- PRN JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Is knowledgeable and competent in department scan protocols.
Completes a minimum of (2) peer reviews on an annual basis according to Network Managers request and study required for review.
Reviews and prepares the daily schedule with the Ultrasound Manager or Patient Care Coordinator at the beginning of each shift.
Gathers all patient Radiology file folders, reports and impression sheets for the day’s schedule.
Responsible for pulling Radiology file folders as needed throughout the day.
Observes file room protocols for film sign out and return, and film jacket set-ups.
Ultrasound rooms are restocked on a daily basis at the end of the shift with laundry, SPD and Store Room supplies.
At the end of each study room should be cleaned and ready for the next patient.
Equipment is cleaned regularly with documentation of a minimum of 12 equipment cleanings per year.
Completes yearly-required competency assessments as set by the Ultrasound Manager.
Demonstrates competency in the use of RIS/HIS and telephone systems appropriate for their job responsibilities.
Assist the Interventional Nurse and Radiologist in preparing for invasive procedures, by setting up trays using sterile techniques, gathering necessary supplies, assisting during procedures and clean up using Universal Precautions and proper sharps disposal.
Transports any laboratory samples to the lab following the procedures.
Possesses knowledge of insurance codes, Radiology procedure code sheets, patient charts and required paperwork needed for all procedures and department requirements.
PHYSICIAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS: Frequent use of fingers and hands in operating equipment and for paperwork.
Standing and walking for up to 7 hours per day in 60 minute increments.
Sitting for up to 1 hour per day in 15 minute increments.
Pushing, pulling and lifting patients and litters up to 300 pounds with assistance.
Lifting and moving objects up to 40 pounds.
Must be able to do frequent bends, stoops and crouches.
Must be able to reach above shoulder level.
Must be able to hear and see as it relates to normal hearing and vision.
EDUCATION: High school graduate or equivalent.
Graduate of an approved Radiology Ultrasound Program.
ARDMS registry required.
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Minimum of one year hospital experience, Radiology Department experience helpful and a minimum of two years of Ultrasound scanning experience in the area of abdominal, OB-GYN, small parts and some experience in vascular sonography preferred.
Certification in Abdomen and OB required within 1 year of hire date.
Registry in Vascular Technology a plus.
Current CPR certification required.
Knowledge of computer basics a must.

Job Summary
We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer III to serve as a Cable/Ribbon Assembly Equipment Capability Engineer supporting high volume cable manufacturing operations. This role is highly technical and focused on equipment capability, mechanical performance, and process robustness for cable assembly lines. The engineer will be responsible for driving equipment performance improvements, ensuring process capability, and supporting new equipment introduction and line expansions.
Key Responsibilities
Equipment Capability & Performance
* Own mechanical capability of cable/ribbon assembly equipment
* Establish and maintain equipment capability metrics (OEE, Cp/Cpk, uptime, scrap, yield)
* Lead mechanical capability studies, line balancing, and throughput optimization efforts
* Identify mechanical constraints impacting line speed, tension stability, concentricity, and dimensional control Mechanical Engineering & Design
* Design, modify, and optimize tooling, fixturing, guides, rollers, payoff systems, and tension control mechanisms
* Develop detailed 2D drawings and 3D CAD models for equipment upgrades and custom tooling
* Perform engineering calculations related to tension, torque, inertia, thermal effects, and material deformation
* Support equipment retrofits and modernization projects
Manufacturing Support & Troubleshooting
* Provide hands on technical support during production, trials, and equipment start ups
* Perform structured root cause analysis (mechanical, process, interface issues) and implement corrective actions
* Collaborate with process, controls, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve chronic equipment issues
* Support development and execution of FAT/SAT, IQ/OQ/PQ, and line acceptance criteria

* Work directly with OEMs and system integrators on equipment design, build, and acceptance

* Ensure compliance with applicable safety, ergonomic, and manufacturing standards

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
* 3-6 years of experience in cable manufacturing or cable assembly equipment engineering
* Strong hands on experience with ribboning, stranding, extrusion, shielding, jacketing, or armoring equipment
* Deep understanding of mechanical systems in continuous manufacturing environments
* Proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD, or equivalent)
* Proficiency in data Analysis - JMP, Excel, Minitab
* Experience performing equipment capability analysis and production line optimization
* Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with ribbon cable manufacturing
* Knowledge of tension control systems, dancer mechanisms, capstans, and servo driven equipment
* Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC), Cp/Cpk analysis, and OEE
* Working knowledge of PLC controlled machinery and electro mechanical interfaces

We are seeking an experienced Hair Restoration & Laser Specialist with a NP license to help patients regain confidence by achieving their goals through cosmetic procedures such as Coolsculpt, Emsculpt, Laser Hair Removal, and hair restoration treatments. This is a fully onsite role, primarily based at our Upper Arlington location with varying support at our Gahanna location.
As a Hair Restoration & Laser Specialist, you will support our patients by providing elective care for cosmetic laser procedures and consulting, assessing, diagnosing, and treating hair loss in males and females by performing in office treatments such as PRP treatments, assisting in hair transplant coordination, and advising on take-home therapies and providing exceptional patient care in an environment that fosters trust, welcomes innovation, and provides the best possible patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides direct patient care as a representative of CAPS, treating each patient in a style and manner developed by the supervising physician and practice that is consistent with authorized practices as defined by state law.

- Performs cosmetic procedures that can be treated with Coolsculpt, Emsculpt, and Laser Hair Removal, along with other modalities.
- Responsible for coordination of treatment plan, follow up and rebooking of their patients.
- Completes all patient charting ? history, exam, and treatments plans ? accurately and timely.
- Oversee any patient care concerns that may arise.
- Work with Ancillary Clinical Director and COO on clinical needs of department.
- Work with vendors for continued training and development and product knowledge.
- Participates in events and marketing objectives as needed.
- Notifies inventory of any supply needs or request.
- Attends team meetings as needed to discuss goals and objectives of department.
- Helps establish goals and objectives for growth of department and works with team to implement goals.
Qualifications & Experience Required
- Experience in hair restoration or dermatology preferred but not required.
- Experience with a variety of lasers.
- Current NP license.
- Proven experience providing high quality of care to patients in an environment that fosters trust and builds relationships with open communication and empathy with staff and patients.
- Advanced computer proficiency, including experience with electronic health records.
- Works independently with minimal supervision.
- Derm experience helpful.
- 1 year laser Sciton preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Occasional periods of sitting at a desk.
- Prolonged standing, walking, reaching, bending, stooping, lifting, and carrying.
- Frequent use of computer and keyboard.
- Frequent writing, typing, grasping, and speaking.
WORKING CONDITIONS/ ENVIORNMENTAL EXPOSURE:
- Environmentally controlled business office environment.
- Fast paced environment with occasional high-pressure situations.
- Frequent interactions with patients, team members, providers, and other members of the public.
- Environmental hazards such as chemicals, solvents, needles, needle containers, sharps, blood, body fluids, various infectious/communicable diseases, infectious medical waste, near moving mechanical parts.
- Protective clothing/equipment may be necessary.

Pay range: Commission based (120 ? 150k annual)
This is a fully onsite role at our Upper Arlington location with some time spent at our Gahanna location (location support will vary).
