What will you do?

• Collaborate with dining room, service, and kitchen team members to keep track of all orders, monetary situations, and charges, validating methods of payment, completing transactions, and providing accurate change, documentation and receipts, and dispense the accurate amount of if needed

Delaware North Gaming is searching for a full-time Table Games Floor Supervisor to join our team at Orange City Poker Room in Orange City, Florida. As a Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring a smooth, professional, and courteous guest experience.

What will you do?

• Make table decisions as necessary based on rules
• Protect the integrity of games through observation and following appropriate procedures
• Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to table games players
• Handle any guest concerns and inform necessary personnel of any unusual requests or plays

More about you

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory and professional poker dealing experience
• Must be able to demonstrate the standard level of skills, knowledge, and performance in the various types of poker games offered at the facility: Texas Holdem, Omaha, Stud, Pit tables (Three Card Poker, Pai-Gow, DJ Wild, Ultimate Texas Holdem, I Luv Suits, Mississippi Stud and One Card Poker)
• Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed
• No college degree required
