Manhattan Active WMS Tech Analyst Direct Hire Remote
Tier4 Group is seeking a driven IT MAWM Technology Analyst to support and evolve enterprise‑wide IT initiatives centered on Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM). In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to system configuration, integrations, extensions, and advanced support—helping ensure our technology ecosystem scales with current and future business needs.
You’ll collaborate closely with IT, business partners, vendors, and QA teams while owning complex configurations, integrations, and L2/L3 troubleshooting in a fast‑paced warehouse and supply chain environment.
What You’ll Do
- Configure and support MAWM solutions using Manhattan Configuration Tools, Config Director, and APIs
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful API integrations (JSON/XML) between MAWM and third‑party systems such as ERP and TMS
- Create, deploy, monitor, and manage MAWM extension packs using ProActive
- Provide L2/L3 production support, including deep technical troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and issue resolution
- Partner with IT, business stakeholders, and vendors to understand, document, and enhance business and technical requirements
- Participate in the design, build, testing, validation, implementation, and ongoing support of application and infrastructure solutions
- Collaborate with IT, QA, and business teams on test planning and execution
- Produce and maintain technical documentation, including:

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related field

The Point of Care Solution Specialist works independently within an assigned territory leading commercial execution to increase market share and drive sustainable growth. Job Summary:
The Surgical Technologist Certified functions under the direction of the registered professional nurse. Assists the health care team in providing safe, age appropriate and culturally aware patient care. Exhibits an acquisition of additional surgical skills for progressively more difficult cases. Demonstrates an efficient, organized surgical plan for assigned cases. Takes initiative to discuss surgical plan with other members of the healthcare team. Able to troubleshoot instruments and equipment. Anticipates any additional supplies or equipment required for procedures. Ability to mentor, precept or train in various modalities. Participates in performance improvement initiatives. Duties include, but are not limited to, preparation of the operative suite and surgical field to ensure a safe patient care environment while being vigilant for the maintenance of the sterile field and other patient safety concerns. In addition, they will gather required instruments, supplies and serve as surgical assistant as needed. (not to be confused with a certified surgical first assistant). Other duties as assigned including but not limited to assisting with inventory, ordering and stocking ORs and additional perioperative areas as assigned. DEFINITION:
Certified Surgical Technologist required to have a certificate or associate's degree from a community college or a technical school and have passed the a competency examination through the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting or National Center for Competency Testing
Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
- He/she has the knowledge, skill and ability of the procedure being performed and anticipates the needs of the surgeon and other members of the healthcare team within moderate to high difficulty surgical cases as defined by the scope of anatomy, equipment, and instrumentation of the case
- Checks supplies and equipment needed for surgical procedure which includes review and utilization of appropriate preference card.
- Assists with room set-up to include opening of sterile supplies.
- Sets up sterile table with instruments, supplies, equipment, and medication/solutions needed for procedure in an accurate, aseptically prioritized, and timely manner, including reviewing and utilizing appropriate preference cards
- Performs appropriate surgical counts with circulator.
- Actively participates in the procedure pause/time-out.
- Scrubs, gowns, and gloves; Gowns and gloves surgeon and assistants.
- Assists in draping sterile field.
- Passes instruments to surgeon during the procedure. Maintains an organized back table and operative field. Able to anticipate and offer surgeon suggestions throughout the procedure for facilitating cases
- Maintains highest standard of sterile technique during procedure.
- Prepares sterile dressings.
- Actively participates in post procedure pause which includes accounting for proper handling of the specimens.
- Cleans and prepares instruments for terminal sterilization, taking initiative to inform SPD of critical need instrument
- Applies principles of asepsis to ensure the prevention of infection and safety of patients and employees
- Prepares case carts according to procedure and preference cards. Reviews surgical schedule and assists clinical coordinator with preparation for future cases
- Observes patients condition and immediately reports any changes or significant findings to the physician and Registered Nurse.
- Proactively plans for the next steps in the progression of procedure as needed, demonstrating an ability to adjust without faltering when an emergency arises
- Performs with the knowledge, skill, and ability within the context of moderate to high acuity surgical cases
- Prepares OR room and other areas (as needed) for receiving patients, which includes stocking, cleaning equipment or storage areas, turns OR room over, orders/requests supplies, preparing instruments for future procedures, notification of specialty staff regarding needed instrumentation or equipment.

As our Tech Support & Trial Technology Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the technology that powers our legal team. You’ll ensure courtroom and office technology runs smoothly, assist attorneys and staff with technical needs, and help optimize tools and processes that support litigation. Your work will help maintain efficiency, reduce disruptions, and ensure our team is fully equipped for successful case preparation and trial.

Outcomes You’ll Achieve
- Provide reliable day-to-day technical support to attorneys and staff, resolving hardware, software, and network issues quickly to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
- Ensure seamless technology setup and support for trials, hearings, depositions, and presentations, including courtroom AV equipment, presentation software, and remote conferencing tools.
- Maintain and troubleshoot workstations, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other office technology to ensure consistent performance across the organization.
- Support trial teams by preparing, testing, and managing trial technology such as presentation systems, exhibit displays, video playback, and document presentation tools.
- Monitor and maintain system functionality, escalating issues when necessary and coordinating with IT vendors or internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Document support requests, solutions, and procedures to improve response times and maintain an organized support process.
- Assist with technology training and guidance for attorneys and staff to ensure effective use of software, trial presentation tools, and office technology.
- Help maintain a secure technology environment by following cybersecurity best practices, protecting sensitive information, and adhering to firm policies.
What You Bring to the Table
- Education and Experience: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on technical support experience.
- Technical Support Experience: Experience providing help desk or desktop support in a professional environment, preferably in a legal or litigation setting.
- Trial Technology Support: Familiarity with trial presentation software (such as TrialDirector, OnCue, Trial Pad or similar tools), courtroom AV systems, and legal technology workflows.
- Technical Skills: Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows and Mac systems, Microsoft 365, networking basics, printers, conferencing tools, and audiovisual equipment.
- Problem Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly under time-sensitive situations, including during active trials or presentations.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to assist attorneys and staff in a clear, professional manner.
- Organization and Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple support requests, prioritize urgent issues, and adapt in fast-paced legal and trial environments.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Spearheading various strategic initiatives for Principal - including requirements specification, strategy design, and execution plan
- Assessing overall support needs of the Principal and family and putting in place workflows/processes to streamline and simplify operations
- Handling tasks of a highly confidential nature with the utmost discretion and professionalism
- Researching, organizing and arranging travel for the family, including flights, accommodations, transportation, activities, etc.
- Conducting research and executing on various topics related to lifestyle and philanthropic needs, children's activities, etc
- Overseeing Principal and family calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
- Identifying need for various advisors / vendors, researching / screening options, and managing / hosting vendors as necessary
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders, including family members, staff, vendors, and contractors
