- Manage 7 AM to 5 PM rounding shifts or 6 PM to 6 AM call shifts.
- Handle routine cardiothoracic cases including CABG, valves, complex aorta, lobectomy, and VATS.
- Assist with occasional ECMO cases.
- Perform vein harvesting, utilizing endoscopic techniques with Maquet Hemopro 2.
- Be available within 30 minutes of the hospital for call shifts if local, or utilize provided nearby hotel accommodation.
- Manage calls, with most being handleable over the phone, and a low probability of being called in.
