Title: Scheduling Technologist

Description
Acts as a technical resource for Scheduling within the Global Project Methodology (GPM) or Global Turnaround Methodology (GTM) work processes. Supports establishment of overall schedule baseline and reporting to monitor and control the project within established baseline tolerances. Coordinates data inputs from the various disciplines and functions to ensure accurate forecasts and reporting of schedule. Engages key stakeholders to understand causes of the deviation and the need to establish actions to mitigate, when deviations occur. Requires advanced skills and expertise in a range of processes, procedures, and systems, and or specialized technical expertise within an analytical scientific method or operational process to perform a broad range of complex work assignments. May act as a working team lead, providing subject matter guidance and coordinating work of others.
Responsibilities
- Serves as Schedule Management subject matter expert.
- Promotes discipline knowledge exchange and quality application through technical coaching.
- Develops schedule management plans for project and or turnarounds.
- Develops and maintains comprehensive integrated master project schedule during the project turnaround life cycle monitoring progress and incorporating modifications where changes in the original scope occur or delays are encountered.
- Performs staffing density checks or staffing limitation checks to validate schedule durations and ensures resource-leveling supports the project strategy.
- Leads project teams in forecasting schedule challenges and offers analyses and solutions to complete the project on schedule.
- Utilizes project cost estimates to resource load project schedules to gain alignment with estimated scope. Works with cost management to gain alignment when forecasting schedule completion dates.
- Performs critical path analysis to determine problem areas regarding project schedule and resource overloads and offers alternative courses of action to the project team.
- Evaluates project deviations to assess schedule impact for proper decision making and recovery plans.
- Defines comprehensive Schedule Management solutions for capital, expense and turnaround projects.
- Contributes to improvement of Schedule Work Process and leveraging of learning experiences. Makes recommendations on cycle time reduction opportunities and techniques, as applied to scheduling.

This is what you’ll need:
- At least 5-8 years (or relative) in the AV Design Engineer role with experience working in IT Administration

We are seeking 3 experienced Low Voltage / Estimator with strong expertise in low-voltage cabling and LV infrastructure to support the growth and execution of White Space Fit Out (WSFO) projects in fast-paced, mission-critical environments.
This role plays a key part in solutioning, pricing, proposal development, and execution, with hands-on involvement in both preconstruction and project implementation.
Position Summary
The Capture Manager – LV / Estimator is responsible for supporting the development of low-voltage cost estimates, budgets, and proposals across a portfolio of construction projects. The role requires deep technical knowledge of LV systems and their integration into the broader WSFO scope, including cable tray, ladder rack, fiber runner systems, containment, caging, floor tile cuts, power whips/feeders, and BCMS/EPMS systems.
This position works cross-functionally with sales, engineering, preconstruction, execution, and finance teams to drive successful project outcomes from pursuit through execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and interpret RFP/RFQ documents and support the RFI process related to LV and WSFO scopes
- Identify project risks and challenges during the solutioning phase
- Develop ROM and detailed LV cost estimates for standalone and integrated project scopes
- Support proposal development and pricing strategies
- Maintain an organized database of bid documents for transition to project kickoff
- Identify potential additional revenue opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams including sales, engineering, preconstruction, execution, and finance
- Solicit and evaluate quotes from subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers

Reporting to the VP, Brand Integrity, Ethics and Investigations, the Senior Counsel, International Trade Compliance is an experienced compliance lawyer responsible for advancing and managing the Company’s economic sanctions, customs, and export controls compliance programs and enabling compliance with ever-changing and complex global requirements. Such individual is responsible for continually assessing the Company’s sanctions and export compliance risk and in conjunction with other key stakeholders updating, designing and implementing appropriate controls to mitigate such risks.
The individual will have extensive interaction with other members of the Legal Team, the Senior Leadership Team, business teams, as well as with numerous other internal organizations.
Responsibilities
The Senior Counsel, International Trade Compliance is responsible for serving as the internal subject matter expert on applicable global laws and regulations pertaining to economic sanctions, customs and export controls and their impact on the Company’s business (e.g., OFAC, ITAR, and EAR). Such individual is also responsible for developing, enhancing, and implementing the Company’s international trade and export compliance programs and associated procedures to enable compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Such duties will include the following:
- Identify and manage sanctions, customs, and export control compliance issues, escalate and remediate as appropriate;
- Advise the business on sanctions, customs, and export controls compliance, risks, and risk mitigation.
- Conduct sanctions, customs, and export compliance risk assessments and recommend changes to applicable policies and procedures;
- Lead trade and export compliance investigations and manage submissions and disclosures to governmental entities as required;
- Provide oversight to business units highly dependent upon trade, customs or export compliance programs (e.g., ITAR);
- Develop appropriate sanctions, trade and export compliance training for relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor proposed sanctions and export compliance laws and regulations and provide advice to business stakeholders regarding implications and requirements; and,
- Implement robust compliance tools (including policies, procedures, manuals and as appropriate IT solutions), to enhance the Company’s trade and export compliance controls, and otherwise support the Company’s Ethics and Compliance program and initiatives.
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Member in good standing of the bar of at least one U.S. state.
- A minimum of 5 years focusing on trade, customs and export compliance, sanctions, or related matters.
- A minimum of 7 to 10 years of professional experience assessing/investigating alleged or actual regulatory/legal or ethical concerns.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills, as well as excellent analytical ability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex legal and regulatory concerns to non-legal stakeholders.

Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $180,000 to $230,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 20% of the base salary. THE ROLE
You're not here to write reports and disappear.
You're here to be the most important person on the job site.
• Embed on active construction as the Owner's eyes and ears.
• Keep GCs honest — on scope, schedule, change orders, pay applications, and quality.
• Walk roofs, balconies, garages, and concrete pours with authority.
• Document everything. Miss nothing. Communicate clearly upward and outward.
• Drive projects from pre-RFP through GC selection through closeout — on time, every time.
• Be the person clients call when something feels off. And the one who already knew.

THE OPERATOR
• 5+ years in construction or supervision (preferably commercial).
• You've managed GCs, read drawings, caught problems before they became change orders.
• You're verbally strong — you can brief a board and talk to a foreman in the same afternoon.
• You easily balance desk and field action; close loops without prompting.
• You’re a clear over-communicator with high standards; you push pace and substance over politics.
• No PE required. Reliability and field ethics required. Low ego. No drama.
