  • Act as an SME on compounding/filling processes, providing training and support to team members.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and process issues to ensure efficient production flow.
  • Conduct quality checks, in-process sampling, and accurate documentation in compliance with SOPs and cGMPs.

Position Summary

Miller Bros. Const., Inc. is seeking a Summer Yard Hand / Shop Helper to assist the heavy equipment maintenance team in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized shop and yard environment.


This position is ideal for individuals interested in construction equipment, diesel mechanics, or heavy equipment operations. The yard hand will support shop mechanics and equipment staff with general labor tasks, shop organization, and light maintenance assistance.

The successful candidate will be dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to work outdoors in a fast-paced equipment yard environment.


Responsibilities:

Shop and Yard Support

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the equipment yard, shop area, and storage areas
  • Assist with basic shop support tasks
  • Clean tools, parts, and equipment as directed
  • Assist with moving equipment, parts, and materials throughout the yard
  • Wash and clean heavy equipment, trucks, and attachments
  • Help maintain fueling areas

Equipment Assistance

  • Help transport tools and parts to mechanics working on equipment

Yard Maintenance
