VIETRI is seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce Coordinator to support the daily operations of our Shopify storefront and B2C sales channel. The E-Commerce Coordinator is accountable for delivering an outstanding online shopping experience by supporting the E-Commerce Manager in assuring product data integrity, promotional execution, technical troubleshooting, and assisting in all projects and tasks to grow online revenue and support our website and supporting apps and systems.



Key Responsibilities

Data & Site Management:

-      Assist with the day-to-day data operations, including but not limited to, price increases, new product uploads, data cleanups, site audits, and overall catalog management.

-      Handle account tagging requests for Ecom House accounts, assuring appropriate SKU syndication with portals.

-      Assist with B2B & B2C page and collection buildouts and optimizations, keeping CRO and CX in mind.

-      Assist the buildout and management of the VIETRI Blog.

-      Assist with integrations, including Shopify apps and connected platforms, with a focus on testing SAP-to-Shopify automations and Import sheets.


Marketing & E-Commerce Operations:

-      Support the creation of new loyalty flows and optimization of existing flow and campaigns on Email and SMS platforms.

-      Assist and cross trained in Paid Ads management, desires a willingness to grow in this space.

-      Assist with various Marketing Projects, including but not limited to, product images, videos, and merchandising.

-      Execute onsite promotions by enabling Gift with Purchase (GWP), scheduling discounts/promo codes, and free shipping thresholds, ensuring strict Quality Control (QC) before launch.

-      Perform off hour promotional execution to assure appropriate promotion timeline according to the Eastern time zone.


Customer Service & Technical Support:

-      Act as the primary technical point of contact for the E-Commerce Customer Service team, handling daily requests and assisting in customer experience solutions.

-      Ensure our reviews platform syndicates as needed for both B2C and B2B/Ecom House Accounts.


Required Skills and Qualifications

-      Bachelor’s Degree in related field, i.e., Marketing, Information & Technology, Business, etc.

-      2-5 Years of professional experience in E-Commerce required. Experience in luxury goods preferred.

-      Shopify and Shopify Plus experience required.

-      Photoshop experience required.

-      Innate ability to stay organized, meet deadlines, prioritize, and communicate at a high-level cross-departmentally, in direct chain of command, and to executives.

-      Proficiency in basic Microsoft and Apple office programs.

-      Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.


Direct report to E-Commerce Manager and Marketing Manager


Compensation - $50k-$55k annually
