The Lead Labor & Delivery Surgical Technologist functions under the direction of the registered professional nurse. Assists the health care team in providing safe, age-appropriate and culturally aware patient care. He/she has advanced knowledge, skill and ability to perform duties within the context of at least two surgical specialties including moderate to high acuity cases (with an expectation on occasion to work above this level as cases require) as defined by the scope of anatomy, equipment and instrumentation of the case and anticipates the needs of the surgeon and other members of the healthcare team. Exhibits a high-level ability to acquire additional surgical skills for progressively more difficult cases and functions as an expert technical resource. Demonstrates an efficient, organized surgical plan for assigned cases. Takes initiative to discuss surgical plan with other members of the healthcare team. Able to troubleshoot instruments and equipment. Anticipates any additional supplies or equipment required for procedures. Acts as a liaison with sterile processing department. Job Description:Rite-HiteService Technicianswill install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities. In addition, Service Technicians act as a technical resource for our customers and our sales force. This position works independently or in small teams in a field service environment, and is a primary customer contact.
Required Experience:Rite-Hitesells the best and we hire the best. This position requires experience welding and working with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Prior experience in the repair or installation of industrial equipment is preferred. Selected candidate must be able to work independently in a field environment. Good customer service skills are required. This position requires the ability to work outdoors, at heights, and lift up to 100 pounds. As this position requires driving a company vehicle, a pre-employment drug test and clean driving record are required, as is a DOT physical.

The hiring range for this position in USA-WA-Seattle is $29.20-$40.15 per hour based on a 40-hour work week. The number of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs.
