What You'll Do:

• Sell Vector Security residential and commercial solutions by proactively generating appointments with prospective and existing customers and ensuring offerings align with customer needs and company objectives.
• Maintains strong product knowledge through ongoing training and certifications; educate customers on security solutions including video surveillance, intrusion detection, access control, and fire alarm systems.
• Continuously build and manage a sales pipeline by generating commercial proposals and maintaining opportunities equal to at least four times monthly sales quota.
• Track all proposals and activity within company CRM system to ensure accurate reporting and management visibility.
• Collaborate with commercial system design teams and branch operations to ensure the proper scope is defined for larger commercial installations.
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities by developing strategies to introduce Vector's products to new customers and target segments.
• Monitor competitive activity and market trends including pricing, products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.

What You'll Need:

• High School Diploma required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Valid Driver's License
• Needs to be savvy in using social media to increase sales leads.
• Prospecting Skills:
• In order to expand our commercial business, it is important that Commercial sales representatives be able to build new relationships and generate new logos for the company.
• This can be done via a variety of methods including leveraging LinkedIn, social media, networking, working “Dodge” type reports, etc.
• Previous Sales Experience - Preferred:
• Demonstrated success in previous sales positions.
• Presentation Skills:
• Ability to present complex integrated solutions that are common in Large Commercial environment.
• Closing Skills:
• Must be able to close commercial proposals at a rate deemed acceptable by management, overcome objections, have strong negotiation skills.

Position: Site Security Manager

Reports To: Datacenter Physical Security Campus Security Manager

SUMMARY:

The Site Security Manager (SSM) serves as the day-to-day manager of a site security team that includes administrative officers, responders, and other security personnel at a client’s datacenter. The SSM is responsible for building a cohesive and high performing team. Reporting directly to the Campus Security Manager (CSM), the SSM works alongside other security team managers in their campus to ensure a safe and secure environment. Additional job functions may include client service and problem resolution, service enhancement, Security Operations Center (SOC) systems maintenance, audit compliance, system monitoring, log maintenance, and access rights maintenance.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Actively manages site security personnel; partners with the local branch to recruit and hire, oversee onboarding, training, and development at the datacenter.

2. Coaches security personnel and carries out disciplinary actions in accordance with current policy.

3. Ensures all responders and control room supervisors adhere to policies and standard operating procedures, acting as responder or control room supervisor in periods of increased activity or in the case of absent staff.

4. Ensures site health and key performance indicator goals are met or exceeded; works with the CSM to enhance security team effectiveness and performance.

5. Conducts recalling audits, prepares, and submits critical and confidential information directly to client management team.

6. Oversees site security systems to ensure safe and compliant operation of the facility.

7. Maintains and troubleshoots on-site security technology.

8. Assists with site equipment inspections, and audit compliance.

9. Maintains required security documentation, ensuring accuracy in accordance with established policies and procedures.

10. Serves as primary point of contact to datacenter management and security personnel when the CSM is unavailable.

11. Performs additional tasks assigned by management.

12. Keeps management informed of major accomplishments, issues and concerns.

13. Identifies security shortfalls and offers suggestions from improving the security program.

14. Evaluates and escalates potential safety issues within the facility.

15. Required to know and follow safe work practices, and to be aware of company policies and procedures related to job safety, including safety rules and regulations. Notify supervisor upon becoming aware of unsafe working conditions.

Job Summary:

This position is under the direct supervision of the Account Manager or Branch Manager and is responsible for protection, safeguarding, and security of assets, personnel, customers and visitors to assigned sites.

Job Duties:

Protect the interests of the client within the limits of the facility and to protect the lives and property of employees and visitors.

Observe and report signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances.

Prepare reports on a daily basis as trained and turn them into the proper contacts.

Complete patrols as required by post orders

Monitor and control access to property as required by post orders.

Notify proper authorities in all cases of emergencies as outlined in the post orders.

Company Flexible Officer / Mobile Vehicle Patrol Officer (w/Supervisor Training)

This is essentially a supervisor training program. We train our Flex Officers with the hopes that they will become Supervisors and then managers. 40+ hours a week guaranteed, locations to vary, however the same days off will be pretty consistent. Most of the shifts you work will be over night grave shifts , some of them will be swing and occasionally we will ask you to work days. We do our best to give you a consistent schedule and as we grow other opportunities may become available.

1st Year Hourly Pay: $30.00 + $1.00/hour (uniform maintenance) = $31.00/hr

2nd year Hourly Pay or when you make supervisor, whichever is first: $32.00 + $1.00/hour (uniform maintenance) = $33.00/hr

Vacation Time: 24 hours the 1st year (based on working 40 hours/week) then an additional 8 hours added every year thereafter (2nd year 32 hrs, 3rd year 40 hrs, 4th year 48 hrs, etc.)

