Job Description
Job Description: Warehouse Operator Job Location: Rancho Cordova, CA Position Overview The Warehouse Operator executes end-to-end warehouse activitiesincluding inbound receipt, storage, outbound processing, equipment support, and safety complianceto ensure efficient, accurate, and quality-controlled warehouse operations.
This role focuses heavily on maintaining patient safety, regulatory compliance, and flawless execution within highly regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities Execute warehouse processes related to receiving inbound goods with high accuracy and adherence to quality and safety standards.
Support customs and import-related activities, perform required quality inspections, and maintain environmental product controls.
Accurately update all inbound transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP system.
Perform stock counts, stock verifications, stock adjustments, and manage stock movements.
Ensure compliance with bonded storage rules, special storage zones, temperature-controlled areas, and finance-related controls.
Maintain high inventory accuracy by participating in cycle counts and resolving discrepancies promptly.
Pick, pack, label, and ship outbound orders in compliance with quality, safety, and customer-specific requirements.
Support customs/export processes and quality inspections for outbound shipments.
Record all outbound-related transactions in the WMS or ERP systems.
Assist maintenance technicians with equipment troubleshooting, calibration, and resolving recurring technical issues.
Transport goods safely using forklifts or other material-handling equipment while adhering to all safety protocols.
Contribute to the installation and configuration of new warehouse technologies and systems, following manufacturer instructions.
Support the implementation of safety protocols, ensuring team members adhere to established procedures.
Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, inspections, and safety checks.
Assist in optimizing warehouse space and improving picking/packing workflows.
Aid in order fulfillment coordination by prioritizing orders and collaborating with logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Adapt to changing operational needs and follow all established warehouse guidelines.
Education: High School Diploma or Vocational Education
