We are seeking a dynamic and growth-oriented Sales Regional Account Manager (SRAM) to serve as the primary stakeholder in both the selling and servicing of automotive dealerships for a major Detroit-based OEM account. In this hybrid “unicorn” role, you will prospect, sell, and close new clients with an emphasis on retention and targeted direct marketing solutions. In addition, you will also manage a small book of business to keep your finger on the pulse of dealership business and help drive OEM field support relationships.
SRAMs must possess a passion for the hunt! Proven sales track record in Automotive B2B is a MUST. From prospecting to close, SRAMs tackle cold calling, research and discovery, sales presentations and closings working closely with the VP, Sales and Retention for their assigned territory. SRAMs strive to become a partner of the dealership by helping to effectively implement an intelligent marketing strategy that helps dealers sell, service and retain more customers for less cost and expand a dealership’s revenue opportunities. You will also be expected to develop relationships and work closely with regional OEM field representatives.
SRAMs are expected to produce new sales to meet or exceed assigned quotas and increase revenue. SRAMs must develop and manage pipeline of qualified Tier 3 business opportunities using our Omni Channel sales approach.
We have 2 SRAM positions currently OPEN:
- Southwest Region: Ideal candidate resides within a major metro market of Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, or Utah with proximity to national airports to help support the greater national region, as needed.
- Northeast Region: Ideal candidate resides within a major metro market of Massachusetts, New Jersey, or New York with proximity to national airports to help support the greater national region, as needed.
A minimum of 5 years’ B2B sales experience, specifically relating to the Automotive Industry: Automotive Marketing Omni Channel Sales, Automotive Agency, Automotive Media Sales and/or Automotive Technology Sales, REQUIRED.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Must become fully knowledgeable on all company products and solutions within the first 90 days
- Prospect targeted dealerships within assigned territory
- Conduct prospect research and discovery
- Host virtual presentations (75%)
- Present face-to-face sales presentations (25%)
- Quarterly in-market dealership visits for up to 25 accounts
- Work closely and develop relationships with OEM regional field representatives
- Calculate accurate/appropriate client budgets and submit client contract proposals
- Create and manage business plan to maximize revenue opportunities
- Meet or exceed assigned, monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue sales quota goals
- Set and manage expectations with new clients
- Review KPIs, cost per lead, traffic, engagement, and sales attribution

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- A minimum of 5 years’ professional retail sales experience in Automotive marketing, agency account management, or OEM operations, required!
- Proven track record of growing accounts and securing new business, highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities, draft compelling proposals, and present to executive-level stakeholders with confidence
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You must be able to command a room and articulate complex strategies clearly
- Ability to travel monthly to the Southwestern- Western territories for client meetings and relationship building, required!
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), is non-negotiable, must be able to build persuasive decks and analyze complex data sets

Main Purpose
As the Risk Manager (Risk Prevention and Risk Management) at Indeed Flex, you will hold overall accountability for the employer-side workers’ compensation claims management programme and provide strategic oversight to our highly successful, established EH&S department. Your mission is to bridge the gap between injury prevention and claims mitigation, creating a unified risk strategy within a fast-scaling staffing environment.
While you will act as a foundational 'builder' for the Workers’ Compensation claims framework—designing the strategy and selecting the tools from the ground up—you will provide high-level leadership to an existing EH&S Department. This role is about integration and alignment: ensuring that our proven safety successes directly influence our claims outcomes. You will lead one direct report initially, with the potential mandate to expand the Risk team as the Workers’ Compensation programme matures. You will be a hands-on Risk professional who will lead the day to day claims management and support the strategy for prevention and mitigation. This role sits within our Global Risk and Compliance team and reports directly to the Head of Risk and Compliance.
*This position is located onsite in Houston, TX or Austin,TX, five days per week, with the option to work from home on Thursdays.
Qualifications and Skills
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in Risk Management or Workers’ Compensation, ideally within staffing or a high-volume employment environment.
- Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to manage experienced managers (EH&S) and lead a function through periods of rapid growth.

