As a Alcohol Production & Applications Technologist you will support Manufacturing, Creative/Applications Labs, and Production Planning by preparing colored and uncolored alcohol-based solutions; executing alcohol compounding activities; coordinating production scheduling; and ensuring batches meet customer, quality, and safety requirements.
You will provide technical support to production, ensures workflow efficiency, and maintains compliance with all regulatory and safety standards in a Class 1 Div 1 flammable compounding environment.
The position reports to the production manager.

Key Responsibilities
1. Alcohol Compounding & Batch Preparation (Coloring / Production Execution)
- Prepare alcohol batches to specification using visual color matching and colorimeter readings.
- Incorporate fragrance oils into hydro-alcoholic bases for evaluation, developmental work, pilots, and production batches.
- Maintain accurate batch records, sample retains, and all supporting documentation.
- Ensure proper handling of dyes, filters, raw materials, and flammable materials.
2. Production Scheduling & Workflow Coordination
- Develop and maintain the Alcohol Room production schedule.
- Partner with Planning and Customer Service to communicate schedule change needs and provide order status updates as requested.
- Coordinate workflow with Alcohol Room operators to maximize efficiency and meet customer deadlines.
- Manage inventory of alcohol production supplies; order materials such as filters, dyes, and lab equipment.
3. Lab & Applications Support
- Prepare solutions, color targets, and samples for R&D, Applications Lab, Creative Centers, and Sample Lab.
- Conduct stability testing, record results, and communicate findings to R&D.
- Support non-conformance investigations, ISO/PSM initiatives, and KPI data collection.
- Cover Sample Lab operations when required.
4. Training, Leadership & Cross-functional Support
- Train operators on alcohol manufacturing processes, safety practices, software systems, and equipment functionality.
- Assist Production Supervisors by guiding staff in GMPs, safety guidelines, procedures, and best practices.
- Provide feedback on performance to help support the review process.
5. Safety, Compliance & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure compliance with Class 1 Div 1 process safety requirements and all plant safety procedures.
- Support Lean initiatives and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Prepare documentation, labels, and shipping papers for alcohol-based materials.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in fragrance/alcohol manufacturing or equivalent compounding experience.
- Strong understanding of flammable compounding safety requirements.
- Familiarity with fragrance raw materials, ATF procedures, and proper material-handling techniques.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, database systems, and applications such as CMS, LCMS, MWS, and SAP.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure manufacturing environment.

Be the central link between the customer, operations, sales team to ensure the client's requirements are met in the most efficient and cost-effective way. Main responsibilities
Build Customer Care strategy and follow global guidelines
Identify opportunities for improvement in Customer Care and participate in projects when relevant
Provide support for assigned customers and affiliates to meet order requirements and escalate issues

Daily communication and collaboration with customers, operations, and sales

As a Sales Coordinator, you will be an important contributor to an L&R team, providing critical support and developing an intimate understanding of Givaudan project management systems. Supporting our business:Administer creative briefings and sample requests from initiation through to completion and preparation for submission. Manage materials and samples for client presentations, assist in building client presentation collateral display materials. Being the liaison between clients and internal personnel.
Communication:Respond to internal and external inquiries using systems knowledge, creative investigation, and follow-up techniques. Update projects, request and attach price quotations, fragrance descriptions and customer-specific documentation. Provide necessary shipping and tracking information to customers. Brief entry and support, creation of RMR and NBO documentation to ensure smooth transition of new wins to production. Provide back-up and administrative support to the larger L&R team. May be responsible for additional tasks on business needs.

- Fragrance Development - Develop olfactory strategy for clients, market, category, and guide Perfumery teams. Manage/execute multiple complex briefs and develop or select fragrances according to the given brief guidelines. Define fragrances to be tested and coordinate with Consumer Marketing Insights (CMI) team. Translate consumer insights results into olfactory guidelines for perfumers. Work with lab on testing product stability. Understand the Best Practices to influence efficiency improvement opportunities.
- Collaboration and Influence - Partner with other regional creative centers to complete project assignments. Conduct customer presentations/interactions. Participate in olfactory analysis of new products to identify interesting notes for creative development. Develop new fragrances with Perfumers. Manage fast and efficient selection of fragrances for activation projects from oil or blind.
- Industry Curiosity Marketing - Anticipate market tastes; work with marketing colleagues on proactive concept generation. Write olfactory summaries of a region/market and customer for knowledge-building and sharing. Demonstrate track records of new wins. Build and curate the best-in-class fragrance collection, responding to gap analysis, market needs, market trends and incorporating our technologies.

We are looking for an experienced Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Chemical Regulation and Premarket Notification (PMN) Expert to join our dynamic team!
As a Regulatory Affairs Technical Manager, you will be an integral part of the Regulatory Affairs Product Safety (RAPS) team reporting directly to the Global Chemical Innovation Service organization and functionally to the North American and you will be based in Ridgedale, New Jersey, working 4 days onsite and 1 day from home a week.
You will navigate and ensure compliance with chemical regulations in the United States and Canada and and work with external partners, internal customers and regional regulatory bodies on Regulatory matters. You will bring your expertise to the team and to our customer, to leverage true business partnership opportunities for our Business. You will also be an important contributor to our customer relationships to deliver the best technical consulting to our key B2B customers.
In this exciting role you will:
- Ensure compliance with chemical regulations, including TSCA (Toxic Substances Control Act), FIFRA in the US and CEPA (Canadian Environmental Protection Act) in Canada.
- Stay informed of changes in chemical legislation and assess their impact on company operations.
- Manage the PMN process for new chemical substances in both US and Canadian markets.
- Prepare and submit PMN dossiers to appropriate regulatory bodies, monitoring their progress and addressing any inquiries.
- Provide technical regulatory guidance for FEMA GRAS registration as foodingredients and FIFRA registrations and may support registrations accordingly
- Identify early legislative and regulatory issues that affect the business and advise on risks due to safety or regulatory developments.
- Conduct risk assessments for chemical substances and develop strategies to reduce potential hazards.
- Collaborate with our teams to ensure products meet safety and environmental standards.
- Compile and maintain regulatory documentation and databases.
- Prepare reports and communicate findings to senior management and stakeholders.
- Be the primary contact for regulatory agencies, industry associations, and third-party consultants.
- Provide advice to product development teams on regulatory requirements and best practices.

