What you will do
Our continued growth has produced a need for a talented Life Safety Service Representative, Electronic to join our team. In this challenging and rewarding role the responsibilities will include professionally representing the Company with respect to the promotion and sale of Electronic Fire Service offerings to various customers and end users within assigned territory and accounts. This is a Field Sales Representative position responsible for selling Electronic Services (Moves, Adds and changes) to assigned customer base (geography or account).

JOB SUMMARY
Master Technology Group (MTG) specializes in designing, installing, and servicing low-voltage commercial property technologies across local and national markets.
The Integrated Security Systems Technician (Traveling) provides customer-focused, workplace technology support to clients, field staff, installation partners, and internal team members. While most support work is performed remotely, occasional on-site assistance may be required locally and nationally.
Supported systems are primarily security-related, including video surveillance, access control, intrusion detection, and EAS. Additional support may encompass network programming, fire alarm systems, data infrastructure, AV, and other low-voltage disciplines.
An MTG Integrated Security Systems Technician must deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate strong professional relationships with clients, vendors, Local Service Partners (LSPs), and colleagues. This role requires technical proficiency, extensive knowledge of low-voltage systems, excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, and strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Candidates must reside in the Twin Cities area and are expected to perform most of their work from our Eden Prairie, MN office. Periodic job site responsibilities may be required locally and nationally, with travel up to 60% supporting client sites, installations, and service operations.
To assist with critical service issues, the role includes on-call duties as part of daily responsibilities, requiring availability after hours on weekdays. Weekend on-call shifts will be rotated on a scheduled basis to ensure support during urgent weekend needs.
This position reports to the Manager of Technical Services.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support customers, coordinators, field technicians, and project managers with technical advice, troubleshooting, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with Business Development and Operations to provide pre-sales and post-sales support for MTG solutions and systems
- Deliver remote and hands-on training to field personnel to ensure compliance with all applicable codes, client specifications, and MTG’s quality standards
- Serve as an escalation point for troubleshooting, programming, maintaining, and servicing client systems
- Pre-program, build, and stage equipment for installation when practical, to streamline on-site setup
- Provide remote and on-site programming and commissioning for client systems
- Conduct remote and on-site quality assurance audits to verify system performance and installation standards
- Assist installation, service, and coordination teams with technical planning, issue resolution, and commissioning, ensuring systems operate as intended and meet MTG quality standards

QUALIFICATIONS

- MN Power Limited Technician License (PLT) required
- Field experience with low-voltage cabling, data infrastructure, fire alarms, EAS, DAS, AV, and other workplace technology systems is advantageous
- Proven ability to design, configure, and program a variety of security-related systems
- Demonstrated experience in delivering user training to client representatives and technical training to field personnel
- Industry certifications such as NICET Video Security Systems Technician, ESA certifications, or equivalent are preferred
- Manufacturer certifications such as Axis Network Video, Milestone, Genetec, Exacq, Bosch, KeyScan, Avigilon, Lenel S2, March Networks, or Open Options are preferred

Responsible for protecting the Associates, assets and brands of TJX US by monitoring US facilities and responding to incidents as they occur. Job Title: Regional Fleet Security Adviser - Fleet Security, Outreach, and Safety (Contract)
Department: Legal- EHS & Security
Location: On-site in Atlanta, GA, and Austin, TX
Hourly Rate: $80.00