- Unified Risk Strategy: Align the established EH&S prevention frameworks with a new, robust Workers' Compensation claims strategy to reduce the organization's Total Cost of Risk (TCOR) as well as defining other metrics to show success.
- Line Management: Provide strategic direction and mentorship to the US-based EH&S department, ensuring their department's tactical success scales in line with global Risk & Compliance objectives.
- Accountable Ownership: Act as the single point of truth for the performance and financial outcomes of both the safety and claims functions.
Workers’ Compensation Programme Architecture
- Framework Design: (As the sole executor for Workers’ Compensation) Establish the formal Risk Appetite Statement and Claims Handling Instructions for all external TPA (when applicable) and carrier partners.
- Scalable Governance: Design best-in-class claims governance and policies specifically tailored for a high-volume staffing workforce.
- Programme Financing: Oversee claims across multiple Guaranteed Cost jurisdictions and manage California’s High Deductible / Loss Sensitive programme, focusing on reserve accuracy and loss development.
EH&S Strategic Oversight
- Synergy Management: Collaborate with the EH&S department to ensure that data from the claims side (the "cure") is consistently fed back into the safety side (the "prevention").
- Resource Optimization: Ensure the EH&S department has the high-level support and visibility needed to maintain its successful track record as the business scales.
TPA & Vendor Management
- External Advocacy: Act as the primary employer-side contact for TPAs, carriers, and brokers, ensuring they adhere to Indeed Flex’s specific risk appetite.

Data-First Insights

Complex Claim & Compliance Strategy
- High-Exposure Oversight: Direct the strategy for complex or litigated claims, including settlement and resolution tactics.
- Regulatory Governance: Ensure full compliance with all multi-state Workers’ Compensation statutes and OSHA/EPA regulations, supporting the EH&S team during audits or inquiries.

Position Summary
This role will provide leadership and oversight of EHS activities across local manufacturing and warehousing operations.

Position Responsibilities
The EHS Manager will be responsible for leading, developing, and implementing programs to maintain a safe and compliant workplace. Specific responsibilities include:
Compliance & Program Management
- Develop and implement programs that ensure compliance with federal, state, and local EHS regulations.
- Maintain and promote EHS policies and procedures throughout the site.
- Create and manage plans to ensure EHS training complies with or surpasses regulatory standards.
- Perform risk assessments and create strategies to reduce hazards.
- Oversee the proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials and waste.
- Perform environmental and safety compliance inspections and submit the necessary reports to regulatory agencies.
- Ensure that site emergency response and contingency plans are current and regularly tested.
- Participate in and lead OSHA and EPA inspections, providing documentation and communicating with site leadership.
Safety Leadership & Culture
- Lead the site’s Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) program.
- Serve as the EHS subject matter expert for the site, mentoring others and promoting safe work practices.
- Actively collaborate with employees and site departments to build a strong safety culture.
- Incorporate EHS goals into yearly site plans and actively participate as a member of the Plant Leadership Team.
- Assist in investigating incidents, accidents, and near-misses to identify root causes and corrective measures.
- Act as the site representative for insurance carriers regarding worker’s compensation claims.
Operational Support & Oversight
- Ensure safety gear (e.g., PPE, forklifts, overhead cranes, machine guards, hearing protection) is accessible, maintained properly, and being used.
- Ensure that routine inspections (e.g., fire extinguishers, eyewash stations, machine guards, warehouse racks, grounds) are carried out and documented.
- Manage the implementation of waste reduction and sustainability projects to lessen environmental impact.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS considerations into every part of operations.
- Keep the Plant Leadership Team updated on EHS program performance and compliance status.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Keep all necessary safety, accident, and environmental records and documentation.
- Develop and share an EHS Scorecard to monitor performance and promote improvements.
- Attend monthly EHS meetings with site and corporate personnel.
- Serve as the local representative for the company’s Safety Center of Excellence (COE) and Green Team.
- Perform other related duties assigned to support the success of the EHS program.
Skills And Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in environmental health and safety management, EHS Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of EHS leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Safety Programs: Hands-on experience in developing, implementing, and managing a Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) program.
- EHS Management Systems: Experience with Environmental, Health & Safety Management systems (VelocityEHS or similar).
- Committees & Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead safety committees and foster cross-functional engagement.
- Training: Proficient in creating and conducting EHS training programs for diverse groups.
- Hazardous Materials & Waste:
- Experience in managing hazardous waste procedures.
- Knowledge of local and state EHS regulations (Illinois is preferred but not required).
- Regulatory Reporting: Experience with compliance reporting, OSHA, and EPA, including Stormwater, Air Emissions, and RCRA.
Certifications (Preferred)
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
- Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM)
- Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH)
- Or other industry-recognized certifications.