- 3+ years of experience with ligand-based modeling (QSAR, 2D/3D virtual screening) and protein modeling (e.g., homology modeling, protein-protein docking).
- Data science and statistical analysis skills, including exploratory data analysis and model validation.
- Advanced programming skills in Python or R, plus proficiency in an additional language, following coding best practices.

Purpose
Perform routine repairs, preventive maintenance and installation of equipment under close supervision and in a timely manner to minimise disruptions of site operations.
Core Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting and/or repairs of production and facilityequipment, proactively identifying and resolving recurring maintenance issues in the assigned area of activity.
- Conduct electrical or mechanical installation, repair, and troubleshooting of motors, instrumentation and/or controls.

Givaudan's Flavors Science & Technology department is looking for a Molecular Pharmacologist to join our versatile team and promote the latest flavor ingredient discovery. You will use your knowledge in molecular biology, receptor pharmacology, and advanced biological assay techniques to support flavor ingredient discovery from screening through lead optimization. Working with cheminformatics, chemistry, natural products, and sensory teams, you will help solve important challenges in taste modulation through rigorous, data-driven science.

Responsibilities
Provide insight and lead in vitro biology assay development to support flavor ingredient discovery programs, from screening to lead optimization
Guide in vitro biology strategies for exploratory and early-stage discovery efforts
Manage experimental design, development, and implementation of cell-based assays for small molecule discovery projects
Apply advanced biological assay techniques to discover and develop novel flavor ingredients
Oversee review, analysis, and interpretation of in vitro data
Translate experimental results to improve understanding of taste and olfaction and elucidate how receptor-active substances modulate sensory endpoints.
Collaborate with researchers in cheminformatics, chemistry, natural products, and sensory teams
Collaborate with functional experts toidentifynovel research approaches supporting long-term strategic targets
Build andfacilitatecollaborations with academic partners, CROs, universities, and the broader Givaudan scientific network
Mentor junior scientists in developing skills essential for rigorous research execution
Present research findings through peer-reviewed publications, scientific meetings (talks and posters), and internal presentations
Represent research programs to Givaudan leadership
Ensure all research and discovery activities meet the highest quality, ethical, regulatory, QC, and compliance standards
Your Professional Profile Includes
PhD in Molecular Pharmacology
2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries; alternatively, 2-3 years of postdoctoral research focused on GPCRs
In-depth knowledge of receptor pharmacology with practical experience working with GPCRs
3+ years of experience with cell-based techniques including Fluorescence Imaging, HTRF,NanoBRET, Tag-Lite, andAlphaScreen
Expertisein the development of in vitro biological assays supporting small-molecule discovery programs
Experience using AlphaFold and Cryo-EM 3D structural models to interrogate GPCRpharmacology ishighly desirable
Demonstrated scientific rigor in critically reviewing data and independently formulating and testing novel scientific hypotheses
Demonstrate a scientific approach grounded in creativity and data-driven decision-making.
Communicate complex scientific concepts to team members.
Experience managing external studies at CROs or universities (desirable)
Compensation and Benefits
The established salary range for this position is $96,000-$130,000. Actual compensation will depend on individual qualifications. Medical, dental, and vision coverage and a high-matching 401(k) retirement plan.

As the Regional Account Manager for a major account in North America (NOAM), you will manage a crucial part of our business and lead the NOAM commercial team. You will be onsite, based in East Hanover, NJ. As a part of a Global Team, you will report to the World Account Manager who is based in Argenteuil, France. It is a leadership role, and you will join the North America Management Committee.
- Commercial Leadership: Implement the global account strategy and develop a solid strategy for North America. Build, communicate, review, and monitor strategic plans, sales, profit forecasts, and budget. Grow Givaudan business worldwide, with regional responsibility, by managing top and bottom lines. Ensure we are positioned as the supplier of choice to participate in the customer's core list and targeted briefs. Manage the activity and the performance of the regional supply chain in close collaboration with operations. Further build and use fruitful connections with Fine Fragrance and Active Beauty Teams.
- Customer Influence: Develop an understanding of our customer's organization, including main decision makers, and develop relationships with multiple levels of management. Establish and maintain relationships throughout the company internally to ensure the best results are achieved while working as a cohesive team.
- Team Partner: Establish the appropriate regional structure to increase the account coverage, aligned with the customer's organization. Manage the activity and performance of the team under your direct responsibility. Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed customer expectations. Develop the team and prepare them for their future career moves. Work with Givaudan management on talent development and succession planning.

- 10+ years' major account experience
- Experience working internationally, across categories, brands, and geographies
- Experience facilitating senior strategic relationships between Givaudan and customer/customer decision-makers at assigned accounts
- Experience leading and motivating a high-achieving team
