Responsible for performing various functions to keep Georgia Tech's dining program commercial kitchens running smoothly. Responsibilities
Job Duty 1 -
Perform preventative maintenance on food service and refrigeration equipment as well as scheduled predictive maintenance checks following manufacturers' recommendation and/or as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Duty 2 -
Carry out installations of new equipment.
Job Duty 3 -
Perform repairs and maintenance duties on a wide variety of food service and refrigeration equipment such as walk-in freezers, industrial-sized steam cookers, refrigerators, ice machines, dishwashers, fryers, stoves, ovens, and grills.
Job Duty 4 -
Carry out periodic inspection, cleaning, and equipment servicing.
Job Duty 5 -
Interpret equipment manuals for proper training, care, and maintenance of equipment.

Attend quickly to emergency calls on equipment repair issues, as well as to after-hour work calls.

- Coordinate with DISA stakeholders, ISSMs, and PMs to resolve non-compliance issues identified in the Cybersecurity Scorecard.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (IT-related field preferred)
- Six (6) or more years leading Risk Management teams
- Five (5) or more years IT program management experience leading audits and inspections in DoD/Federal environment
- Have an active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
- DoD 8570 IAM or IAT Level III certification
- Functional area expertise in National and DoD IT policy
- Expert level knowledge and experience as a technical expert providing technical direction, interpretation, and alternatives in areas such as but not limited to; Information Systems Architecture, Telecommunications Systems Design, Architecture, Implementation, Information Systems Integration, Software Development Methodologies, Security Engineering, Communications and Network Systems Management.

You will be responsible for end-to-end account management: relationship development, solution adoption, commercial growth, and cross-functional coordination to ensure exceptional delivery.

Account Ownership & Growth
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of West Coast Tech & Media clients.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on retention, expansion, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Job Description:
The Solution Architect, Personalization leads and supports architecture activities for a portfolio of enterprise-level solutions. This includes systems such as customer data platforms, personalization engines, recommendation engines, loyalty and discount engines, promotional tools, communication platforms, CMS, DAM, mobile apps, master data solutions, in-store digital screens, ERP, HRMS, and POS systems.
You will provide architectural leadership, design oversight, and technology guidance to ensure solutions meet business requirements and comply with enterprise architecture governance. Responsibilities span five dimensions:

Job Summary:
Prepare, compound, dispense medications, and perform other technical duties in the pharmacy department under direct supervision of a Pharmacist. Must demonstrate competency through supervised observation and/or any other necessary annual required competencies. Must be proficient in all responsibilities and duties of certified pharmacy technician.
Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
Medication Distribution
* Single Dispense - must prepare medications and/or IV for dispensing, select correct medication, correct strength, and correct form. Fill, label, and initial medication bag for a pharmacist verification.
* Bulk Dispense- Must fill multiple patient specific medications in accordance with department procedure.
* Transportation- bulk fill, first dose, and missing doses will be delivered securely to the appropriate units, while practicing appropriate procedure to ensure confidentiality for all patients.
* Missing Doses- upon request, must properly generate label, fill and have checked by a pharmacist, then dispense to the appropriate floor or unit.
* Product Preparation- must properly prepare, measure, count, medications including compound ointments, creams, oral solutions, oral solids, IV, etc.
(ADC) Automatic Dispensing Cabinet
* User- must be capable of accurately adding new users to the ADC system.
* Product- must properly load ADC with correct medications after medication is checked by a pharmacist. Monitor par levels and increase or decrease as needed.
* Reports- must be able to generate needed reports to fill, track, and identify/report all discrepancies.
* Minor Maintenance- must trouble shoot minor problems with ADC.
* Restock- must accurately fill medication, fluids and stock outs as needed.
* Recall- must assist the pharmacist and inventory specialist in retrieving recalled medications.
* Controlled Substances- Must follow all policies, procedures, and applicable laws with controlled substance medications.
IV Admixture
* Aseptic technique- Demonstrate knowledge of aseptic technique including; proper hand washing and proper use of IV Room attire. Understand Joint Commission, hospital, and departmental policies and procedures. Must complete an aseptic technique competency to show compliance with USP standards, conducted by supervisor or Lead Pharmacy Technician.
* Small volume- Demonstrate knowledge of preparing small volume admixtures
* Specialty solutions- Demonstrate knowledge of preparing epidural, intrathecal, intravenous, intramuscular, sterile syringes and chemotherapy (when applicable)
* Syringes- Demonstrate knowledge of preparing neonatal syringes (when applicable)
* Large volume- Demonstrate knowledge of preparing large volume solutions
* Room cleaning - Demonstrate knowledge of policies and procedures regarding maintaining clean room environment.
* Safety and Compliance Follows all safety and compliance standards for safely compounding medications. Always ensure that all requirements and procedures of United States Pharmacopeia are met.
Miscellaneous Activities:
* Repackaging and bar-coding medications- must accurately label all repackaged items per Georgia Board of Pharmacy Rules and Regulations.
* Properly provide customer service to customers and other healthcare professionals via in-person or virtual means.
* Process any charges: late charges, supplemental, OR charges, nuclear and exception report.
* Ordering supplies and obtaining purchase orders using the appropriate ordering system.
* Must be proficient in the distribution and accountability of Controlled Substance Medications.
* Code Carts / Kits - Must restock code carts and other kits returned to pharmacy according to departmental procedure and ensure required inspections are completed.
* Must perform monthly unit and pharmacy inspections and ensure that assigned pharmacy or medication area is clean including temperature and humidity monitoring.
* Must perform out date tracking on medications in various locations of the facility.
* Train and mentor pharmacy technicians under lead pharmacy technician

