  • Increased Service/Parts Internal Gross, managing the Recall, Reconditioning and PDI process.


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all internal repair orders written for PDI, CPO, New / Used Required Recalls and reconditioning service for all used vehicles.
  • Participate in service and sales team meetings to provide updates on prior day performance.
  • In conjunction with Service Director/ Manager the incumbent will maintain a schedule of Reconditioning / PDI Service Technician and Porter absences for training, vacation or personal reasons to assure a proper staffing to meet work demands.
  • Identify all store inventory with open recalls, schedule and complete when parts are available.
  • Liaise with parts / service team for timely recall completion. For non-brand products, the incumbent will liaise with other company stores selling the brand or non-company stores for recall completion.
  • Create a comprehensive estimate based on their inspection and technician findings. The estimate must include contains specific work required, total cost and timing prior to work being performed. Estimate must be sent to via email to Sales Management Team for approval.  
  • All repairs shall be on single repair order and closed by next business day of work completion.
  • Insure best parts options and correct price is used for all recon work. Insure the correct labor time and sale amount are used based on an approved labor time guide.
  • Perform QC’s for Jaguar and Land Rover and record findings using the SEF tool.
  • Insure each CPO criteria is fulfilled, consistent with OEM and WHAG Standards.   
  • Manage the Reconditioning Vendor relationships, to improve quality, cycle time and accurate timely invoices.

  • Facilitates the donation process through coordination and communication of organ donor referral information and logistics. Partners with hospital personnel and internal triage team.

  • "Family Empowerment Initiative" or "FEI" provides support to low-income families, children ages birth (0) to eighteen (18), and their caregivers.

Summary of position:


  • The Team Leader provides administrative and clinical supervision for two FEI teams, and performs all administrative duties required to adhere to the guidelines of the program.
  • The Team Leader provides information and referral, agency linkage, advocacy, home visits, and follow-up services as defined by the FEI program and ensures that each team member on the team does the same for consumers on their caseloads.
  • The Team Leader arranges coverage plans for their team to ensure that each consumer is seen for required program contacts per month.
  • The Team leader provides crisis intervention and emergency services as needed.
  • The Team Leader utilizes center wide and community services as needed for client benefit.

TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS/ENVIORNMENT


  • This position spends the majority of their time working at Knox Children & Youth (C&Y) Center and requires both office-based clinical and administrative work and community-based clinical interactions.

1. Works in a multi-disciplinary team approach to meet clinical needs of SPMI consumers.


  • Attends and is timely to weekly multi-disciplinary Team Mtgs.
  • Attends and leads administrative team meeting on a weekly basis without tardiness.
  • Returns all staff calls within 30 minutes as reported by supervisor.
  • Responds to all flags, emails and voicemails within 2 business days.
  • Responsible for ensuring all phases and activities of the Wraparound Process are done to the high quality and fidelity - accountable to family team.
  • Attends required trainings by TDMHSAS or associated partners to meet program requirements

2. Completes all required documentation in compliance with Center Policy, CARF and SSOC standards.


  • Ensures tx plan is complete within 30 days of admission with input from other professionals as evidenced by signatures of APN/MD and Peer Support Worker
  • Completes Crisis Plan, DLA-20, Individual Service Plan (ISP) and eligibility assessment on all clients
  • Completes No Harm contract at ct.'s first sign or report of SI, HI, or thoughts of harmful behavior.
  • Progress notes within one working week of encounter.
  • Ensures that all clients have a current ROI for their PCP and other active providers (daycare, school, therapists, additional providers, etc…)
  • Completes seven-day contact on all post-hospital clients.
  • Complete an assessment of the family including Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) assessment, Caregiver Strain Assessment, and other national evaluation tools to develop a care plan.

3. Engages clients and their families in the treatment process providing treatment planning, linkage, referral, and advocacy for each client.


  • Ensures each client is contacted within 24 hours of referral
  • Creates goals with the ct. based on their input as well as input from family/other systems AEB treatment plan signatures by all parties.
  • Creates and implements treatment interventions based on the treatment plan goals.
  • Utilizes family strengths and empowers the family to implement effective interventions as evinced by documentation of activity in the progress notes.
  • Makes referral to less intensive services upon anticipation of discharge
  • CM works with the ct. for up to 90 days to ensure transition to less intensive services.
  • The Team Leader monitors outcome measures to ensure quality and effectiveness (QA/QI) and quarterly QRR.

4. Ensures that the program meets monthly requirements


  • Continually monitors admissions and referrals to ensure timely assignment to caseloads
  • Monitors productivity on a weekly basis in supervision AEB document tracking logs
  • Ensures coverage is met for clients when staff are out on leave or during vacancies
  • Ensures vacancies are filled with qualified candidates AEB use of applicant screening profiles
  • Submits monthly report to supervisor by the 5th business day of each month.

