Position Overview
The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for mortar and drymix products (sand & powder materials) across the U.S., with a focus on market expansion, distributor development, and key account management. This role will be based in the Miami, Florida area and will play a critical role in building the company’s presence in the North American construction materials market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for mortar and drymix products in the U.S. market
- Identify and develop distributors, contractors, and key accounts within the construction materials industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and building material distributors
- Lead and manage regional sales activities, including pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and sales forecasting
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive positioning
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to support product launches and market development
- Build and lead a local sales team as the business expands

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
- 8+ years of sales experience in construction materials, with strong preference for mortar, drymix, cement-based materials, tile adhesives, or related sand/powder products
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding distribution networks in the U.S. market

Job Purpose
Responsible for the equipment debugging, operation, production optimization, equipment maintenance, quality control, and data analysis of the TPO production line. Ensures the smooth and stable operation of the line to produce qualified products, and assists process personnel in resolving sudden production incidents.
Job Responsibilities
1 Equipment Debugging & Process Optimization
(1)Responsible for the debugging and parameter setting of the production line (e.g., extruder, cooling system, traction machine, etc.) to ensure product thickness, width, and appearance meet process quality standards;
(2)Adjust process parameters such as processing temperature, pressure, and speed based on process requirements and raw material characteristics to optimize production efficiency;
(3)Resolve technical issues during production (e.g., sheet bubbles, stripes, dimensional deviations, etc.) and propose improvement plans;
(4)Perform daily equipment maintenance (e.g., lubrication, cleaning, component replacement) to prevent equipment failures and extend service life.
2 Quality Control & Data Analysis
(1)Monitor production quality, perform First sample Inspection and record data to ensure products meet customer requirements;
(2)Verify key indicators of raw materials arriving at the factory to ensure they meet process requirements;
(3)Analyze production data (e.g., scrap rate, energy consumption) and propose suggestions for cost reduction and efficiency improvement;
(4)Monitor and analyze electrical and mechanical data of the production line, and timely provide feedback on equipment operating status.
3 Team Collaboration & Training
(1)Assist in the execution of production plans and cooperate with other departments to complete urgent orders or special tasks;
(2)Receive product technical training from product engineers and process engineers, and responsible for conveying and implementing the knowledge;
(3)Guide new employees in operating equipment and impart machine tuning experience and process knowledge.
Qualification Requirements
Education & Experience:Engineering majors such as Polymer Materials, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering are preferred. Over two years of experience operating production equipment.
Language Ability:Fluent in English, Spanish language skills a plus.
Professional Skills:
(1)Possess experience in production line machine tuning; familiarity with twin-screw extruder operation is preferred;
(2)Experience in operating production lines for polymer waterproofing membranes, plastic films, or rubber/plastic material molding is preferred;
(3)Possess basic mechanical repair abilities and the ability to read equipment drawings and process flowcharts.

Job Details My client's law firm is seeking an experienced litigator with at least 5+ years of experience for a Staff Attorney position in its Century City or Los Angeles office.

The Staff Attorney will primarily assist with litigating and settling consumer financial services litigation matters on behalf of financial institutions, under the supervision of Partners in Consumer Litigation practice group.

This role within AI Pod serves as a bridge between Temasek’s investment activities, the frontier AI ecosystem, and our global portfolio. This supports our broader mandate on broad-based AI adoption and enablement across portfolio companies through pertinent insights, technology and capability access, as well as talent connectivity. Operating out of San Francisco, the role anchors Temasek’s presence in the global AI hub – converting insights and relationships into differentiated advantage for both our investment activities and broader portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Deepening Access, Connectivity and Ecosystem engagement: Leverage targeted investments in leading AI funds, category-defining AI companies and leading AI ecosystem players (e.g. frontier model labs, research institutions) to deepen Temasek’s access to frontier innovation, strengthen ecosystem connectivity, and accelerate AI-driven portfolio value creation.
- Deploy select AI investments: Evaluating, leading due diligence, drafting investment approvals, co-ordinate internal transaction processes (including legal documentation) and post-investment performance monitoring
- Translate product and technology insights into portfolio impact: Partner other investment teams to evaluate priority sectors to inform both investment theses and portfolio-wide transformation efforts; assess the commercial potential and technical feasibility of AI technologies in due diligence and identify potential organic and inorganic value creation initiatives for existing portfolio companies
- Drive AI diffusion and support portfolio enablement: Support portfolio companies’ AI Transformation efforts by sharing insights on AI developments and product roadmaps which are pertinent to Temasek’s portfolio
- Support Temasek’s broader AI strategy: Work closely with the AI Pod team and other internal stakeholders to align initiatives and ensure timely sharing of insights across Temasek’s AI efforts.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of working experience in corporate VC, venture investing, management consulting, and/or AI product development roles – experience shaping or evaluating AI products / business models is strongly preferred
- Proven product and business acumen: ability to assess early-stage companies, diligence product/tech claims, and form conviction on markets, teams, and business models.
- Strong understanding of GenAI models, enterprise AI deployment, data systems, and emerging stacks across infrastructure, tooling, and applications.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across different contexts
- Comfortable working with diverse teams across ambiguous, fast-moving environments with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear strategic recommendations and measurable business outcomes.
- Strong academic foundation with analytical depth; technical degrees (computer science, engineering, applied math) or meaningful product/technical experience preferred.
- Self-starter with the ability to independently drive workstreams, prioritize effectively, and deliver at pace.
US$240K to US$300K annually (not including additional incentive compensation). Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and other conditions of employment.
