During a Typical Day, You’ll Delegate tasks to Customer Service Representatives, ensuring they handle scanning, communications, Quality Assurance, and cleaning tags effectively.
Investigate patron accounts and handle complaints or escalations to provide accurate information and resolutions.
Verify nightly deposits and update the Daily Reconciliation Spreadsheet, ensuring accuracy and understanding of inventory processes.
Ensure Key Performance Indicator targets are met for the Walk-In Center and maintain complete knowledge of all Customer Service Representative responsibilities.
Display leadership qualities, set a good example for the team, and fully support the Supervisor.

Position Details:

Position Summary:
Performs duties of a clinical and clerical nature. Maintains records and applies knowledge and skills to run a full functioning office for one or more Providers in Clinic. Assists professional staff by performing routine duties in caring for patients.
Education, License, Certification:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Knowledge of medical terminology, ability to communicate and excellent customer service skills a must. Must be dependable, professional, flexible and able to multi‐task.
Essential Functions:
- Interviews patient to obtain medical history.
- Determines vital signs, (weight, temperature, blood pressure, etc) and documents in the patient’s medical record.
- Assists provider during exam and treatment.
- Directs patient to examination room and prepares patient for examination and treatment.
- Performs liaison duties between patients, Providers, hospital staff, etc.
- Process ancillary reports and all other patient results to the provider for review and assists with patient communication.
- Responsible for greeting patients and updating various pertinent information into the patient’s medical record.
- Routes patient after exam to proper area for visit completion.
- May be required to do phlebotomy.
- May perform high level disinfection, based on departmental equipment
Other Duties:
- Answers telephones and schedules patient appointments.
- Takes messages of a medical nature (requests for prescription refills, test results, etc).
- Performs other clerical functions as necessary.
- Exhibits good telephone etiquette.
- Quotes patient self‐pay balances at time of scheduling.
- Informs patients of their financial obligations.
- Directs patients to the patient representative for assistance with their account.
- Applies principles of disinfection/sterilization/disease transmission/universal precautions as per clinic and manufacturer guidelines.
- Assists in maintaining appropriate level of supplies.
- Attends and participates in Department meetings, along with contributing to department/office goals.
- Become familiar with ICD‐9 and CPT coding.
- Cleans, stocks, and prepares exam rooms.
- Coordinate patient appointments for X‐ray, CT scans, Physical Therapy, etc. as ordered by the providers.
- Assists with obtaining and processing referral and pre‐certification requirements.
- Maintains confidentiality, respect and consideration of patients and others.
- Applies Guthrie values (patient centeredness, teamwork, excellence) when performing daily tasks.
- Maintains equipment according to manufacturer guidelines and clinic policies and procedures.

Role Overview
Walk Your Plans is seeking a driven, relationship-first Sales & Account Manager to support and grow our Cleveland market.
This role is focused on building and managing relationships within the architecture, design-build, construction and real estate communities — introducing Walk Your Plans as a critical pre-construction tool and converting interest into ongoing client partnerships.
This is not transactional sales. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, credibility with industry professionals and the ability to guide clients through a new way of thinking about design and planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow recurring revenue and long-term client relationships
- Build new partnerships with architects, builders, designers, developers and related professionals
- Manage inbound and outbound leads, responding promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate activity, pipeline and forecasting within the CRM
- Lead sales meetings, presentations and on-site walkthroughs to demonstrate the Walk Your Plans experience
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, referrals and expanded partnerships
- Represent Walk Your Plans at industry events, networking opportunities and trade shows
- Collaborate closely with the corporate, marketing and operations teams to align messaging and goals
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales or account management experience
- Proven ability to build and sustain professional relationships
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Experience using a CRM system (Zoho preferred, but not required)
- Familiarity with the architecture, construction, design-build, or real estate industries is a plus
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively

Essential Job Functions
- Develop a strategically integrated set of item master data management standards in collaboration with internal partners to ensure PETCO business objectives are met; review and benchmark the internal and external environment with a spirit of continuous improvement; collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate and develop item master data policies; lead administration of item master data; lead efforts to improve vendor internal data scorecarding; ensure all item master data management policies and operations meet PETCO business objectives; ensure that ad offers are entered according to policy and procedure (60%)
- Develop and maintain collaborative partnerships with internal and external key stakeholders; collect, analyze and integrate information from key stakeholders regarding business objectives; serve as liaison among stakeholders in developing and implementing item master data management policies that meet PETCO objectives; act as primary PETCO contact item master data management for 3rd data entry providers (20%)
- Provide direction for and oversee staff responsible for assigned areas; effectively accomplish assigned duties/tasks through the effective leadership of direct team and through effective partnerships with cross-functional teams; direct, influence, and motivate others with the ability to flex style as the situation requires; collaborate or empower as needed (20%)
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication and interact professionally at all times; communicate on a regular basis with Merchandising, E-Commerce, Store Operations, Marketing, Inventory Management, Logistics, BIO and other key stakeholders to ensure program success; this position requires regular interaction with PETCO senior leadership
- A bachelor’s degree in business or related field and a minimum of 5 years progressively responsible experience in merchandising, vendor/supplier management, or similar function requiring master data management is required.
- Previous retail experience is strongly preferred.
- Direct experience with improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma also preferred.
- Advanced computer skills are also required including MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access and contract management software.
- Two or more years of experience as a supervisor/manager is required. An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be substituted.