5. Provides administrative supervision to FEI teams


  • Provides support to staff through positive reinforcement, open communication, honest feedback and constructive criticism on a daily basis.
  • Completes written documentation of verbal and written corrections pertaining to staff and forwards to HR.
  • Meets with each case manager individually on a weekly basis for supervision
  • Shares information re: policies and procedures with staff as policies change
  • Ensures each staff is following Center Policy and Procedure via monitoring in weekly sessions and periodic chart reviews.
  • Assists staff with difficult cases by attending home visits with the staff on an as needed basis.
  • Makes suggestions for interventions with clients on a weekly basis
  • Provide continuous check-ins with team members.

COMPENSATION:


  • Starting salary for this position is approximately $21.08/hr based on relevant experience and education.

Schedule:


  • Primary working hours are Monday through Friday, and should be provided at times that meet the needs to the families served.
  • On site supervision is preferred, and position must be available via phone if a function of the position requires being out of office.

Travel:


  • This position requires utilizing a personal dependable vehicle to conduct Center business.

Experience / Knowledge:


  • Must have course work and or experience in the areas of cultural diversity, human development, etiology and treatment of mental illness, alcohol and drug abuse, physical and sexual abuse, suicide, and intellectual/developmental disabilities.
  • Two (2) years work experience with SPMI populations preferred.

Job Description

The Nevada System of Higher Education (NSHE) invites applications and nominations for the position of Vice Chancellor for Academic and Student Affairs. This is a renewable, full-time, non-tenured, administrative position and reports to the Chancellor. The position may be primarily located in either Reno or Las Vegas, Nevada.

The NSHE is comprised of eight institutions: two universities, a state college, four community colleges and a research institute. The public system of higher education in Nevada continues to experience growth with significant challenges and opportunities in serving over 105,000 students and 15,000 employees.

The Vice Chancellor for Academic and Student Affairs serves as the chief academic and student affairs executive for NSHE, responsible for setting strategic direction, driving systemwide policy, and ensuring accountable implementation of initiatives that advance academic quality, student success, and research competitiveness.

As a key member of the Chancellor's Cabinet, the Vice Chancellor exercises enterprise-level leadership and decision-making authority, advising the Chancellor and Board of Regents on high-impact academic, student, and research policy issues. The role is accountable not only for policy development, but for translating strategy into execution across all NSHE institutions, ensuring consistency, compliance, and measurable outcomes.

This position leads the design and implementation of systemwide initiatives spanning academic programs, transfer and articulation, student services, financial aid, and research administration. The Vice Chancellor actively identifies emerging risks and opportunities, develops actionable solutions, and drives coordinated responses across multiple institutions and stakeholders.

The Vice Chancellor also ensures NSHE remains responsive to national trends and evolving higher education demands by integrating data-driven insights into strategic planning and policy decisions.

Boeing Defense Space & Security is seeking a Mid-Level or Senior Systems Engineer to join us as part of our Advanced Airborne Sensor (AAS) In-Service and Project Engineering team located in Richardson, TX or Berkeley, MO.

The Advanced Airborne Sensor is a multi-function radar used on the P-8 Poseidon. The team is responsible for developing and performing engineering for production, sustainment, modification and improvements of military and commercial derivative aircraft. This position will work closely with the supply chain, suppliers, program manager, contracts, estimating, engineering, and/or customers to execute the program. In this role you integrate technical requirements and schedule demands with suppliers, coordinate engineering support throughout the lifecycle of the product, manage a diverse set of projects, and lead proposal development.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership and day-to-day management of suppliers, including regular engagement with supply chain to monitor and improve supplier performance. Serve as Equipment Manager for multiple sub assemblies.
  • Build and sustain strong partnerships with suppliers, customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional peers.
  • Communicate program status, key risks, issues, and opportunities to customers and leadership, and clearly articulate required support or decisions.
  • Develop clear, compliant supplier statements of work (SSOW) for ongoing and new requirements, and lead execution to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery.
  • Collaborate with customers to define technical requirements and translate them into actionable delivery plans.
  • Generate an effective set of metrics to communicate status of contract deliverables.
  • Manage program deliverables by developing risk-mitigation strategies, tracking issues and opportunities, and monitoring baseline plans to evaluate project performance and capture lessons learned.
  • Communicate technical issues/changes via Change Control Boards and/or Chief Engineer Council
  • Resolve technical problems by coordinating between engineering, operations, and suppliers to implement effective solutions.
  • Support proposal development efforts, including competitive cost estimating, schedule development, and delivery commitments.
  • Track and report progress against cost, schedule, and technical performance using Boeing Program Management Best Practices (PMBP) and Earned Value Management (EVM).
  • Provide additional program support as needed, such as responding to Corrective Action Requests (CARs), supporting export compliance, and leading lean/process improvement initiatives.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Security Clearance and/ or Export Control

This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required) and ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active).

Certain Special Programs require that the candidate have only U.S. Citizenship or no dual citizenship. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience)
