Summary:
The Senior Manufacturing / Process Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes for electronic assemblies in a high-mix, low-volume environment. This role supports both the U.S. and Vietnam facilities, ensuring process repeatability, cost efficiency, and product quality across SMT, Through-Hole, and system assembly operations. The senior manufacturing process engineer will report directly to the VP of operations.
Goals:
- Build products and provide services with the highest Flexibility, Productivity, and Quality.
- Achieve total customer satisfaction through technical excellence and responsive engineering support.
- Ensure successful NPI launches through cross-functional collaboration, process validation, and data-driven feedback to design and quality teams.
Objectives:
1. Support production operations in the following categories:
a. Reduce downtime caused by engineering issues (programming, MPI errors, tooling, design, or line stoppage).
b. Improve quality yield through root cause analysis, corrective actions, and robust process setup.
c. Lead NPI and prototype builds, ensuring process readiness, documentation completeness, and manufacturability validation prior to production release.
2. Provide engineering services to meet customer needs and expectations in the following areas:
a. Design for Manufacturability (DFM).
b. Manufacturing Process Instruction (MPI) creation and maintenance.
c. Engineering Change Order (ECO) implementation.
d. Defect Reduction Team (DRT) meetings and follow-up actions.
e. Failure analysis and corrective action documentation.
f. Develop and validate new or modified processes, including process capability studies, DOE validation, and reflow/wave solder profile optimization
g. Other engineering requests as required by customers or management.
Job Description:
SMT / Through-Hole / 2nd Ops / 3rd Ops Process Support
- Review daily SMT or build schedule to ensure process readiness.
- Confirm all required items are complete and available prior to production:
- Job package with full build documentation.
- Manufacturing Process Instruction (MPI) reviewed and approved.
- Routing definitions for data collection.
- Validated reflow or wave solder profiles.
- ECOs, deviations, or special instructions incorporated into the MPI and/or job package.
- All required tooling available and verified.
- Review pre-build DFM, document known defects, and hyperlink details in the MPI.
- Lead cross-functional NPI kickoff meetings to review design requirements, risk areas, and special process considerations.
- Document and track NPI issues and lessons learned for future builds.
- Coordinate with Program Managers to resolve DFM showstoppers prior to build.
- Analyze previous quality data, identify recurring defects, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Design, order, and verify all required tooling (stencils, wave solder pallets, press-fit fixtures, conformal coat fixtures, etc.).
- Maintain tooling logs, labeling, and readiness tracking within Omega Build Readiness.
- Inspect and sign off first article setups for critical processes (stencil printer, reflow oven, wave solder, etc.) using the First Article Checklist.
- Inspect initial boards after print and reflow for solder release, bridging, voids, and process anomalies. Document findings and sign off the First Article Report.
- Provide on-the-floor training for operators and technicians regarding new processes, corrective actions, or observed deficiencies.
- Support production by promptly responding to technical inquiries or line support issues.
- Exercise full authority to stop the line if repeated defects or safety concerns are observed.
Quality Data Review & Root Cause Analysis
- Review production data in Omega Data Collection, identifying root causes and corrective actions.
- Review Daily, Weekly, and Customer Quality Reports to identify trends, recurring issues, or process gaps.
- Provide structured analysis and report findings to Quality and Production (using 8D or equivalent methodology).
- Document corrective actions and verify implementation during the next production run.
- Present findings and improvement updates in internal and customer quality meetings.
Other Responsibilities:
- Create and submit Post-Build DFM reports to Program Managers with improvement recommendations.
- Implement and validate ECO changes per revision control procedures.
- Perform and document detailed failure analyses for internal and customer returns.
- Participate in process improvement projects and defect-reduction initiatives.
- Provide customer-driven engineering services or special support requests.
- Develop and deliver internal technical training for operators and peers.
- Support ISO 9001 and AS9100 activities, including audits, documentation, and Work Instruction updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline).
- 8–12 years of hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing (PCBA, box-build, system integration).
- Deep understanding of SMT, Through-Hole, and system assembly processes.
- Proficient in process validation, FAI, SPC, DOE, and yield improvement.
- Familiarity with FactoryLogix and related MES/ERP systems.
- Experience leading NPI builds and developing new assembly processes from prototype through production release.
- Familiarity with DFM/DFT analysis tools and PCB CAD systems (e.g., Altium, Valor, Mentor).
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving tools.
- Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (ITAR requirement).

About the role:

Summary:
The Sub Investigator has responsibility for the clinical safety of the patients partaking in the clinical trial, collecting, and recording accurate clinical data while also ensuring that the well-being and interests of the subjects enrolled in the studies are being met. The Sub-I provides essential clinical support to the clinical research coordinators, principal investigators, and other clinical trials staff.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Serve as leader of a study team to execute clinical trials
- Mentor and train staff in the conduct of clinical trials, protocol requirements, communication, and trial management skills
- Create training strategies and mitigation plans
- Conduct and manage clinical trials in accordance with the study protocol, GCP, ICH Guidelines and Velocity’s SOPs
- Implement and coordinate assigned clinical trials including start up, vendor management, subject recruitment, source development review, scheduling subjects, protocol training, collection of regulatory documents, conducting visits, ensuring data is entered in a timely manner and all queries are resolved, managing and reporting adverse events, serious adverse events, and deviations, implementing new protocol amendments, providing all close out reports.
- Apply project management concepts to manage risk and improve quality in the conduct of a clinical research study

- Ensure the creation, collection and submission of regulatory documents to Sponsors and IRBs as required per protocol, GCP/ICH regulations and IRB requirements.
- Evaluate potential subjects for participation in clinical trials including phone and in person prescreens.
- Create and execute recruitment strategies in conjunction with patient recruitment staff
- Incorporate key timelines, endpoints, required vendors, and patient population when planning for each assigned protocol.
- Incorporate understanding of how decisions affect the bottom-line including links between operations and company’s financial performance and how it is essential to create value of all stakeholders of the organization when planning for each assigned protocol.

