Our client, a leading commercial and residential mitigation, restoration, and reconstruction firm, is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and execute commercial and multifamily projects in the Tampa / Clearwater market, with the flexibility to support projects nationwide as needed.
This role is responsible for day-to-day field operations, subcontractor coordination, schedule and budget control, quality assurance, and supporting estimating and bid development. Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Field Oversight
- Manage multiple commercial and multifamily construction projects from mobilization through closeout.

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, and verify quality standards.
- Coordinate daily field operations, including trade scheduling, inspections, deliveries, and equipment needs.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, photos, progress updates, and reports.
- Source, qualify, and coordinate subcontractors and vendors across all required trades.
- Ensure subcontractors meet insurance, licensing, safety, and contractual requirements.

- Identify and resolve conflicts between trades to keep projects moving efficiently.
- Assist with the preparation of bids, budgets, and scopes of work.

- Help identify risks, constructability issues, and cost-saving opportunities during preconstruction.
- Develop, update, and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with company leadership on project budgets, job costing, and change management.
- Track progress against schedule and budget, and proactively address delays or issues.
- Support accurate forecasting and reporting on project status.
- Ensure all work meets company standards, contract documents, and applicable building codes.
- Enforce jobsite safety practices and compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.
- Conduct quality inspections and walkthroughs during construction and at substantial completion.
- Manage punch lists and ensure all items are addressed prior to project closeout.
- Travel to project sites across the United States when local project volume is lower.
- Provide on-site leadership for disaster response, large-loss reconstruction, and commercial restoration projects.
- Adapt quickly to changing environments, scopes, and client needs in time-sensitive situations.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Construction Manager, Project Manager, or Superintendent.
- Proven experience overseeing commercial, multifamily, or large residential construction projects.
- Strong background in managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and stay organized under pressure.
- Strong scheduling and planning skills, with the ability to sequence work effectively.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Publish products from Lightspeed Inventory Management System (IMS) to Shopify website:
- Drive conversion and sales by ensuring all products are showcased effectively and correctly on site
- Physically lay eyes on incoming merchandise to ensure all product information is uploaded correctly including material composition
- Work closely with Marketing Director and Buyers to access and reference digital order sheets, internal jewelry references in order to verify that all aspects of each product uploaded accurately
- Notify Marketing Director of any discrepancies in price, color, size, material, or shape of products before publishing
- Match images of products to SKUs in IMS
- Upload product information to IMS including adding keywords for SEO and enriching product data with the appropriate tags and attributes to ensure a great customer experience
- Find or write descriptions of products and designer collections
- Photograph products and edit product photos as needed
- Upload all product media to Shopify
Organize and manage online inventory:
- Maintain product listing consistency across all product types and collections including but not limited to product image size and color, product titles, size references, color swatches, variant views, etc.
- Input product sibling color codes or create image swatches for product styles with multiple colors
- Merch designer and category collections by inventory, newness, color, style, or matching sets
- Maintain the digital jewelry book to support product uploads and tracking photography needs
Execute seasonal sale price changes:
- Markdown designers, collections, or individual items as assigned by Marketing Director
Report on product performance metrics as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

CRDN is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team in Memphis, TN. This role is responsible for managing restoration projects from initial loss
inspection through project completion, working closely with insured customers, insurance
adjusters, and internal operations teams.
The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for customers and plays a key
role in project scoping, approvals, client relations, team coordination, and profitability
of projects.
Key Responsibilities
Project Scoping & Job Setup
Receive new project assignments from Operations and/or Sales.
Contact the insured to schedule site inspections.
Conduct on-site inspections including still photos and 360° images.
Listen to the insured’s account of the loss and build a detailed project report.
Explain services, answer questions, and guide the insured through the authorization
process.
Estimate project value using box/item/bag counts.
Coordinate with Operations to assemble the appropriate field team.
Prepare profit and loss projections.
Create preliminary estimates using Xactimate.
Draft detailed “story” emails to insurance adjusters requesting written approval to
proceed.
Approval & Insurance Coordination
Contact adjusters daily (phone, email, or in person) to obtain estimate approvals.
Request pre-approvals for:
o Subcontractors
o Specialized equipment
o Additional or weekend labor
o Waste containers
Develop knowledge of insurance programs and billing practices to ensure

Customer Experience & Marketing
Serve as the first point of contact for new customers.

Customer Service
Act as the primary contact for the customer throughout the project.
Address issues with empathy, professionalism, and urgency.
Coordinate with Operations to resolve issues such as:

Deliver settlement checks and obtain signatures when resolutions are finalized.
Communication & Project Updates
Follow up with customers after deliveries to ensure satisfaction.
Provide adjusters with updates including:
o Start of work
o Pack-out completion

o Damage resolutions
Financial Management
Track materials used and project costs in PSA.
Maintain job cost spreadsheets and project P&L.
Submit commissions on completed work.
Review and approve contents invoices for accuracy.
Collections Support
Assist in ensuring invoices are paid.
Follow up with customers or adjusters when needed, as commissions are tied to
payment completion.
Qualifications
Experience in restoration, insurance claims, or project management preferred.
Knowledge of estimating software such as Xactimate strongly preferred.

Comfortable working both in the field and in an oice environment.

