The Electrical Engineering (EE) Section of the Materials and Process Engineering Department is seeking an individual to fulfill the role of Senior Electronic Materials Failure Analyst. This position supports the EE section in its mission of performing electronic materials failure analysis and component evaluation.   The devices submitted for analysis range from simple passive devices to complex, custom microcircuits as well cables, connectors, magnetics and electro-magnetics. 

What You Will Do:

• The position requires knowledge of the materials of electrical components, including ceramics and glasses, metal wire bonding, component staking, conformal coating, and solder. 

• The position requires the ability to work through each step of an analysis, from initial evaluation, photo-documentation, electrical test, destructive testing and writing a final report that substantiates any failure conclusions.  

• The position requires being able to determine the root cause of failures using the available laboratory equipment.   This includes digital photo-documentation, various electrical component test equipment, Sono-scan, SEM-EDS, and various destructive techniques.

The Sr. Electronic Materials Failure Analyst job is in Tucson, AZ and the position is onsite.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a University degree in Electrical Engineering or Material Science or Physics and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience or An Advanced Degree in a related field and
  minimum 3 years experience

• Experience in electronic component failure analysis

• Experience in the analysis of microcircuits, active or passive electrical components.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Knowledge of Government Component Documents i.e. MIL-STD, MIL-PRF, and MIL-HDBK specifications, and associated QPLs and QMLs. (MIL-STDs 750 / 883, MIL-PRF 38534, 38534, 19500, 1580 etc.)

• Knowledge of the testing of RF devices and interconnects

• Data collection and presentation skills to write a cogent report, supporting the analysis conclusion and if necessary present the data and findings 

• Ability to effectively work parallel analyses 

• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite

• Familiarity with component data sheets and drawings

• Experience with electrical test equipment such as (DMM, Curve Tracer, Parametric Analyzers, etc.)

• Technical working knowledge of electronic component parts and their application

• Knowledge of reading electrical schematics and circuit analysis

• Advanced degree in aforementioned disciplines.  ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard

As an Auto Estimator, you will collect vehicle information from repair shops or customers and complete initial and supplemental estimates via photos or in person. Where You'll Work:

We are seeking a Global Brand Creative Production Coordinator to provide central administrative and logistical support for a global brand creative production team. This role guides creative productions from initial planning through final delivery, supporting the Head of Production and Creative Producers with scheduling, documentation, contracts, budget tracking, and team communication.

Overview:

We are seeking a fashion-focused Art Director to shape and define our brand through compelling, trend-aware creative execution. This role is responsible for translating who we are as a brand into a cohesive visual language across digital, e-commerce, marketing, and in-store experiences. The Art Director must have a strong point of view, deep awareness of the fashion landscape, and the ability to create a seamless, elevated visual experience that differentiates us from competitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the brand’s visual identity, ensuring it clearly communicates who we are and what sets us apart in the fashion marketplace

• Stay deeply informed on fashion trends, cultural shifts, and the competitive landscape, using insights to guide creative direction and innovation

• Concept and art direct seasonal campaigns, photoshoots, and brand moments that align with trend relevance and brand positioning

• Lead creative direction across e-commerce, site content, email, social, paid media, and in-store visuals, ensuring a cohesive omnichannel experience

• Develop clear creative frameworks, mood boards, shot lists, and visual guidelines that unify all touchpoints

• Partner closely with Marketing, Merchandising, and Production to align creative with product priorities and business goals

• Direct and oversee photo and video shoots, ensuring styling, composition, and execution reflect brand standards and trend direction

• Review and approve creative assets to maintain a high level of aesthetic, accuracy, and consistency

• Manage timelines and workflows to ensure creative is delivered efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and clear creative feedback to designers and creative partners

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Art Director, preferably in fashion, retail, or e-commerce

• Strong portfolio demonstrating fashion-forward creative, brand storytelling, and omnichannel execution

• Deep understanding of current and emerging fashion trends and how they translate into commercial creative

• Proven ability to analyze and respond to the competitive landscape with differentiated creative direction

• Experience art directing photo and video shoots (studio and on-location)

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)

• Strong visual instincts paired with strategic thinking

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

• Knowledge of performance creative, social-first content, and trend-driven storytelling

Guided by strategic marketing direction, you will create engaging visual campaigns designed to capture attention and drive the desired response from our audience. This role is highly digital and content-focused: you’ll manage multiple social media channels, produce high-impact visual assets, and collaborate with brand ambassadors across Moose Offroad, Slippery, Z1R, and Arctiva to build exposure and strengthen our online presence. Your work will help define how our brands connect with communities and stand out in the powersports and action-sports industries.

What You’ll Do:

Design & Creative Production

• Create high‑fidelity design comps for web, email, and social media using Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Perform advanced photo editing and retouching to produce photorealistic product composites.
• Stay on top of design trends to ensure our creative stays fresh and competitive.

Social Media + Content Creation

• Design and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
• Plan, shoot, and edit original photo and video content, including product launches and campaign assets.
• Keep track of race results for timely social posting.
• Travel to races and photoshoots to capture real-time, on-brand content.

Collaboration

• Work closely with external photographers and videographers to coordinate content needs.
• Partner with Brand Ambassadors for collaborative content that drives exposure and engagement.
• Present creative concepts during weekly design review meetings and clearly articulate design rationale.

Video Skills

• Use Adobe Premiere or After Effects to edit short-form video using pre-existing templates.

What You Bring:

Education & Experience

• Associate’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 2–4 years of professional design experience.

Core Skills

• Excellent understanding of design, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong creativity, critical thinking, and organizational ability.
• Proficiency in graphic design, typography, and digital content creation.
• Customer service mindset with the ability to support internal/external partners.
• Working knowledge of Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and video tools like After Effects or Premiere.
• Valid driver’s license (required).

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit for extended periods (7+ hours/day).
• Regular use of screens and digital equipment.