We are seeking a dynamic and growth-oriented Sales Regional Account Manager (SRAM) to serve as the primary stakeholder in both the selling and servicing of automotive dealerships for a major Detroit-based OEM account. In this hybrid “unicorn” role, you will prospect, sell, and close new clients with an emphasis on retention and targeted direct marketing solutions. In addition, you will also manage a small book of business to keep your finger on the pulse of dealership business and help drive OEM field support relationships.
SRAMs must possess a passion for the hunt! Proven sales track record in Automotive B2B is a MUST. From prospecting to close, SRAMs tackle cold calling, research and discovery, sales presentations and closings working closely with the VP, Sales and Retention for their assigned territory. SRAMs strive to become a partner of the dealership by helping to effectively implement an intelligent marketing strategy that helps dealers sell, service and retain more customers for less cost and expand a dealership’s revenue opportunities. You will also be expected to develop relationships and work closely with regional OEM field representatives.
SRAMs are expected to produce new sales to meet or exceed assigned quotas and increase revenue. SRAMs must develop and manage pipeline of qualified Tier 3 business opportunities using our Omni Channel sales approach.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- A minimum of 5 years’ professional retail sales experience in Automotive marketing, agency account management, or OEM operations, required!
- Proven track record of growing accounts and securing new business, highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities, draft compelling proposals, and present to executive-level stakeholders with confidence
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You must be able to command a room and articulate complex strategies clearly
- Ability to travel monthly to the Southwestern- Western territories for client meetings and relationship building, required!
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), is non-negotiable, must be able to build persuasive decks and analyze complex data sets

Responsibilities / Job Duties:
Major Purpose: The Site Leader is the production level employee responsible for assisting the Regional Manager in providing superior and safe customer service through the implementation of the VRS Operating System at the worksite. The Site Leader will report directly to the Regional Manager and assist in the necessary business processes as directed.
Responsibilities / Job Duties:
- Performs the production tasks of a Direct to Locomotive Fuel Technician.
- Ensures their location is consistently turning in accurate reports to their Coordinator on time (FAR, SAR, BOL, Time sheets, and Purchase Card Receipts, etc.)
- Ensures Eagle eye, Geotab, and ADP time keeping compliance are implemented for all drivers.
- Ensures Third Party Audits are meeting VRS and Customer Standards.
- Develops the site customer(s) relationship by:
- Maintaining contact with the customer at the local level to ensure that we have a complete understanding of the customer’s needs, schedule, special service requests, etc.
- Communicating service deviations, customer complaints and service failures to their Regional Manager and responding as instructed.
- Participating in root cause analysis of service failures and in the development of corrective actions and implementing identified solutions.
- Participating in customer discussions and assisting in documenting responses.
- Assists the Regional Manager by ensuring that site employees are hired, trained, and treated right by:
- Working with the Recruiting Manager and Regional Manager throughout the hiring process to ensure that all steps are completed and that the best possible candidate for the position is identified and hired.
- Trains, and/or delegates, training of new hires as required by the training standards. Proctors written knowledge exams of standard operating procedures and conducts proficiency exercises.
- Conducting and documenting monthly communication meetings. Follows up with absent employees to ensure all topics discussed are understood.
- Promotes safety values and champions that commitment by:
- Believe that our goal of Zero Occurrences is achievable and helps everyone else at the site understand the importance of safety;
- Attend Lead Safety Specialist Meetings (if applicable) and Regional Meetings
- Ensure that the requirements of the Safety, Health and Environment section of the VRS Operating System is developed and implemented at the site:
- Involves others at the site in Observations that are being performed and ensuring that corrective actions are made
- Work with the Regional Manager and Safety Manager to ensure that the operation is compliant with all local, state and federal regulatory requirements (DOT, FRA, ETC.), as well as any customer specific safety rules and expectations, particularly PPE.
- Understanding and training all site employees in the use of the Emergency Response and Security plan.
- Works with the Regional Manager and Safety Manager to ensure all Driver qualification files are complete for all DOT team members.
- Ensure that assets (equipment) are properly maintained and repaired by:
- Identify and develop Equipment Specialist(s) at the site.
- Ensure all back up equipment has been in operation for the past 14 days.
- Establishing and maintaining service records, maintenance files and a schedule of service intervals for all equipment assigned to the location in Zendu.
- Ensuring that the established Asset Maintenance program is followed, tracking next service dates in Zendu.
- Creates a professional work atmosphere by:
- Enforcing the expectation of projecting a professional branding image;
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred
- Strong background in diagnosing issues with industrial pumping and hydraulic systems, coordinating with repair shops for resolution, and ensuring minimal operational downtime.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Must have Class A CDL with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements.
- No Automatic Restriction.
- Must be able to clear all background checks required by the Company, customer and government.
- Individuals are responsible for always maintaining all required licenses and certifications in a current and valid status.