Summary
The E-Learning Tech Specialist is responsible for the design and implementation of e-learning offerings for lawyers and administrative staff to drive adoption of Technology capabilities and solutions.
This role oversees the strategy, design, development, and operation of e-learning programs or computer-based virtual courses, partnering with IT leadership and functional teams to translate identified organizational change management needs into training offerings, selecting and producing technology to advance end-user training, and preparing / maintaining courses on the Firm’s Learning Management System (LMS) platform.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Researches, develops, and implements e-learning methods and latest marketplace technologies for providing end-user training on a variety of technology topics.

CT Tech FT Rotating Position Summary Performs computerized tomographic procedures for the diagnosis of disease and injury according to protocols established by radiologists.
Responsibilities Prepares and positions patients and selects anatomic and technical parameters accurately.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Lead Solution Manager is responsible for working skillfully across the organization to produce
- Solution Vision, which entails defining:
- what we are solving for
- end-to-end user/customer journey or lifecycle
- personas, their skills and needs
- high level outline of a solution that addresses their needs
- Solution Intent (in collaboration with Business Architecture function), which entails defining:
- nomenclature for data and capabilities required to meet business objectives, this is critical to establish common language across business and technology
- capability roadmap as well as migration paths and milestones when going from current state to future state
- overall non-functional requirements that are key metrics required for new system to capture and track
- target operating model (business, operations) that complement evolution in systems
This position will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the market data solutions at Parametric in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders and partners.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate effectively - both verbally and written - with technology and business partners to include strong discussion, debate and listening skills and the ability to look beyond obvious answers to understand impacts.
- Creatively design workshops and user sessions by identifying suitable participants, being clear about outcomes and approaches (interviews, online whiteboarding, surveys, card sorting, etc.)
- Ability to empathically understand and articulate user needs
- Analyze data gathered through user/stakeholder interactions and apply design thinking to draw out goals/business needs/problem statement/opportunity to be addressed, workflows/user journeys, personas and high-level solution outline
- Work collaboratively with the business and development team to draw out solution intent with capability roadmap and milestones.
- Facilitate solution architecture with development leads, influence technical design to ensure it aligns with business objectives. Socialize decisions with senior executives to ensure alignment on design
- Clearly understand and articulate dependencies that will influence sequencing of development
- Collaborate in running Program Increments with Technology project managers in facilitating quarterly planning across teams. Collaborate closely with project managers, QAs and development teams on execution.
- Work collaboratively with business and operations stakeholders to draw out target operating model as systems evolve
- Work collaboratively with business analysts in user research, operating model and architecture session facilitation and requirements definition for successful execution
- Own and deliver requirements on canonical data definitions, API contracts, event-based integrations, and measurable non-functional requirements including but not limited to latency, resiliency, lineage, auditability, explainability
- Effectively manage stakeholder relationships through polished communication and follow-through
- Effective written communication through solution inception, vision and intent documents
- Lead and influence cross-functional teams.
- Provide consultation and ensure continuity with product and development teams on solution.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree required/Master's degree preferred
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in Finance/Asset Management, Strategy, Product management
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in financial data products/investment platforms/wealth tech/portfolio construction/trading
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience leading and directing others to achieve measurable results.
- Demonstrated ability to articulate solution or product vision and/or customized solutions to meet business objectives
- Advanced experience working with Scaled Agile software development processes
- Advanced skills using a variety of tools to document workflows and data mapping including but not limited to Miro/Lucid, Excel, SQL, Visio/Lucid/Figma, PowerPoint, Confluence, Jira
- Understanding of analysis and artifact goals throughout the solution lifecycle
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a highly dynamic and changing environment, under tight deadlines
- Ability to independently manage personal timelines and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to successfully manage and coordinate multiple simultaneous project deliverables across groups and teams

Salary range for the position: $115,000 - $225,000/Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
