Position Summary:


The Corporate Safety & Health Compliance Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive safety and health programs to ensure compliance with OSHA, MSHA, DOT, state, and local regulations.   • Facilitate timely and accurate annual OSHA 300 reporting for each facility.

  • Act as the subject matter expert for determining severity and response to audit findings versus opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety & health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field (master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in safety and health compliance in a manufacturing environment, with strong knowledge of OSHA, MSHA, and DOT regulations. Experience with multiple sites/states a plus.
  • Skilled in leading others without formal reporting authority.
  • CSP, CIH, or equivalent credentials strongly preferred.
  • Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, auditing and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Position will be located at the Charlotte, NC, NGC Headquarters.

In this highly technical allied imaging professional position, you'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide the very best imaging services, which include ultrasound, CT scan, PET scan, interventional radiology, digital mammography, and nuclear medicine. The primary purpose of the Radiologic Technologist position is to perform radiographic and fluoroscopic imaging services. In addition, he/she performs specialized imaging techniques when fluoroscopic guidance is requested and assists the Radiologist when appropriate.

•  Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist Program
•  Current Basic Life Support certification
•  Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists« (ARRT) certification
•  Texas Department of State Health certification
•  1 year preferred

  • STEMI Receiving Center and Stroke Center.
  • 50-bed facility with a 14-bed Emergency Department.
  • Annual volume of 25,000 with approximately 80 patients per day.
  • Sub-specialty backup includes ortho, general surgery, med hospitalist, neurology, OB/GYN, cardiology, and nephrology/dialysis.
