinical Service Directors to provide competitive advantages and maximize payer relationships.
- Continue to support and facilitate organization growth, specifically pediatric skilled agency business, by assisting Regional and Local Leadership.

CLINICAL COMPLIANCE –
- In conjunction with the Compliance Regional Director and Clinical Services Regional Vice President, ensure adherence to and compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, contracts, accreditation standards and policies and procedures of assigned offices by: Developing and implementing proactive audit program throughout organization including periodic site visits. Identifying trends within offices and organization and developing Plans of Correction to mitigate. Ensuring all applicable verifications, evaluations, competencies, and checks are completed timely.
- Assist with all surveys in assigned regions in conjunction with the Compliance Regional Director by: Ensuring all assigned office licenses, CEMPs and personnel are up to date and renewals/changes filed timely. Providing offices will all necessary survey information and preparation. Oversee Plans of Action or Plans of Correction development and submission for any deficiencies.
- Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of clinical processes, policies, and procedures.
MANAGEMENT –
- Hire, develop and supervise high potential Clinical Service Directors.
- Provide clinical and compliance mentorship, guidance and support to office and field staff of assigned region.
- Conduct counseling, coaching and annual performance evaluations for all assigned Clinical Service Directors and ensure they are properly supervising their field staff
- Develop successor planning and staff development.
- Monitor, manage and oversee all assigned Clinical Service Director payroll and time off requests (PTO approval).
- Participate in budgeting or annual planning activities as requested.
- Submit all requested reports, action plans, etc. timely to management as requested.

We are currently seeking a Manager, Clinical Outsourcing and Vendor Management. Reporting to the Vice President, Head of Clinical Operations, Science & Quality, you will be responsible for overseeing and facilitating the outsourcing of services and management of external vendors to ensure the successful execution of clinical trials. You will partner with clinical project teams and cross-functional team members to assess key vendors and optimize outsourcing strategies, vendor selection, vendor oversight and relationship management for Ray Therapeutic’s needs. This role is critical in ensuring that outsourced clinical activities meet program goals, regulatory requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide primary outsourcing and vendor management support for clinical operations supporting clinical trials within Ray Therapeutics, ensuring alignment with study objectives
- Interact closely with cross-functional teams to identify and meet outsourcing and contracting needs for clinical vendors, including CROs, laboratories, and specialty providers
