Job Description
A growing engineering and technical services organization supporting large-scale mission critical infrastructure projects is seeking a Water Systems Construction Specialist to support the installation and commissioning of water management systems for a major data center development.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in industrial or data center water systems, who enjoys working in fast-paced construction environments and ensuring water treatment and cooling systems operate efficiently and in compliance with environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of water treatment, cooling, and wastewater systems during large-scale construction projects.
- Coordinate with construction teams, engineers, and project managers to ensure systems are installed according to design specifications and operational requirements.
- Monitor water usage and system performance to support efficiency and environmental compliance.
- Perform routine site inspections and system checks to verify proper installation and functionality.
- Troubleshoot water system issues and collaborate with project teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Maintain project documentation, inspection reports, and compliance records.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience working with water systems in data center, industrial, or large commercial construction environments.
- Knowledge of water treatment processes, cooling systems, and environmental compliance standards.
- Experience supporting system commissioning, inspections, or operational verification.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with field teams and project stakeholders.
- Ability to work safely and effectively in an active construction environment.
- Industry certifications related to water treatment or environmental systems are a plus.
Project Details
- Long-term project assignment supporting a major infrastructure build.
- Schedule: 5 x 10-hour shifts weekly (overtime included in schedule).
- Per Diem: Daily allowance provided based on federal travel guidelines.
- Compensation: $60–$65/hr depending on experience.
- Location: Pryor, Oklahoma (relocation required for the project).