The Materials Supervisor plans, organizes and monitors the Production supplier parts including Supplier onboarding, Contract set up (PO), releases, receiving, inventory management, storage and distribution of all items, ensuring a smooth and consistent operation so parts and supplies are located and distributed to proper departments in an effective, efficient and safe manner as required to satisfy internal and external customer requirements.

Job Duties
- Ensure that the materials department is in compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations and other company-related policies and procedures.
- Responsible for supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable legislation.
- Supervise production suppliers with Materials Coordinators including planning all incoming raw materials, purchased components, packaging, sub-suppliers and Outside Services to support manufacturing and shipping requirements.
- Supervise and train Materials Coordinators.
- Coordinate all incoming logistics planning to ensure efficiency of manpower and floor space.
- Supervise inventory system and all inputs/outputs – lead as expert in the field, working with cross-departmental teams and the CMS System to troubleshoot inventory discrepancies, determine root causes, corrective actions and monitor inventory accuracy.
- Supervise all receiving activity, including training hourly employees as required, ensure CMS database accuracy.
- Develop and maintain cycle count schedule.
- Lead and coordinate the year-end inventory count.
- Key member of APQP team to support launch of new programs; engineering changes and/or volume changes.
- Lead for onboarding and setting up new vendors.
- Lead for setting up new production items, ensure all documentation is in place, maintaining all blanket Purchase orders, in CMS database. Work with Corporate purchasing to review and analyze submitted quotations, understand costing, negotiate with vendors.
- Lead for PFEP (Plan for every part), reporting to Manager on measured targets.
- Reporting on Monthly MP&L Key Targets, as assigned.
- General knowledge of PPAP, IATF, MMOG, ISO14001, SDS, CTPAT and Health & Safety requirements.
- Lead floor plan layout planning for all purchased and manufactured items including current and future mapping and coordination of changes.
- Lead to develop FIFO plan and tracking.
- Coordinate outbound shipments as required related to vendors/production.
- Track monthly supplier performance and report to Manager / summarize for month end reporting.
- Coordinate with the Accounting Department on resolving invoicing discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the Quality Department on supplier issues to protect production.
- Coordinate with Packaging Engineers as a liaison with suppliers for cost savings and continuous improvements projects.
- Perform Health and Safety inspections, as required.
- Keep up to date with system changes and training requirements related to job duties.
- Be on-call by cell phone after daytime office/shop hours.
- Ensures facility compliance with the Flex-N-Gate Materials Management Policy.
- Performs all other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
- B.S. or B.A. degree in business management, materials management or related field.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in warehousing, receiving, shipping, inventory control or materials management in a manufacturing environment with 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of environmental, health and safety regulations.
- Experience with ERP systems, specifically MRP modules.
- Strong PC experience; MS Excel - spreadsheets, charts, graphs, MS Word, MS PowerPoint- presentations, and systems applicable to work area (CMS, SpinFire, etc.)
- Knowledge of Import/Export Regulations.
- Knowledge of Basic Supply Chain Management to include master planning of resources, detailed scheduling and planning, and execution and control of operations.

On-Target Earnings (OTE) Range
San Francisco: the pay range for this role is $189,000 to $259,500 per year.
This role will also be eligible for equity and benefits. Actual On-Target Earnings (OTE) will be determined based on permissible factors such as transferable skills, work experience, market demands, and primary work location. The OTE range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
Hybrid Faire employees currently go into the office 3 days per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and a third flex day of their choosing (Monday, Wednesday, or Friday). Additionally, hybrid in-office roles will have the flexibility to work remotely up to 4 weeks per year. Specific Workplace and Information Technology positions may require onsite attendance 5 days per week as will be indicated in the job posting.