The Regional Fleet Security Adviser will promote Zoox fleet operations, promote safety best practices, and build relationships with first responders, emergency services, and public safety organizations within an assigned region. The Advisor will assist in setting up fleet security plans that can be scaled to new markets, while ensuring safety. Advisor is a recognized SME in traffic safety and/or technical investigations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field investigations, document results, and support information requests to assist law enforcement and the Zoox Security, Legal and Safety teams
Support vehicle recovery program to include policy creation/review, safety review, training, and recovery operations
Establish and maintain partnerships with local law enforcement, fire departments, EMS, and other emergency response groups
Provide training on Zoox vehicle capabilities and safety protocols during emergencies
Gather feedback to help Zoox continuously improve autonomous vehicle technology and emergency response procedures
Review Zoox policy and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and safety best practices
Represent Zoox at industry events and meetings
Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in law enforcement, with direct traffic enforcement experience preferred
ICS certification or advanced course completion and experience
Exceptional communication, training, and relationship building skills
A large network of Law Enforcement contacts, Ie- FBI National Academy
Experience conducting technical investigations (ie, reconstruction, forensic, arson, cyber), and liaising with external stakeholders
Understanding of safety best practices and protocols during emergencies
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a startup environment
Bachelor's degree and experience in a related field, such as Public Safety, Transportation or Emergency Management and/or certification in traffic safety or investigations
Command level experience preferred
Provide a safe environment for patients, visitors and staff in the Behavioral Health service line and to assist in providing care to individuals with behavioral/emotional/mental health problems.

Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days - American Heart Association (AHA)
- Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Training within 3 months.
Education: Bachelor's Degree: Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice, related field.

Responsibilities
THERAPEUTIC ENVIRONMENT AND SAFETY FOCUS: Assists in the creation and maintenance of a safe, caring, nurturing, healing, and educative environment.
- Ensures patient, visitor and staff safety by following policies/procedures and adhering to the National Patient Safety Goals
- Sets behavioral limits on patients according to hospital and ED policies
- De-escalates patients utilizing CPI techniques
- Takes initiative in making decisions and taking immediate action to ensure safety
- Participates in application of seclusion/restraints when appropriate; provides monitoring of patients in such situations; completes appropriate documentation, including restriction of rights forms
- Participates in patient and staff debriefing
- Interfaces effectively with Behavioral Health, ED and Security staff to promote a safe environment; calls for additional assistance if needed
- Provides supportive care to patients and families when appropriate
- Continuously monitors video/audio equipment to ensure patient, visitor and staff safety, and/or makes “rounds” in the immediate patient care area
- Completes electronic event reports as indicated
- Serves as a point of entry for the Behavioral Health Service Line
- Answers all calls in a timely manner
- Ensures patients are treated with respect and dignity
- Obtains pertinent information from referral sources seeking patient admission to effectively and efficiently triage requests for services
- Assists in facilitating admissions or making referrals to appropriate resources
- Utilizes collected data to triage Behavioral Health patients and ensure appropriate level of care is recommended
- Ensures compliance with legal components of admissions/treatment recommendations (mental health code, confidentiality act, voluntary/involuntary admissions, patients’ rights, obtaining releases of information)
- Assists in administering/scoring assessment scales per protocol as needed
- Documents assessment thoroughly using assessment forms; completes information about disposition and steps taken to reach decision
- Documents interventions in a succinct and goal directed manner using DAIR format
- Incorporates Recovery principles in all therapeutic interventions
- Provides support, sets limits, and/or facilitates learning from the situation if/when providing direct patient care
- Actively promotes and achieves customer satisfaction (patient, family, departments and physicians)
- Assists in completing chart audits and compiling other data to evaluate performance
- Compiles and assists in analyzing intake, utilization and patient flow data
- Generates ideas for improving processes, treatment, and patient care
- Participates in Root Cause Analyses and assists in development of action plans and implementation of action plans
- Educates Behavioral Health patients/families/significant others about the Behavioral Health Service Line
- Possesses a working knowledge of community services
- Assists in referring patients to the most clinically appropriate setting
- Assists in making arrangements for recommended services (for example, makes appointments with follow up providers, etc.)
- Documents patients' requests for services, suggested referrals and disposition of such
- Incorporates Recovery principles in disposition planning
- Assists in conducting follow up “surveys” to ensure patient’s' needs were met (patient satisfaction, follow up appointments, etc.)
- Assists with removing any barriers patients/families encounter with recommendations
- Acts as a patient advocate to gain access to community services
- Maintains solid working relationships with other community providers
- Recognizes and reports abuse/neglect situations as required by law

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $17.89per hour - $28.98per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
