Lactalis American Group, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a QC Checker based in Nampa, ID.The QC Checker provides support to plant operations in maintaining operational quality standards. Responsible for the manufacturing of safe, quality food observing all Good Manufacturing Practices and reporting off-standard or abnormal conditions.

From your EXPERTISE to ours

Key responsibilities for this position include:

* Will perform required quality checks for string, fresh mozzarella, shred, sticks, and mozzarella departments. To include such checks as metal detector checks, leaker checks, weight checks, analytical checks, and various other checks to verify product conforms to the product specification.

* When a quality check result does not confirm to requirements, performs necessary rechecks to confirm non-conformance.

* Assist with initiating the hold procedure to control non-conforming product at time of packaging.

* Pull samples from the line per sampling plan for each area to submit for microbiology, chemistry, sensory, shelf life, and/or pathogen analysis.

* Complete screen sort checks as defined in sorting procedure and properly tag product needing additional action to bring to conformance. To notify QA Clerk/supervisor/manager of major defects or patterns of defects in a timely manner.

* Document all quality checks accurately and in a timely manner including explanation of corrective action taken for any non-conforming quality checks.

* Perform additional tasks such as pulling air samples, hand swabs, and maintenance of our shelf-life library.

Copy Editor/Fact Checker Responsibilities:

• Edit and proofread copy for assigned and other brands as needed

Boeing's Phantom Works is seeking an AC5 Chief Engineer – Phantom Works

The AC5 Chief Engineer will lead the technical direction and engineering personnel of the Advanced Communications, Computing, Cyber, Command and Control (AC5) portfolio within the Phantom Works Tech Base division. The position will direct the AC5 Thrust leads in setting technical strategies and roadmaps for air and space technology development, and report to the Phantom Works Systems Engineering Capability Leader.

You will lead an IPT spanning multiple functions including supply chain, IP&S, Quality / Supplier Quality, Production Engineering, Design Eng, Liaison Eng, Operations, and Materials & Processes to develop software and hardware prototypes conducting command and control across air, space, maritime, and land domains. You will provide technical direction over AC5's sub-portfolios of advanced command and control, advanced mission planning, advanced communications, and advanced computing. Additionally, you will be Phantom Works' multi-domain advocate across the BDS divisions, providing education and alignment on the DAF's Battle Network, DON's Project Overmatch, DOA's Project Convergence, and USSF's KRONOS.

This role is an excellent opportunity to further develop your leadership and visioning skills as you will set and lead a team in successful execution of a long-term long range kill chain objectives. You will gain valuable experience working with the various functions who all support production of major aircraft assemblies as well as interacting with and managing large external suppliers. • Check guests in and out of Sawmill Creek and answer any guest questions or concerns throughout their stay.  
• Answer guest questions in person and on the phone. 
• Collect and record all charges as well as perform general office procedures.
• Learn and utilize the hotel Property Management System.

• Ability to bend, crouch, and stoop, push cart weighing up to 50 lbs., and use cleaning chemicals

• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs
• Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law
• Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education, and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law

• Complete tasks in accordance with Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and Sawmill Creek Standards.
• Assist in setting up room and tables. 
• Maintain cleanliness. 
• Act as a contributing member of the service team to complete all key responsibilities of a banquet server. 
• Maintain an outgoing, friendly disposition while interacting with our guests.
• Provide guest service according to Cedar Point standards.

• Explain and demonstrate games to guests, conduct sales transactions for guests to play the game, and provide guests with game supplies/equipment needed to play.
• Determine winners, record winners, and distribute prizes.
• Maintain appropriate levels of stock; move and organize stock in stockrooms
• Clean game booth and keep equipment in good condition