Job Responsibilities:
Responsibility I - General:
- Provide excellent patient care
- Work together with the team members at the center(s) to reach center goals
- Train new clinical staff as needed

Responsibility III Surgical Assisting:

- Competently assist with proper patient positioning, prepping and draping according to procedural guidelines
- Assist physician during procedures; sterile gowning/gloving, hands wires, catheters, syringes, surgical instruments, etc., as needed
- Dress the patient's procedural sites and assist in the placement of compressive ace bandages and/or compressive stockings following provider's orders
- Adhere to all infection control, universal precautions, and safety policies and dispose of medical waste properly
- Prepare and maintain the procedure room clean, stock, maintain equipment & instruments according to company guidelines
- Maintain inventory of surgical equipment so that the center does not run out of surgical supplies but also does not oversupply the center manage par levels
- Maintain accurate records related to receipt of medical supplies by updating Hybrent in a timely manner
- Maintain all logs and required checks daily integrity check of emergency medications, monthly code/crash inventory assessment, oxygen level check, CO2 level check, autoclave maintenance, maxi log, sterilization log, medication mixing log, etc.) upload EOM items timely in relation to actual end of month

Behavioral Health Technician
Job Description
Statement of Purpose
The Behavioral Health Technician fulfills the assigned role as a part of the treatment team, maintaining the well-being of clients and integrity of the program. Provides client supervision and staff/unit support as assigned.
Major Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities
- Completes admission procedures on new clients including tech paperwork, room assignments, and initial orientation.
- Conducts property searches of clients as required by program standards.
- Performs urine drug screen testing of clients as required.
- Performs medication call supervision as required.
- Provides transportation services including patient transportation, donation pick-ups, agency errands, etc.
- Attending in-service training and educational workshops.
- Attending all required staff meetings.
- Knowledge of mental health, drug and alcohol abuse, family systems and various recovery resources in the community such as Smart Recovery and others.
- Develop and maintain individualized records of client progress (shift notes) and participation in treatment including admission and discharge, individual sessions, group facilitation, family, vocational (both individual and group) literacy training and other occasions as appropriate. The technician will not be doing any treatment planning or counseling services unless registered to do so. The tech will have restricted EHR access.
- Ability to write clear (and concise) statements, summarizing client’s feelings, expressions, resistance and response to their treatment plan, goals, and objectives. Includes letters to referral agencies, courts/probation.
- Ability to confront behavioral changes, identify a crisis, and recognize when additional assistance is necessary.
- Ability to recognize personal recovery issues that impact job performance and client interactions.
- Fully understands and maintains policies regarding professional ethics, including appropriate boundaries and patient confidentiality.
- Ability to demonstrate respect for cultural and lifestyle diversities of clients and staff.
- Basic knowledge of referrals, both in and out of the program.

Revenue Administration

- Administer strategic partnership deals including obtaining collateral, coordinating installation and removal per contracted term

- Screen, prospect, and route business development (specialty leasing and strategic partnerships) leads to appropriate representative

- Collect and track specialty leasing merchant sales; calculate and bill overage & breakpoints
- Administer storage rental program, which includes negotiating new and renewal agreements, tracking occupancy, and other related activity
- Oversee merchant Insurance Program which includes, but not limited to, signing up qualifying new and existing merchants, ensuring Certificates of Insurance are current
- Oversee Holiday photo set operator/vendor, including but not limited to, being the main point of contact, coordinating set install, monitoring daily operations, tracking sales, and coordinating set removal
- Deliver violation letters and/or action notices as approved by GM and Business Development
- At the discretion of leadership, may be required to participate in the Manager on Duty (MOD) schedule during non-office hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. MOD coverage may include being on call, or on-site when appropriate. The on-site requirements of the MOD will be determined and approved by leadership.
Marketing, Community, Customer Experience
- Implement portfolio-wide and community programming and events
- Secure retailer participation for events (sampling, demos, offers, displays, etc.), execute event implementation, collect results and highlights, and submit Community Event Tracker
- Maintain property social media account and website, including but not limited to updates and responses
- Submit local content for digital screens
- Coordinate installation of barricade graphics and/or window displays for vacant spaces
- Administer in-mall directories to include store listing updates. Monitor content and operations of directories, digital signage, and banner program to ensure no operational issues

Qualifications
- High School degree or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-3 years shopping center or retail experience
- Strong project management, organizational skills, and interpersonal skills with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial reports, budgets, contracts, and legal documents
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Supervisory and coaching skills with ability to delegate tasks
- Demonstrate effective conflict resolution and customer service skills for interaction with merchants, customers, and co-workers

As an Assistant Superintendent, you’ll support daily field operations, working closely with the Superintendent to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Support the Superintendent in managing day-to-day site operations and subcontractor activities.

- Quality Control: Capture and organize jobsite photos for documentation, quality verification, and marketing purposes.
- Materials & Equipment: Help inspect deliveries, track inventory, and verify the condition of rental equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Support the site-specific Safety Plan, participate in safety meetings, and ensure jobsite housekeeping and PPE compliance.
- Scheduling Support: Assist in maintaining and communicating project schedules and Look Ahead Schedules.
- Team Communication: Collaborate effectively with the Superintendent, Project Manager, and subcontractors to keep projects on track.
- Field Problem Solving: Identify and communicate potential issues early, helping resolve them efficiently.
Qualifications:
- CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30 certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous field experience in construction preferred (at least 2 years)
- Proficiency in basic computer and documentation tools.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
- Working knowledge of reading blueprints and project specifications.
- Familiarity with OSHA standards, safety protocols, and building codes.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
