• Administer Speech Therapy evaluations & examinations to diagnose residents & develop treatment plans.

• Monitor residents' progress and adjust treatments accordingly.

• Record information on the initial evaluation, treatment, progress, and discharge of clients.

• Observe and assess the progress & prepare detailed reports.

• Maintain resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing.

• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, or standards.

• Maintains a cooperative relationship among healthcare team members & contributes to a team effort.

SLP Requirements Include:

• A graduate of an accredited SLP Program

• Current New York State SLP License

The position operates under supervision model with one physician overseeing seven CRNAs, requiring board certification with no call obligations. The anesthesia team provides coverage for four rooms under medical direction and two CRNA-only rooms daily in this surgery center environment.

Physician Assistant | Urgent Care

• 2 week rotating shifts including every other weekend
• 12 hour shifts excluding Sundays
• 25 - 50 patients per day walk-in clinic
• Operating hours Monday - Saturday 8am - 8pm
• All ages patient population
• ER/urgent care background preferred