Annual Bonus: We pay $100 for the 1st year anniversary and an additional $100 for every year thereafter. (2nd year $200, 3rd year $300, etc)

Job Description: Our Flex Officers are trained to work at every job site within SGT. This includes working mobile vehicle patrol. We depend on our Flex Officers to work a job site whenever there is a call off or a fire watch. Typical job site locations would be; San Francisco, Berkeley, Redwood City, Fremont, San Jose, Mountain View, etc.

The mobile vehicle patrol aspect of this job will have you driving all of the Bay Area in a marked security vehicle (picked up in Newark CA), which is usually a black Ford Explorer with light bar and spotlights. Officers visit many different properties throughout each night. Typical mobile patrol duties are to look for anything unusual, enforce parking rules, scan checkpoints, write detailed reports w/pictures, and respond to calls for service like an alarm or noise complaint.

Summary: Essentially we depend on our Flex Officers for just about everything. We are still a startup company so you must be "ALL IN" on this opportunity, which simply means you are dedicated to do whatever is needed to take care of our clients. Normally we work 8 hour shift, however sometimes this means working 12 hour shifts and working extra days to help cover open shifts. However, our goal is for everyone to be able to make great money and not have to work overtime on a regular basis.

Once a Flex Officer has been shown to be proficient at all SGT job locations, that officer may be promoted to Supervisor and a $2/hour increase in pay. Supervisors are then groomed to become managers.

Job Duties Including But Not Limited To:

• Drive from property to property in a marked security vehicle.
• Post check security officers for well being and uniform inspections.
• Train security officers on post orders and standard operating procedures.
• Work post sites when officers are late or call off.
• Answer phones and dispatch the officers in the field for service calls.

• Walk around the property checking areas of interest from Client.
• Conduct patrol tours of using a checkpoint scanning system with smartphone.
• Identify potential security risks and report them.

Essential Job Duties

• Daily Oversight: Supervise Shift Supervisors, ensuring proper staffing and professional attire standards are maintained.
• Scheduling & Payroll: Manage weekly scheduling and payroll.
• Training & Compliance: Ensure training for supervisors on inspection procedures, incident reporting, company vehicle use, alarm response.
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Senior Vice President of Operations

Position Requirements

• Minimum Five (5) Years of Management/Supervisory Experience
• Valid CPR-AED certification is a plus.
• WinTeam and eHub experience is a plus.
• Must be able to conduct an investigation and prepare investigation report
• Must be able to clear Client Background Check process.
• Must have a Valid NJ State Driver's License

Compensation range- $61,972- $71,972 annually, commensurate with experience and location.

Armed Security Contractors

Cardinal Point Security Group is seeking Armed Security Contractors for special fill-in details as needed in the 5-County Southeastern PA area. Primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and protection of visitors and staff members.

Pay:

This is a 1099 contractor position with a pay range of $25.00 to $30.00 per hour, based on contract with each client.

Location: 5-County area of Southeastern Pennsylvania

Schedule:

Weekdays, evenings, weekends

4-hour minimums

Fill-ins for special, pop-up details as needed

Basic Qualifications:

• Prior law enforcement experience is required AND five years of experience as an armed security officer
• Graduate of a Municipal or State Police Academy. A graduate of a Federal Police Academy, Military Police, or Military Master of Arms may be considered
• Possess a valid PA Act 235 certification AND possess your own firearm AND a Level 3 holster
• Able to work well under pressure.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Consent to a drug screen and completing criminal background investigation.
• No felony convictions or misdemeanor convictions involving moral turpitude.
• Reliable means of communication (active cell phone with mobile email access)
• Ability to comprehend and utilize the English Language (verbal and written)
• Reliable means of transportation
• Must possess a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Valid Driver’s License

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Patrol facilities and grounds to prevent access to restricted areas, theft, or vandalism
• Access Control and Monitor CCTV as required
• Monitoring facilities throughout scheduled shift
• Report on maintenance issues for appropriate personnel
• Function as First responder for emergencies.
• Identify and report suspicious activity.
• Completes daily activity reports and incident reports as required
• Incident management
• Cultivate positive relationships with staff and visitors.
• Other duties as assigned.

Upon engagement for any detail, a sub-contractor agreement must be signed. As a 1099 contractor, you are solely responsible for your federal taxes and any applicable deductions. Cardinal Point Security Group will report your total earnings to the IRS
